Dark Jedi Knight Aabsdu has progressed in his understanding of the Dark Side with superior skill and leadership over the past three months. Aabsdu is the current Battle Team Leader of Exar's Shadow. Since leading the team he has created excitement and interest by filling the team to capacity with 12 members. Aabs has shown his leadership style by improving his teams DB experience by running countless competitions (A Caption Contest, The Team's first ever Run-on, a Second Run-On, a Battle Team War with the other HEK Battleteam, and a trivia competition). Aabs has also offered them a place of pride by creating a Battle Team Website. The website lists the roster, artifacts, and fictional positions of the Team Members.
In addition to providing superior leadership to his Battle Team and improving his house, Aabs has also maintained an unbelievable streak of personal activity. He has taken four SA courses, won 5 ECFs, advanced to Preceptor in the GRMG, advanced to BH in the PA, won a Crescent for a Clan Level Competition, earned a LS for aftermeeting trivia, earned four crescents for his multiplayer activity in SIT and GMRG competitios, awarded roughly 100 CFs, and picked up two merit awards as well.
Aabs has gone above and beyond the duty of a Battle Team leader and a Dark Jedi Knight. He has earned the right to promotion of SW by showing his dedication to improving himself and the members of his Battle Team.
His QUA Adds:
In the three months since Aabsdu has attained Dark Jedi Knight, he has been an extraordinary member of House and Clan. His level attitude and unselfish ways have made him a role model and prized member of this House - he is the first to offer help, provide new ideas and tackle the impossible. I have seen him advance in the Shadow Academy, Antei Combat Center (Sentinel), Player's Association (Adv. Bounty Hunter), Gaming Nights/ICTE/Sunday Tourney, and Grand Master's Royal Guard (Preceptor)... yet still finding time to place his Battle Team Leader duties first.
Over the past 3 months he has also maintained his activitly level, accruing approximately 150 Clusters of Fire, 5 Elite Clusters, a Legion of the Scholar, 5 Crescents (1 Ruby, 2 Sapphire, 2 Emerald), a Star of Antei and a Dark Cross. He participates regularly in Gaming Nights and ICTE - making him a prized and valuable commodity in the Brotherhood. Seldom few maintain this kind of output. Add into this equation the fact he has climbed to Preceptor in the GMRG and Adv. Bounty Hunter in the PA is enough to make even the most active members realize his commitment.
In addition, he has acted in a leadership position while going through various changes in chain of command (Clan and House level), yet no one has ever heard him disgruntled. He has never complained about his rank, position or the awards he did not receive - again, a role model. While holding the position of Sith Commander he has created a website for his Battle Team, a Logo, a Motto and begun the implementation of an idea to help create a stronger depth in BT/House fiction (the use of tactical positions for BTs). All of this while pumping out competitions (averages slighty over 2 a month), leading his team in Runons and being available to his House Summit - where he is planning a BT War that will actually be ran at House level. He is creating a webpage to host the tournament himself, something not expected of members at his station.
