For several months now, Anshar Kahn has not only been one of the more active Quaestors, he's proven to be as dedicated to Tarentum, and her success, as any member who has been in for all their DB career. I've appreciated Anshar's dedication in providing competition, and staying active and present. His house benefits from his experience, as well as his good amount of online time. I've spoken with Rekio, Alanna, and also Jac on this promotion, and all of us agree on this promotion; it is high time that Anshar threw off the restraining mantle of Epis, and moved closer towards the coveted terrace of the Elders. He has some of the best reports, has kept a constant wave of competitions moving and has been influential in a number of areas on the DB. Halc has contributed a great deal to our growth, but has never been appropriately awarded for this. As a Society leader, he is shown to be skilled, and dedicated to the organization that he leads. I've spoken with Spears, one of his associates in part of the PA, and Spears has spoken highly of Kelric, as well. Jac and I spoke of the possibilities of rewards for Kelric's service as PA, and this promotion comes with the appreciation of not only the PA, but the DGM, as well, for his efforts.
