He has stayed continuously active during his time within the Clan and DB. As the AED of House Kirleta, Silent has not given up on the House or the Clan even through some of the 'tougher' times. His work as AED has been constant and his current role as Acting-QUA has been done well.<br> Silent has also helped three members reach the rank of DJK. Silent has given them excellent trials as their Master, and has also taught them well about the DB and further leadership responsibilities. Silent has been the only Master in CSK to continue to take on Students and actively follow them through with their tasks.<br> <br> This promotion for Silent is a month or two overdue. Despite this, Silent has continued to work hard for his House and Clan. No complaints have been made, by Silent, about his efforts and his belated promotions. Silent has not cared much about promotions; instead he has cared more about his members and his Clan. <br> <br> Silent deserves this promotion to the rank of Prelate. His efforts should no longer go unrewarded. His contributions to House Kirleta and Clan Satal Keto are well respected, and Silent will not be forgotten quickly.

Archpriest Spears Tarentae has, over the many months we worked together, proven to be an invaluable resource to the Shadow Academy and more than just an assistant or second in command.

When he, then Jedi Hunter, first applied to me as Eclectic Pedagog, I had to decline his application for that job simply because it would have been a massive waste of talent to let him just grade courses. I have offered him the Praetor job instead and never one second regretted that decision. Spears has quickly passed through the "got anything to do for me, boss?" stage and moved on to see and fix issues on his own accord. Especially in the last months, when I had many secondary duties to the Great Jedi War and Project Rebirth, he has always, without any need for coordination, seen where problems lay and presented or implemented solutions right there and then. I know now that the day I shall move on from this position, Spears will be a worthy successor and in fact, I would feel comfortable today, without any reservation, in handing over the Shadow Academy to this man.

Now I know that Spears is not a person who is publicly seen that much because he works behind the scenes both for his Clan and the Dark Council, but this does not lessen his achievements. On the contrary, this often unrewarded situation is one in which it is hard to stay motivated and make progress. Spears has made his advancement a quiet and, to some, possibly unseen one, but rest assured that this shall not remain so for I have every belief that he is qualified for service in the Dark Council and that it is only a matter of time until we see him bring new ideas and power to a position in the Dark Hall. I have said Spears has transcended being an assistant or deputy - Spears has acted with the talent and wisdom of a second Headmaster and thusly provided more to the Shadow Academy than I could ever expect.

In summarizing, the demonstrated wisdom, ability and dedication to the Brotherhood and the Shadow Academy of Archpriest Spears Tarentae are such that I can not but insist that this rank be increased to something more befitting his talents.

With the power invested in me as a member of the Dark Council, I thus bestow on Spears Tarentae the rank, privileges, powers and status of EPIS OF THE KRATH ORDER.

Over the six months Shadow Stalker has been a Guardian he took part in competitions, ran his own events and showed interest in the developments of the clan. I deem him worthy of elevation to the rank of Jedi Hunter - al`Lan Mandragoran, PCON of Arcona.

Since this is obviously an important promotion, I will be including three recommendations; one from myself, one from Ektrosis Quaestor Dark Sabre, and one from Dinaari Quaestor Shadow (because we all <3 Sharad so much!)

From Consul Kir Taldrya Katarn: To truly give Sharad a fair recommendation I would have to write a least a page if not more, but I will try to be concise. Sharad is my right hand man…but more like a second Consul. I ran Taldryan for quite some time without him to help me, but since he has returned it has been a huge relief. Sharad has used his incredible web-design skills to make the Taldryan website one of the most user-friendly, informative, and entertaining websites in the entire Brotherhood. His web-efforts have brought in many new recruits and helped them better familiarize himself with the Clan. He is also a great sounding board, always available to help me with rough ideas and smooth other any wrinkles. His experience is unrivaled and I value his advice above all others.

Beyond his work as Proconsul and his somewhat-recent activities in the Clan, Sharad has been passed over time and time again, going unrecognized for the tremendous amounts of work he has done for Taldryan. It has been over three years since he was last promoted, and in that time he was Obelisk High Commander and Proconsul of Taldryan. He easily could have been Consul of Taldryan, because while he was Proconsul the reigning Consul was absent much of the time. Sharad led the Clan through the day-to-day and to an outstanding performance in the 4th Great Jedi War all by himself. He was never awarded for these efforts by his superior, because his superior didn’t even know what was going on.

While most members would become disgruntled by this lack of notice, Sharad merely kept working hard. He managed to have the third most submissions in all of Taldryan in the Fifth Great Jedi War, being a huge part in what will (hopefully!) be Taldryan’s victory. His activity, experience, and attitude is unrivaled, and I cannot think of anyone more deserving of a promotion to Dark Adept more than Sharad. I mean it buddy, this one is all you!

From Quaestor Dark Sabre: Sharad is a stable and incredible Proconsul who has developed the Taldryan website to the amazing status it has now reached, easily updatable and very user-friendly; accessible to even the newest members. He, along with Kir, have always been a sounding board for any projects that I planned, while I was Aedile and my time so far as Quaestor.

He's also volunteered to create a website for Ektrosis and from what I've seen so far from the development, it's going to be great and a big step up from what we were using: a site that cut off access to everybody except Shadonyx. His graphics are what make the Clan and House sites stand out among the other not as well planned or not as artistic sites that populate the Brotherhood.

He's an extremely active member, and a sexcellent [sic] leader. Sharad played a whole lot of JK and JO for this GJW and submitted stories and graphics. He's an integral part of the system in Taldryan and is the most deserving person of a promotion in the entire Clan, perhaps in the whole Brotherhood.

Months have passed since a large award has been given to him, years since his last promotion. Sharad, if nothing else, deserves a promotion to Dark Side Adept!

From Quaestor Shadow: Sharad has been the pinnacle of leadership and activity since I joined the Brotherhood more than three years ago. Since his last term serving as OHC Sharad has put an incredible effort into rebuilding and strengthening Taldryan to bring it back to the glory it once had. Apart from the daily IRC, email and Message Board activity, Sharad created me a House Dinaari website including layout and all PHP-scripting in just over a week. The website has helped me spread information and competition to the rest of my House and has been a very valuable asset.

For the Clan he also created a fully scripted website that has helped many of our new members learn the Clans roots and basic information about the DB, such as connecting and downloading IRC. As well as links to all pertinent DB websites. Throughout the entire Great Jedi War Sharad was always motivating members to do more, work a little harder, go the extra mile just to see Tal in the winner's circle. Hell, he did almost a 1/4 of the submissions himself playing hundreds of JO/JK games, plus the fictional and graphical stuff.

Now I'm not great at spelling it all out for people, but Sharad truly deserves this promotion and has for some time. I know this DC likes to award people what the deserve and I hope this reccomendation does just that. This is the sort of loyalty and dedication to ones Clan and House that I think is seriously lacking with most of the DB. Thanks for all your great work Shar
