He is supportive of his leader, takes part in all the competitions offered to them, he gladly provides ideas for other competitions and also encourages the rest of the team. Since his last promotion, Eclipse has earned 4 Clusters of Fire from gaming nights during November as well as one Sapphire and two Emerald Crescents. He has taken part in Galeres competitions such as the Trivia, "Colours", CF War, etc. He also submitted a very well thought out entry to the Arcona MT's of November. Eclipse is a regular participant in the DB MT's, his submission for November earning him a very well deserved 3rd place. He is in constant contact with Etah and myself, always letting us know what he's up to and how he's doing it and he is also active on the forums. Despite having a fairly limited amount of time, he is a well known name on IRC and is great fun to have around. Dark Jedi Master Halcyon Rokir Master at Arms <<>>[--]<<>> Hard-working, motivated, dedicated, loyal, sometimes outspoken, always willing to helpthese are some of the terms I would associate with Karel. He complains when it's needed, he offers honest advice when you require it. He will do anything he can to help out, without needing a reward as thank you. Karel's motivation is purely from inside himself. He doesn't need someone to hold his hand and he will do what needs to be done as well as offering to assist with anything that he can. As our resident HTML expert, he provides quick fixes to every single member of Arcona that needs a report done and inevitably breaks something. We've spent hours going over the most basic of functions for my reports reports alone and he makes time to explain why something is the way it is, so you can understand and learn. Not just prepared to give you the quick answer and get you off his back. Karel spends hours making sure that his ICTE duties are fulfilled and then still finds time to be active in Galeres. He submits to all his BT competitions as well as the majority of Galeres / Arcona competitions, he takes part in the various trivia events and participates in gaming nights, ICTE's and SIT's. He is the first person I ask for help when a new member joins and asks "Can someone teach me JA?", and he hasn't failed me yet. He is patient, willing and drives everyone to new heights around him. He will never be content with you just giving "your best". You have to give 200% to keep him happy, as this is what he gives of himself. Since his last promotion Karel has earned himself two Ruby, five Amethyst, three Sapphire, two Emerald, two Topaz as well as a Quartz Crescent. He has also received 2 Legions of the Scholar, a Steel Cross and a massive 702 Clusters of Fire. He has also passed the Test of Agility and Astronomy Shadow Academy exams to add to his extensive list of exams. Karel is a true hard worker, carefully juggling his duties as ICTE Tribune, with his loyalty to Galeres and Arcona and with real life. His accomplishments in this should not go unnoticed and he deserves to welcomed to the Equites. Always quick to offer help with computing issues or gaming difficulties, he has been very active in terms of his online presence and his contributions insofar as gaming is concerned. Also having served first as ICTE Tribune staff, Karel has went on to become T:ICTE, and has done a great job, still remaining active with gaming himself while serving as administrator and score compiler week after week consistently and without fail. Since I inherited the Soulfire BTL position, Karel has been helpfully vocal whenever there were any issues to consider that could affect the whole of the group.
