I'd like to reccomend Illian Syn for a promotion to Guardian. He's met the standards set by Dinaari; He's earned a Steel Cross for his service in the GJW, he's participated in house a house event prior to the war, and he has completed a fiction task set forth by Fire-Knight. A promotion for GRD Tyno is way overdue. Mainly, this is for his outstanding and vital contributions to CSPs war effort, earning an impressive 1000 points. In the war tyno has won 3 Gold Novae, 2 Silver Novae, 11 seals of duplicity, and about 300 CFs. Also, he has made a promising start to his Commander position, and has been a huge asset to the House and the Clan in general. For all of this, Tyno deserves a promotion to JH.
