Tsainetomo Keibatsu Sadow. The original Afro-Jedi. This man is a shining star in our club. Many people in the DB look up to him, and with good reason. His service in many leadership positions including Proconsul, Quastor, Aedile, and Deputy Combat Master is outstanding. For certain, many within Naga Sadow look up to him. Sai has always been the cool head, the diplomat, the Devil's advocate. I have been privileged to serve alongside him many times in my long career in Naga Sadow. His performance and leadership from the front in every vendetta and Great Jedi war since he has been in Naga Sadow is much appreciated and inspires the younglings and us old farts alike. This is reflected in his bearing of the Sadow name, and the numerous awards and medals he has in his bag. if every leader in our club was like Sai we couldn't ask for better. For his hard work, long efforts, tireless (and quiet) service and his always bringing his "A" game to this club as a whole, Sai should be rewarded. It makes me very happy to reccomend this, and in Naga Sadow's opinion it is long overdue. ~Macron Goura Sadow, HNS Quaestor, Consul Emeritus Sai is one of those stalwarts who've now been in the Clan-turned-House for many years, having become one of the elders of Naga Sadow. Indeed, in the past year, there's been little in Naga Sadow that hasn't either had Sai's name on it, or else which he hasn't in some form had direct impact on. Whether on the front lines in the spotlight as Proconsul and latterly as Aedile, or from the shadows as one of those elder stalwarts whose views always provide a guiding hand, helping others. Looking back at the past twelve-to-eighteen months, I can remember how Sai has had a direct influence on virtually every storyline that we've carried out, going right back to the Ninth Great Jedi War. Much as I may often end up being seen as the storylines' mouthpieces, so many of the raw creative ideas these days in actuality come from the minds of people such as Sai. The entire story of Cyrus Raze, for example, began as a two week insert to bring Shan Long back into the Clan for the Great Jedi Warâ?"until Sai suggested bringing Cyrus back after he was thrown off a cliff and instead using him as one of the GJW's main antagonists. Fast-forwarding to the Spring of this year, once again Sai has been at the creative forefront, this time of the Unrest in the City developmental run-on, spearheading the ongoing story's development with the help of Malisane and recently Fremoc. Having begun back in April, Unrest has now been running for getting on for five months, being what began as an experimental project masterminded by Sai, which was envisioned as a permanently ongoing character development run-on. Back in April, at the time I claimed it couldn't be done, looking back at attempts by Ashura last year at something very similar, believing that Sai was biting off far, far more than he could chew, that interest just couldn't be sustained for that stretch of time. However, looking at the message board today, Unrest in the City has become the most successful run-on to be carried out in more than two years, eclipsing everything that has been run since as far back as 2008 and is now closing on surpassing even some of Naga Sadow's Great Jedi War performances. And this is all because of the work and determination of Sai and Malisane to engineer an ongoing, "Act" based run-on, which has consequently seen some of the highest activity levels and most successful team-building in as long as I can remember. Run-ons and fictional development aside, Sai's whole character lends much to be credited as well. Whether helping others, focusing on the younger generation and bolstering retention of the up and coming membership (as examples like his work on the run-ons demonstrates), or just his general sociable demeanourâ?"Sai is one of those people who just fits in, quietly, sociably, and happily. He's one of those people who is here for the enjoyment to be had from the club, and he lives his beliefs, hoping to ensure everyone else has the same, fulfilling experience. Be it his work as Proconsul, Aedile, Deputy Combat Master, or just the general helping hand he has continued to provide at all times, Sai is a credit to Naga Sadow and the Dark Brotherhood as a whole. While Sai might be Krath, nobody's perfect; nonetheless, the boy done good, the boy done good. -Xanos Zorrixor Darth Vexatus I've known Sai for several years now, and throughout that time he has