I set some tasks for him to complete, and he not only did them but in my opinion went above and beyond them. He took last night I believe 3 more SA courses (when his assignment was one more) and he played I believe somewhere around 15 matches with people maybe more in Thursday gaming last night alone. He is also actively involved in IRC and email, something lacking in my team. I have seen few new members take the initiative that he has.
