Well, I suppose the first thing to start with is that Ylith has passed his trials, the final step for any member of the clan who wants to become a Dark Jedi Knight.
But, to simply leave it at that hardly does any justice to Ylith. While passing the trials indicates a readiness to be promoted, a look at his accomplishments and contributions thus far helps. Ylith is consistently active in the clan and his house. His numerous crescents and clusters of fire show that. And, he would never have reached this level without them.
Ylith has impressed me, though, with his dedicated service to his house and clan. He has been serving as the assistant envoy of House Gladius and he has done an admirable job (as both CON and KCB, I can say this). He's been serving as the leader of the Daemoni circle for awhile and he has been there providing himself as a good leader and resource to those under his command. He also serves as an EP in the SA.
Ylith has also been patient. His master is not the most active person these days, but Ylith did follow instruction, but it was his decision to come to me and talk about the difficulties that proved to me that he was truly ready to move on. He meant no ill will towards anyone with this, but in talking to him, I saw and sensed a deep desire to move on with his career in the Brotherhood. He knows he is ready and I whole heartedly agree.
For his dedication, his leadership, his determination, and for everything else that he has done, I wish to bestow the title of Dark Jedi Knight on Ylith with all rights and responsibilities that come with it.
