Ark Dowell has been a very newcomer to the House. He has often completed tasks I've assigned him diligently and without question. To my knowledge, hes participated in a couple of House competitions, has submitted a few items to the Writers Festival I'm conducting, and has also qualified in the ACC. He has met all the tasks I feel a Guardian should be up to, and I ask he be given this more fitting rank. Congratulations, Ark.