stood as a shining example of the very best kind of member that the DB has. Mature, intelligent, thoughtful and dedicated to improving the club in any way that he can, Sai has fulfilled many roles during his time here and been responsible for a large part of the positive atmosphere that I feel we can lay claim to in HNS/CNS. In the year since he was last promoted, Sai has done an amazing job as the Quaestor of House Ludo Kressh; performed admirably his duties as Deputy Combat Master; and been an excellent Proconsul to me and then Macron, providing a fountainhead of new ideas and thoughts and lending his sage advice to every discussion that came up amongst the clan Summit. His work in pioneering CNS' "Unrest in the City" run-on, an ongoing venue for fictional development which has become one of the longest-running and most enjoyable run-ons that we've ever done, is just one example of his ideas for making the Brotherhood a different and more enjoyable place. The other recommendations for his promotion will undoubtedly go into more exhaustive detail and list statistics; I simply feel that a man so devoted to the Brotherhood that he would continue to chip in and be heavily involved despite the birth of his child and all the responsibilities that come with fatherhood deserves recognition. Congratulations, cousin- you've earnt this in every way. ~KPN Manji Keibatsu Sadow, Ex-Consul of CNS During my years in Naga Sadow it has been an honor to always know we have the assistance of the Afro Jedi. Sai has shown great dedication towards his work always putting Naga Sadow ahead of his own personal achievements. He has always been willing to step up when his leadership skills are needed. Combine his individual accomplishments and his leadership experience. - SWL Kharon Daragon in cases...like these, it's very easy to slip into cliched phrases which exaggerate the impact of the individual in question. It is my pleasure to say that in this case, that isn't a worry. Since Sai was last promoted, he's been a Quaestor, Deputy Combat Master and stepped up to the plate to take on the Proconsul job, right before everyone changed to being Houses. It's very easy to be a leader during the good times, when your members are active and everyone's having fun. It's less easy to be a leader when things aren't going your way - something Sai knows all too well, having been a leader during these 'interesting times' before. His reaction is to regard it as a challenge and then to lead by example - something which cannot be emphasised enough as one of his good points. His own activity is not to be sniffed at and even during those periods in the last year where he was without some form of official leadership role, he was always trying to improve things for his House. In part by looking out for dozy young leaders like myself and reminding me of just what formidable footsteps I was attempting to follow in, but also through things like being one of the masterminds behind our current run on, which is currently in it's fourth month and massively informing the way the Clan's fictional canon is evolving. On top of all of these things, he instills a sense of cameraderie in people. For this reason alone, House Naga Sadow would be a much poorer place without him. I know a lot of younger members of the House look up to him - myself included. He is exactly what every leader in this club ought to be - mature, competent, with an insane work ethic, a good sense of humour and the humility not to let it all go to his head. He is more than ready for this. Congrats, boss! -Dyrra Skye Tsainetomo Keibatsu Sadow is a hard working, friendly, dedicated and imaginative member of this House and the Dark Brotherhood. Over the last twelve months in particular he has been a great member and leader, notably his great contribution to our vendetta results, his work on wiki and runon projects and of course his hard work as a leader as Aedile, Quaestor and Pro Consul where he has worked hard in each role to develop new members and provide fun activities for them to do as well as setting a good example of appropriate behaviour. Having worked with him on several projects I can testify that he addresses each with a mature, patient and open attitude listening to other peoples ideas and commenting and providing his own and he is a pleasure to work with. For all his recent and past activities ... I am more than happy to endorse this. Malisane Sadow, Rollmaster of Naga Sadow. A year and change