Merlance is an individual who has stood out of the Clan for as while as the Clans best and most active gamer. But recently hes taken on a different role, being a leader. Its something we have all wanted him to do, but didnt ever think he would. Smoke swears up and down that the Aedile is a god sent when it comes to helping out in House Tridens. And in over the course of the summer, Merlance proved himself a big help by reminding me of things and doing odd and end jobs I didnt have time for. Hes really been a big help and I hope he sees that hes more valuable to the Clan as a leader than a gamer, but its good to do both.
-Rekio
Merlance is another dedicated, active leader. It's actually kind of cool to see a Quaestor and an Aedile who have the same active gaming tendencies, to provide an example to their House. Merlance and Smoke don't always agree on things, but I've seen some amazing duos from people who really had opposing viewpoints. I think it offers views that like-minded Summits wouldn't normally have, and, if utilized well, it provides a better example and opportunity for House membership. I think Merlance has been doing a good job for some time now, and I see him as fit to be advanced to the next rank. Congratulations, Merlance. Keep it up, man.

Welshman is the Quaestor of Gladius, a Corsair, and a Tarentae. He offers to Tarentum a silent strength, one of dedication and loyalty. Not only has Welshman offered stability and encouragement to House Gladius, but he continually proves himself to be invaluable resource of commitment and loyalty to his Clan. But above all else, I think Welshman has shown himself to be a go-to guy time and time again. Here is an individual that serves as an example to all members of Tarentum that you dont have to be a superhuman gamer to make a difference, you just have to be dependable and step up when you are needed to.
-Rekio
I've known Welshman for a while. I've seen him go from being a new, active recruit, to a budding young leader. I remember when he was made Rollmaster in Tridens so that he could be taught some of the higher portions of House leadership. Welshman took to being a leader better than anyone could've expected, even though his becoming Questor was in a House not originally expected. He is, however, a great Quaestor, and I do take pride in seeing him do great things with a House I led a number of years ago. I think he's a fine addition to Tarentum's leadership, and I believe it's an appropriate time for his elevation in honor of all of his work, and his successes. Keep it up, Welshman.

What can I say? Ma'ar-Tyrius Smoke Tarentae is on hellva guy. There arent many Quaestors that can be among the best gamers in their Clan AND manage their House, but Smoke shows them it can be done. The amount of energy he puts into keeping House Tridens, Clan Tarentum, and himself active is irreplaceable. Smoke is a vital part of the Clan and we couldnt do as well as we do without him. As soon as he learns not to be so high strung about things, hes going to go far.
-Rekio
Smoke is an enthusiastic young leader. I know lately, he's had some rough times, but I can empathize with that. I've had times where, what I saw wasn't acceptable, or didn't fit in with my perceptions of things. But it's a sign of a leader who cares, and someone who wants things to be better, and who wants to really be the best there is. I think Smoke is not only a motivated leader, he's also an active leader. He does his best to give an active example by gaming as much as possible, by being online a lot, and really has a lot to offer Tridens, and Tarentum as a whole. I hope his House, and his Clanmates see him for the asset that he is, and I believe it's an appropriate time for him to be elevated to a greater status as a leader, and as a member of the Brotherhood. Keep up the good efforts, Smoke.

Kat Pridemore has been an asset to Naga Sadow since her joining. She dove into the clan headfirst during a Krath Vendetta, and hit the ground running, and has yet to slow down. Kat is known for taking many places in many competitions, including the independance games, as well as being a solid participant in Multiplayer gaming (as testified by her cluster of fire count). And I would be remiss in neglecting to mention the fact that her devotion to the ACC Live format is one of the largest reasons for the success of the format.
Further, Kat had assumed command of the Night Hawks Phyle when we really needed it, and that post proved her ability to lead, and to lead successfully, bringing many of the Krath under her into broad activity. From there, her promotion to Aedile of Marka Ragnos has also been profitious to the Clan.
Many older members have remarked to me how much her personality has impacted the flavor of our clan, how they could not imagine or even remember what they were doing in our clan channel before her arrival. Such luminaries as Jonuss Rai Sadow, Manesh Sadow, Malik Sadow, and these are just the ones off of the top of my head.
It makes my heart swell with joy to be able to declare this promotion for my former padawan, to admit her to the Equite Class. With the Discussion of Kat during the September Clan Summit, together with approval and blessings of the Inner Order of the Clan Naga Sadow, the Naga Sadow Black Guardsmen, and of Consul Xanos Zorrixor, I hereby reccomend Kat Pridemore for the rank of Krath Priest. Congratulations, Pridemore, and welcome to the Equites.

Jaysen has to be one of the most active members I have seen. Since becoming an Acolyte he has completed an amazing ACC qualifying match, earned a whole ton of CFs at various gaming nights, done extremely well in advancing Taldryan during the Obelisk RoS by playing matches at odd hours of the day, and is always on IRC joking with others. It's hard to believe he's just a lowly Acolyte; he fits in so well with everything. He shows a real interest in contributing to the clan, and I feel that his work has more than earned him a promotion to Protector. Congrats Jaysen, I'm proud to have you here.
