Flechette has performed a tireless and dedicated service to me as Oracle, in the creation of the database for submissions, and spending many hours creating graphics, helping me upload, and other tasks to ensure that the Brotherhood had a quality Dark Voice on time.

I also believe, that since his last promotion, he made significant contributions to the Brotherhood, through his Clan, that merit his elevation to Obelisk Exarch. He has shown himself to be a vibrant and dedicated leader within the ranks of the Brotherhood, and very worthy of his promotion.