for the man named Tsainetomo Keibatsu Sadow. A lot can happen between then, and now, and with Sai, a lot does happen. Aedile of Ludo Kressh, Quaestor of Ludo Kressh, Deputy Combat Master, Proconsul of Naga Sadow, and now the Aedile of House Naga Sadow. All duties that are associated with each position should say something to the man's work ethic, but also that he knows how to lead people properly and to make sure each person that is under him, is praised properly. Sai is the major mastermind to the Unrest in the City Developmental run on, and is a part of almost everything that goes on within our Clan/House. To say the least Sai is the man and I full recommend Sai. Congrats my friend, you've earned it. ~Templar Fremoc Pepoi, Sergeant, Magistrate to the Fist

Malisane to say the least is probably the funniest men in the clan, but also loves his clan without a doubt. Since Malisane's last promotion, which was over 3 years ago, he has been the Left hand of Justice, Aedile and Quaestor of Ludo Kressh, Clan Rollmaster for CNS, and now the House Rollmaster for HNS. As Aedile and Quaestor he pushed his clan through the internal clan feud, but also created the Underworld run on for clan development. Most recently, he's was one of the masterminds on the Unrest in the City run on, another Run On for Clan development, but it would continue onward for other stories to play out as well. With his appointment to Rollmaster, he constantly welcomes new members to our House, he emails them almost weekly if not every few days, to check up on their progress. He also makes sure our Master Student program is running smoothly and that every master that wants an apprentice, will have one. In his time since his last promotion, he's earned a Grand Cross of the Dark Side, a Steel Cross, and 3 Dark Crosses and earned the prestigious title of Son of Sadow. Congrats Mal, you've earned it. ~Templar Fremoc Pepoi, Magistrate to the Fist
When I first joined the Brotherhood and then CNS, Malisane was a name I quickly got used to seeing in my email in-box, being the dynamic member that he was; that has not changed in my three plus years of membership. Mali, as we know him, has always been a vocal presence in our ethereal home, supporting ideas that he thought were good and providing insight on matters that he may not have agreed with. In that regard, Mali is a true change-agent, never shying from the difficult conversations or contrary opinions that are necessary and required to move any worthwhile entity forward. Even when he doesn't have an 'official' leadership position, he is not cowed into thinking that he must remain silent; on the contrary, Mali's love for his House truly transcends any title, as he, as before, is a constant presence and guiding force. His was one of the select minds I tapped to assist me with our groundbreaking runon project, and his ideas and energy have helped the HNS Developmental Run-On gain the legs that it has. Activity-wise, Malisane has earned a Grand Cross of the Dark Side, a Steel Cross, 3 Dark Crosses and has been dubbed a revered Son of Sadow, our House's highest honor. For being the member that he is, and for inspiring the rest of us to be greater than we are, I hereby, without reservation or malice aforethought, do lend my name and support. Congratulations!
-Tsainetomo Keibatsu Sadow
It scares me sometimes when I get asked to write a recommendation and look at people's dossiers and see... 3 years, 3 months, 13 days. Has it really been that long since Malisanelast got a promotion? I'm not sure what hits me the most. The fact it reminds me how long I've been here, feeling as though we only promoted yesterday. Or the fact that Malisane, obviously, isn't the new guy I still think of him as anymore.
Like many of our esoteric little clique we like to call Naga Sadow, Malisane is one of those who just gets on with the job, not asking for any commendation, and so who gets forgotten, passed by time and time again, with nobody really paying much notice. 3 years, 3 months, 13 days. It would seem, I must fall among that group as well, who have taken for granted for so, so long what Malisane has done, how much he has done, despite how little he has had in return in that period. How does one sum up three years of work in a few paragraphs? How does one even begin to remember all that has happened in three years? We've had a Rite of Supremacy. A Great Jedi War. A House Feud... and that's only going back the last eighteen months.
