Warmaster Demosthenes is one of Arcona’s leading figures. His activity level is an example to all, and his leadership skills are many. He’s done a large number of things since his return to Arcona last December, most notable of which is getting the second highest score of the entire DB in the Third Sith War, in which he was one of the people who led Arcona to a great second place overall there. He’s done much for Arcona, and I believe it’s time to reward him for that.

It’s been one and a half years since his last promotion, and in that time, both before and (most importantly) a while after the split, he has been an asset to Arcona. He has not received anything for his works since he rejoined Arcona at the end of December 2003, and this promotion is more than deserved.

Demosthenes JediShaFT-Serpenti, for all the work you have done for Arcona and the Brotherhood in general, I hereby promote you to the rank of Sith Warlord. Well deserved, I might add.

I respectfully recommend SWM Demosthenes JediShaFT-Serpenti for the rank of Sith Warlord. He has been an incredible asset to me as AED and to the Clan, heading up the Arcona Battleplan for the Third Sith War. He has shown extreme dedication to Galeres and Arcona, and deserves to be rewarded beyond my own rites to do so. He deserves this promotion.

Morgan has been out and about on the JA public servers, spreading the DB's name about and kicking arse while he does it. He's been representing the DB and Arcona and wholly deserves the promotion to Guardian.

Generally the most glaringly obvious reason for a promotion is the member’s activity level. While David is an active contributor to the Clan, who can always be counted on to help out in any competition, I would give a more important reason for this specific promotion. Even though he has remained a Jedi Hunter for more than a year, David has stayed loyal to Clan Taldryan. He has been overlooked time and time again for promotion or reward, but instead of getting angry or leaving; David just quietly contributes to his Clan and asks for nothing in return. This Clan loyalty is incredible, especially considering he hasn’t even been granted his lightsaber yet! Well it is time for David to receive this long overdue promotion, and be given a lightsaber to proudly carry. (CON Kir’s Anniversary Awards 2004)
