Greetings, all.

Let us welcome tonight the newest in the class of Elders, Seraine "Erinyes" Ténama!

Erinyes is a longstanding member of the Brotherhood and has shown a great deal of loyalty and dedication. Her membership spans over nine years, six since her last promotion. She serves in a multitude of positions throughout the DB, including Fiction Tribune, ACC trainer, Battleteam leader, Alacrity Writer. She is, as her Consul says, "everywhere." Her enthusiasm is hard to surpass and most can't keep up with her output. I've learned this first-hand with the Alacrity project. She's created so many documents, that even Troutrooper and I both have had trouble editing them.

Erin is a great asset to the DB and in her roles she will continue to push the limits. She has done a great job as Fiction Tribune and has helped her Clan and the DB in so many other areas. I am proud to make her a Dark Adept.

Seraine "Erinyes" Ténama is one member that I can't say enough about in regards to activity. Brotherhood wide, Erinyes has been the Fiction Tribune for almost seven months now. In that time she has ran many monthly topic events, specific competitions for our writers out there, came up with a blog, and even a website for all things Fiction Tribune related. She has her hands in the Writers Corner, Fiction Archiving, and Monthly Topics with a talented staff to aid her. I'd say she is doing a pretty good job and will continue on that way.

Beyond that position, she plays a role in the ACC as a trainer and even became the won the first ACCLive! Ladder back in October. She is more than willing to help those in need and loves to compete herself. Within Taldryan and House Dinaari, Erinyes is currently leading one of our battle teams. She has tried to get the young members involved by running several competitions and staying in communication with them.

Basically, Erinyes is everywhere and can do whatever you need her to do. That's something I try and achieve all the time; she has that under her belt easily. Another look would show that she has been in the Brotherhood for 9 plus years, and a Pontifex for 6 years. I think it's time to show our appreciation for all her time, devotion, and love for the Brotherhood and Taldryan. I highly recommend a promotion to Dark Side Adapt.

Erinyes, since coming to Dinaari you’ve been taking charge of trying to get the new kids active. You wanted to reactivate the battle team and I gave it to you in the hopes of helping out new comers. You’ve done an excellent job with coming up competitions and emailing reminders to these kids to make sure they’re doing what they’re supposed to. Then I worked under you on the Fiction staff and you’ve done some really great things with the new Fiction Tribune. You run MTs and grade the works of submissions as well as trying to improve the Writer’s Corner and creating a new site where past MT winners are archived. I’ve also heard that you work on Alacrity documents with Jac and yes I know that I’m not privy to those but I’m sure you’ve done a great job with them.

Not to mention that you’re now an ACC trainer and applying for other positions in the DB and that would make you one very busy lady. Yet somehow you manage to also participate in activities like normal ACC fights. I know you and I have had some differences but I think you deserve this promotion to Dark Side Adept. I know you thought it would take forever to reach the Elder rank, but it wasn’t so long now was it? :P

In the past months that I've been in a position to actually see Erin at work, she's continuely impressed me with the amount of stuff she can take on. She's done a splendid job leading the Dark Fire Brigade(aka Dinaari Boot Camp) encouraging activity in the youngsters and helping to get them promoted as quickly as possible.

Even more readily visible is her participation in the ACC. Erin has also taken on the responsibilities of an ACC trainer. I can't count how many ACC notification emails have arrived in my inbox that contain with the words "...KPN Seraine "Erinyes" Tenama..." A great deal of them are actual matches against already qualified combatants. Still the overwhelming majority are training and/or qualification battles.

On top of all of this, Erin is the Fiction Tribune(carrying responsibilities formerly held by the KHP). Despite discouraging participate rates for the Monthly Topics, every month I recieve the confirmation email for the next batch.

She definitely deserves a promotion into the Elder ranks. That's all there is to it. She's done, and I know she'll continue to do, an amazing amount of work to help out her House and Clan, and even the Brotherhood as a whole.

I honestly didn't know Vladek at all until he began using IRC. When he did, he was taunted for a few small reasons, but he quickly recovered, and since, has become a solid member of CNS. I didn't see much of him until he reached GRD, and then things started happening. He's been submitting to competitions left and right, usually getting a medal of some kind, and recently took on my old position as TET of the Night Raptors in a BTL shift. He has done extremely well, quickly learning the essence of reports, which are now well organized and easy to read, with equally advanced HTML coding involved.

Vladek has been a Guardian for some time now, and has become an example of a hard working, solid, and respectable of House Marka Ragnos, and Clan Naga Sadow. He most definitely deserves this promotion. Congratulations Vladek!