One thing I can categorically say about Malisane is how he, in a certain way, reminds me of myself. He doesn't need a position. He just does things. He may not have always worked in a formal capacity, but that arguably says even more about him: he doesn't need a flashy title to get on with "the job". He enjoys what he does, so he comes up with run-ons and activities that he knows others can enjoy. Speaking from experience, I can say how much his influence has changed me during the past couple of years. Once upon a time, I wrote a lot more about my own character. These days? These days I've taken after Malisane, writing much more about the "other characters", those which actually interact with the younger members, those that aren't all about my own character but which are about finding ways to let new writers take stories in their own direction. Malisane's is always the nagging voice in the back of my mind, reminding me not to script stories in advance, but to leave things open, more free form, and only offer a very light guiding hand instead of the way things were historically done. Of late, it has been very satisfying NOT being the person in the driving seat for a change: because those people have become Malisane and Sai (and, latterly, Fremoc as well). Where it's Deliverance, the Voice of Justice, Ven Dastari, the Organisation, Councillor Zero... recently, Malisane has been the source of most of the major storyline(s) that have run through much of this year. People so often wrongly conclude these days "Goat's doing it", when in reality I'm nothing but the member taking part now. The stories themselves have become the realm of the Malisanes, Sais and Fremocs.
However, none of this says Malisane is averse to taking up the responsibility either, as his return as Rollmaster shows. Right now, so soon after reforming back into Independent Houses, it would be such an easy time for veterans (and, scanning his profile, I see I can genuinely use that word for him now) like Malisane to be giving up, moving on, and no longer caring. He's been Aedile. He's been Quaestor. No more Proconsul or Consul? What's the point anymore? But no. That's not how he reacts. No. Instead, he steps up to the plate, takes on the task of helping out Macron and Sai during a period when they were most certainly need him most. Bringing with him his past credentials as the Clan's Envoy, his passion not only for fiction and the Black Guard and helping new members above old, his continued drive is something that many in his place would by now have burned out of. 3 years, 3 months, 13 days. That number just keeps coming back to me. I can look down the roster, see so many Equites that have either been bumped off to the Rogues, or else just sit there, clogging up the roster. But not with Malisane. He continues to be active.
In this new dawn of Independent Houses, where so much of the unnecessary bureaucracy has been swept away, Malisane represents the sort of member I hope more will now aspire to be. Not ones looking to work their way up an inflated ladder of unnecessary positions, but ones that will realise that they can help out, lend a hand, contribute, without always needing to be the guy whose name is on the roster.
Xanos Zorrixor
Darth Vexatus
Malisane Sadow has always shown great uniqueness in his work, always putting Naga Sadow ahead of his own personal achievements. He is always willing to step up when his leadership skills are needed such as his time as Quaestor of House Ludo Kressh. His creativeness is unmatched as Malisane has single handedly created most of the surroundings of Naga Sadow as well as had a large part in numerous Sadow storylines. Combine his individual accomplishments and his leadership experience. - SWL Kharon Daragon
Malisane Sadow is one of the core contributors to much of our fictional existance as Naga Sadow. His work in developing places like Kangaras, Markosian, Marakith, and many others is untiring. His fictional runon planning and development is nothing short of outstanding, as evidenced by the current "Unrest in the Coty" runon and several before that. Malisane has served very well as Rollmaster (CNS and HNS), Aedile, Quaestor, Envoy KAB and to the DJB as Left Hand of Justice. His work is thorough, thoughtful, and has enhanced our Naga Sadow group and the club at large. His help as Rollmaster has been a great asset to our group especially since the Clan to House switch. Malisane is a natural envoy of sorts and makes sure our new blood is well taken care of as well as administering the Master Student program. Naga Sadow has seen quite a few promotions happen under his guidance. For his long-standing, tireless and unceasing efforts on behalf of Naga Sadow and our club, I'd like to reccomend this Sapphire Blade.

DJK Kael Fayne (Obelisk)/AED/Dorimad Sol of Scholae Palatinae [ACC: CL:1]
Recc by XenâMordin Vismorsus (then QUA of HAD):
To Whom It May Concern:
Every now and again we have members of the DJB who are exemplars of what the DJB is all about. Dante, a son of Palpatine, is one such member. In the months leading up to the change of Clans to Houses, Dante was a fellow QUA, the leader of Dorimad Sol. He was a true inspiration and great to work with over this time. It was thanks to him that CSP had itâs final âfeudâ between the houses. It was thanks to him that the ground forces for CSP were fixed to the new point system. He has always been there, willing to be both an advisor and a leader.
