In the past little while Oran has stepped up his activity. He completed his character history, completed the ACC Initiates Shadow Academy exam, and posted a welcome message on the message boards. I think that by doing all this Oran has proven himself worthy of a promotion to Novice.

Xaviar has been really busy this past little while. He completed two Shadow Academy courses, created a character history, connected to IRC, and posted a welcome message on the message boards. I believe that he has the potential to excel in the DB, and I feel that no less than a prmotion to Novice is warranted at this time.

I have worked with Horus for a while now in several different capacities. First he was my Battleteam Leader and put forth a valiant effort in training and maintaining a high activity level within the team. Shortly after serving under him in the Battleteam, I was appointed as Quaestor of HDS and he was selected as Aedile. Horus had many ideas and goals that he wanted to initiate within the House. Time was cut short and many of those goals weren't finished prior to the opening of a new House that he was now a member of. Since leaving HDS for the new House, Horus has drastically increased his activity, IRC presence, and has become one of the examples within the Clan. CSP is a better Clan with his presence. When I joined the Brotherhood Horus was one of the first people that I met. He informed me on how the Order’s work and gave me information on everything that had to do with the piloting aspect of the Brotherhood. I can only imagine how many other new members Horus has helped in this manner. He is near always a presence on IRC, and on top of that he has been extremely active, even to the point of winning my Activity All-Star competition.

Since the reopening of House Caliburnus Horus has been eager to help the House in any way possible. Any time I have a question about something I can look to Horus for the answer. He has stepped up and taken the position of Sith Flight Leader in Nightshade Squadron and I have nothing but confidence in his abilities to bring life to that team.

Furthermore, Horus has taken on an Apprentice in the Master/Student Program and he has done wonderfully as her Master. I have no doubt that Horus will continue this task and guide his Apprentice to the rank of Dark Jedi Knight. Horus has real leadership skills that show through every time they are needed. He hasn’t let me down yet, and I don’t suspect he will any time soon. It is my opinion that Horus is more than deserving of the rank Sith Warrior, and I congratulate him on a hard earned promotion!

I third the recommendation. Horus' activity has never ceased even under bad circumstances. He's also always been willing to mediate conflicts, usually in a successful way. Never short of ideas for improvement either!

Guardian Vasily Zaitsev - Vasily has, since his promotion to Guardian, shown great promise and maturity, growing as a person and as a member. He is constantly contributing to the Clan, House, and his Battleteam, always asking what he can do and often doing things for us that were not asked of him. He single-handedly created the website for Satal’s Inferno and came up with the motto for them as well, which earned him a Dark Cross. - Vasily has successfully completed his trials as set forth by the Wisdom of Plagueis and his Master, Dark Jedi Knight Scorpius. - I have seen the growth and maturation of Vasily firsthand. At first, he was green as we all are, but has steadily acclimated to the DB and Plagueis in particular. He is a dedicated, driven member who has nothing but promise to show. I believe that Vasily has proven himself worthy to wear the rank of Dark Jedi Hunter.
