He also participated in my last competition and recieved 2nd place. It's been 3 months since his last promotion. Even if he hasn't taken and quick and easy path through the guidelines set out by the Shadow Academy... I still believe he is deserving of a promotion to ACO. Thank you This one slipped by for too long and I think this promo is long over due.