Since the day he first joined, Vladek has been nothing but a ball of energy in House Marka Ragnos. Not a report comes by where I'm not noting a Shadow Academy course passed, a Crescent received, or a Legion of the Scholar earned. He has also recently took over as Battleteam Leader of the Night Raptors. He has done well in his position, creating his first competition that was met with approval. His presence on IRC and on the mailing lists is constant and he always brings an opinion to the table. It is for these reasons that I feel Vladek is ready to advance to the rank of Jedi Hunter. Congrats! You deserved it, dude!

Vladek. Vladek. Vladek. Vladek has been a member of the Brotherhood for nearly four months now, and I continue to be impressed by him on a nearly daily basis. He took on the mantle of being a BTL early on, and has been quite impressive thus far. His motivation level is truly amazing, as he dosen't get discouraged by members who die off after joining, he continues to enthusiastically greet each member, going that extra mile to ensure they become good members in their own right.

Vladek also recently won a 3 month Clan Wide Competition, the "Naga Sadow Trivia Challenge" - where he beat out quite a few equites and journeyman to take the top title. Vladek was only 3 weeks old in the DB when that competition started, and his drive for that alone shows his dedication.

Beyond that, Vladek takes an active role in helping run this house, he is a constant source of ideas and motivation for everyone he speaks with. He takes a lot of crap on IRC, but, I did to at once. I see a lot of myself in Vladek, when I first took my first BTL position. He has that drive and will to succeed that just tells me one day, he'll be a QUA, or maybe even a Consul one day.

Vladek will also be taking a step towards that road this weekend - House Marka Ragnos is going to be switching up our Battleteams, and Vladek is going to take over a new team, dedicated strictly to training each new member. I've very confident this step will lead to a marked improvement in our retention of new recruits, as Vladek's motivation and pure love of this club will rub off on those new members.

For all of this, and the completion of his Guardian Trials, myself in concurance with the Consul of Naga Sadow, deem that Guardian Vladek has earned this elevation to Jedi Hunter.

Today it is my honor to present Sith Knight Rasilvenaira StormRaven for elevation into the Equite class. Elevation from Dark Knight into the prestigious class is an honor reserved only for those members whom have truly proved themselves to as one of the exceptional individuals of a House, Clan and the Brotherhood. Often they impact and effect everyone around them in a positive manner that is conducive to activity, mentorship and leadership.

As a singular force of activity, since the Great Jedi War, there has not been a finer example of activity within Scholae Palatinae. Alone she has tallied over 200 Clusters of Fire, 5 Legions of the Scholar (for hosting and competing), and an array of Crescents (Amethyst, Sapphire (3), Emerald, Topaz). Completed two courses at the Shadow Academy: Marksmanship & Astronomy. The highlight of all of this activity is the fact it has come in a various amount of Gaming Nights, ICTEs and Sunday Tourneys. Providing the Clan with a hefty amount of points that can be used for upgrading it's fleet or purchasing ground forces - a true contribution to the Clan.

However, activity alone will not merit advancement into the ranks of the Equites. Over the past three months this member has pulled double duty as Scholae Palatiane's Knight Class Envoy and Acclivis Draco's Aedile. In her time as Aedile she has often run the House without assistance from a Quaestor; developing competitions (Training Mission, Humorous Happenings, IRC Trivia - to name a few), stimulating activity (Competition spotlight, reminders about DJB comps, etc), and regular reports (every week: covering a multitude of accomplishments in the House). As the Clan Envoy, Silver has been everything that could be desired of a pure Administrator and point of contact in Scholae Palatinae. Her work is meticulous, on-time and informative. She provides welcome and follow-up letters, ensures her House Envoys maintain weekly contact, compiles bi-weekly reports for the KCB, and has worked hard to develop an initial 11 page Master/Student Program into a more manageable, informative document that explains what is expected of Masters.

I also should point out that Silver expands her self and character through the Antei Combat Center on a continuous basis. As a Judge it falls upon her shoulders to open, moderate and judge battles in a timely and professional manner. The fact that she does this amongst a horde of other activities as an Aedile and Knight Class Envoy only drives my opinion of her as a responsible individual and someone deserving of induction into the Equite Class.

For performing well above the normal Dark Knight, helping maintain stability in Scholae Palatinae and working alongside her Clan Leaders to push the boundaries of mentorship, tutelage and instruction... I fully endorse this elevation request.

Since becoming ProConsul, I have seen a big change in the way Silver has presented herself and in her leadership.

She has presented herself not only to be an accomplished member on her own, but someone who can be turned to if in need of guidance. Her work on the Clan's Master-Student program is coming along rapidly and will be a building stone for this clan for years to come. Her work ethic and tenacity has even rivaled past leaders work as she has served as KCE of CSP. She has made sure to keep the clan well informed of any and all happenings within CSP. She has taken it upon herself to do her duties as KCE & AED and has blown the expectations of her out of the water.
