Upon recommendation from various members I wish to request the elevation of Phoenix to the prestigious rank of Dark Jedi Knight.

Phoenix is a shining member of activity in the Sith Order, and one of the most active in his House, by far. While he may not be the most talented, he plays whenever he is able and is a great example for his House. In contrast to the view of many, activity should be rewarded as much as skill, and this is such an example of where such reward has been earned. Phoenix has been constantly active, not only in multiplayer events, he has also done his best to hold his House together in his capacity as Rollmaster. He is frequently on IRC and always has helpful suggestions to any issue. All in all, Phoenix has certainly earned the right to construct his lightsaber :)

There are few people within the history of the Dark Brotherhood who have been as consistent in their vitrutes as DA Keidagh "Yacko" Cantor. Over the years, Yacko has displayed the strongest loyalty, the most furvent determination, and the the clearest vision. His dedication and superior motives are diamonds in the rough.

Since the split, Yacko has been a beacon of security for the Dark Brotherhood. His appointment to the position of Justicar is one of the finest decisions made by the Grand Master. Yacko has held his charge within the brotherhood to a higher standard and has committed himself to justice and fairness. The age of the unjust and unfair High Court was replaced by a more compassionate and understanding, yet fair and stern Chamber of Justice.

As the Justicar, Yacko has displayed the ability to control situations as they arise. He has helped to control the Message Boards, IRC Chat rooms and Comment Centers. He has lead members through fair trials and decisions of their peers. He has stopped problems before they errupted.

Further from his job, Yacko is a shining example of a great member. His conversation is light, his ideas are many and I value his wisdom above all else. He has been an invaluable asset to the Grand Master and the Dark Council. Without him, the Dark Brotherhood would not be what it is today.

It is with the above in mind, that I do hereby bestow upon Keirdagh Yacko all the rights and priveleges of an elevation in rank.

Yacko, you now join the ranks of Dark Jedi Masters. May your new power lead you to further glory, and may you know that the brotherhood is grateful for all that you do.

Since assuming his role as my Magistrate, Rakhai has worked very hard, providing valuable information and helping out however he can with the OoB and the upcoming Sith Website. Rakhai was also very active in the DB since the split, helping his Clan while also doing small projects for the LCH Office.

In addition, Mejas has given the following reccomendations:

For a long time Rakhai served Arcona as Quaestor of Oriens Obscurum. The House was troubled, liek so many Sith units throughout the Brotherhood, but Rakhai's commitment never wavered. More recently Rakhai assumed command of the SIth/Obelisk of House Galeres. After seveal weeks he has finally relinquished his command due to lack of motivation. This happens to the best of us, and this award is meant to show the Clan summit's appreciation for the great work Rakhai did during his time with us in Arcona. I do hope you will return to us in the future and I thank yopu again for all you have done.

I can't say enough how much Rakhai deserves this promotion. :)

Spears has recently been our "guinea pig," of sorts, by being the first member of Tarentum to undergo our revised system of Jedi Trials. I must say, I am pleasantly surprised, and pleased with his performance. He not only completed them in amazing time (I believe he got them done in one day, even), they were quality submissions, and with even such quick time, they were easily recognizable as having been created with much thought. I am sure that, before I released to him the events, he had been thinking of this event for some time. I post now the words of his master, Maxamillian von Oberst-Tarentae:

"Spears has proven himself an exceptional addition to this Clan. His drive is there and his ability becomes more refined with each passing day and challenge. I can very well picture him rising to a greater prominence within the Clan and the Brotherhood.

Spears will serve as a fine addition, too, to the rank of our Masters.
Knowing your own weaknesses is nothing but a hidden strength: when you know where your own weakness lies, you can instruct others in a very unique manner. Folding and hammering those you teach like a piece of steel into a fine blade. Spears knows where his skills lie. He sometimes sells himself short, but that's understandable.

It will be very interesting, now, to see whom he wishes to pass his skills on to, and how they will learn.

I would like Spears to remember one thing, from all of this.
Patience is no real virtue, rather it is a real asset. With patience, you can bide your time waiting to strike. Whether the strike is to assist Clan or friend or bring down a foe is a moot point, just that you learn to wait for the right time to dig your sword into your target's belly."

I believe Spears is more than qualified, and assuredly ready for this. He has completed the Jedi Trials successfully, and I find him worthy to be the next Knight of Tarentum, as does my PCON, Rekio Corsair, and his House Summit.

Impressive amount of work over quite a long period of time is all i can say here! Let us look for example at what he has accomplished in the time since our feud with arcona (which we won!!! ), that would be no longer than about 3 month. - Got the CSK Stadard promo guides complied and approved - Participated in the Clan Monthly Run-On competitions (Jac approved) - Engaged 9 battles in the ACC including the DB wide Challenge of Ashvroth and the Celebration ladder (which he currently stands in the finals of!!) - Awarded: Cr-1R, Cr-1S, Cr-1E, CoF x3, DSS x3 - Participated in the development of ACC vendetta/feud guidelines (still in progress) - Submitted 6 DV entries - Participated in the Epic Story comp hosted by the KHP (still waiting results) - Developed the framework and graphic interface for the new DPBA website (w/Halc and Pred) - Guided three training matches in the ACC (1 a month) for folks who needed help - Proposed new ACC framework to the CM for the guidance of Judges and Trainers (approved/in progress) - Proposed a new ACC medal, provided history, graphic and qualifications (denied) - Started/Developed 4 Clan wide competitions, provided space and graphics - made 7 million credits in SWG :) to go along with my master skills... (That's a serious amount of time spent on the game ;P) - Completed the Krath Test of Skill at the SA - Completed the Run-on course at the SA - Participated in the HM's first anagram challenge - Placed in 2 KMT's (so far)

Now seriously how many people do you know who can show such an impressive activity list for that period of time? I am not even mentioning his relentless effort to keep all the summits motivated, help with suggestion and ideas for improvment of the houses and the activity & communication between members.

I would like herby to promote KAP Dalthid to the Rank of KE. A well deserved promotion by any standard!
