It is my absolute pleasure to acknowledge the efforts of Draxion Druk toward the highly coveted rank of Jedi Knight. Since he has joined the club, I have had the privilege to see him grow from a new recruit to an eager young journeyman to now an experienced journeyman ready and willing to make his mark on the club. Most remarkably, I have found him to be a wonderful padawan, willing to try new things and regularly engaging in our community.

During this journey to reach the rank of Jedi Knight, he has organized 1 competition, served at least 28 days as a Padawan, was awarded 2 major competition awards, awarded 2 merit awards, 7 Clusters of Graphite, 7 Clusters of Ice, participated in 16 competitions, and wrote at least 3000 words of character fiction. In addition, he has also joined 9 community events as a participant, where his presence in our roleplays, gaming, and just regular hangouts is greatly appreciated. He also performed admirably in our recent clan vs. clan Vendetta. As his master, I am incredibly proud of his participation in these community events and big club events because each time required putting aside time for the club to make Star Wars magic together.

For all of the above, I am ecstatic to recommend that Draxion Durk be promoted to the rank of JM4/Jedi Knight! Thank you so much for the time and energy you put into our little corner of the Star Wars universe. Thank you so much for being a wonderful apprentice, Odanite, and friend. :) Know that I am very proud of you and that I look forward to seeing the wonderful things you accomplish moving forward. Livia Mariquita Daffel has been a rising star among the ranks of Plagueis. Since her last promotion, she has participated in 33 competitions, earning herself 11 Crescents, including but not limited to Ruby, Amethyst, Sapphire, Emerald, and Topaz. Along with her awards, Livia earned 17 Clusters of Fire playing Hearthstone, 2 Clusters of Ice for her writing, and 6 Clusters of Graphite for her drawings. She has also earned her first merit award, an Anteian Cross, for her efforts so far. Livie has completed more competitions than many members far above her rank, and placed in a third of them, thus proving that she puts forth not only quantity in her submissions, but quality as well.

I believe that she has done over and beyond what was required of her to reach the rank of Hunter. Congratulations on your promotion, my apprentice! Looking forward to your quick rise to Knighthood in the near future.

Doon has entered our lives like a whirlwind of furry fun, arriving into a growing pack of fluffy friends within House Qel-Droma. He’s already begun making a name for himself, and, following in the footsteps of past greats, began challenging an ex-captain to a duel among his first acts… oh dear

It’s been delightful to watch him grow as a member, especially in getting his feet wet in the noble art of competition organization. In the recent “What’s my fandom?” -series, he co-organized a quartuplet of comps, while so far he’s partaken in a baker’s dozen. If all our membership had such a healthy 4/13 ratio of comps organized to participated, I’d be a happy Quaestor! For his efforts, Doon has earned a Sapphire and Emerald Crescent, as well as four coveted Pendants of Blood, which I hear he scrounged from the fiery pits of Diablo.

As already alluded to, Doon has been a model example of how Telegram RP can really help shape a character, and he’s compiled a total of over 8750 words of fiction, of which a considerable amount from said RPs! It’s been a delight to have so much interaction with the entire House right from the beginning, and I trust that the seeds of friendship will soon blossom into terrible booms! I mean, blooms. On other fronts, Doon has also already put many a veteran member to shame with his (allegedly) unfinished Wiki page, which boasts more color and detail than most! I, for one, am foreseeing many a fine adventure being regaled upon it as our promising young Knight rips off the training wheels and careens into a galaxy of potential!

It’s been a delight watching Doon grow into a regular face among House Qel-Droma and Battleteam Voidbreaker and I’ve been delighted by Doon’s enthusiasm and openness in engaging with the rest of the wider Arcona. Obtaining Knighthood is the first proper recognition of belonging and ever since he tragically lost his pack to Force-related shenanigans, let me be the first to welcome this fine Shistavanen to his new home!