If there is one thing about Dante that stands out in my mind it is his dedication. He gives 110% to everything he does. I know that with Dante, whether it be just chatting on IRC or working on larger scale events, he wants the DJB to succeed. He understands how the DJB works and can be relied on to get the job done. I am thankful for the time I had leading with Dante. He led through example and helped me realize things I needed to do in my own duties as a QUA. Thank you Dante, and Drinks are on you.
XenâMordin Vismorsus
Recc by Kir Katarn (Justicar):
"Dante has been a strong, longtime contributor to the Chamber of Justice. He passed the Basic and Advanced Chamber Shadow Academy courses easily. He has also served as both Left and Right Hand of Justice, one of very few people to do so. During his time serving as a Hand of Justice, Dante has served as counsel in several trials - each time as an important contributor. When it comes to Justice in the Dark Brotherhood, Dante is more experienced than most members in the Brotherhood. I have come to value his opinion on Judicial matters, and trust his instincts. Thank you for your work Dante, and I hope to work with you again in the future."
-Kir
Recc by Kalak Ragnose (Rollmaster of HDS):
Dante cannot be mortal. Despite being a family man, serving as Proconsul, later Aedile and now Quaestor, he has still found time to accrue a ridiculous number of medals, which took me over twenty minutes to tally up:
4 x Crescents with Emerald
8 x Crescents with Sapphire
1 x Crescent with Amethyst
489 x Clusters of Fire
4 x Clusters of Ice
5 x Pendants of Blood
1 x Scroll of indoctrination
2 x Steel Crosses
1 x Grand Cross
1 x Seal of loyalty
6 x seals of bone
3 x Silver novae
3 x Legion of the scholar
This powerhouse of Scholae Palatinae provides a shining example to the Journeymen in his care. In the recent Rite of Supremacy, Dante led from the front, competing in twelve events and placing in 6. Danteâs best trait however is his willingness to stop and listen. Many a member has found an ear in Dante who will always find time for anyone. It is this quality above all others which makes me proud to call him my Quaestor and my friend. No-one deserves this promotion more than you, many congratulations Dante!
-Kalak Ragnose, Roll Master of Dorimad Sol
Recc by Fremoc Pepoi (M:FIST):
I was asked to write this, and I am proud to write this recommendation for Dante's promotion. The man is a beast to be simply stated. He's always in #dbgaming, hanging out gaming against almost everyone in the last year. He played over 300 matches since his last promotion, earning himself over 400 clusters of Fire, and 6 pendants of blood. He helps the new members who are learning the supported platforms, and teaches them the finer points of the games, including myself. He's also provided incite to the gaming realm to myself and Smoke, since he himself was a former Tribune of Gaming. He helped provide some advice in the crafting of the new Rites of Combat as well. Congrats Dante on your promotion, my friend.
~ Templar Fremoc Pepoi, Quaestor of Marka Ragnos, Magistrate to the Fist
Recc by Thran (then CON of CSP):
I submit this longtime member of Scholae Palatinae for elevation to the rank of Obelisk Primarch. His exploits over the past few years are numerous, and his activity within the clan and brotherhood is an excellent example to our journeymen and equites. Serving as an Aedile, Quaestor, and Proconsul during this past year, the Dark Paladin and newest member of the Palpatines has cemented his legacy in the tomes of the clan. He also serves as the principal military ground forces advisor to the clan, and he was in charge of the recent ground reset for the clan. His dedication to the Brotherhood as a whole is evident as Dante is currently completing his second term in the Chamber of Justice as the Right Hand to the Justicar.
During the past year since his last promotion, Dante has earned the following awards:
Grand Cross of the Dark Side
2 Steel Crosses
3 Silver Novae
10 Crescents of varying levels
6 Pendants of Blood
430 Clusters of Fire
4 Clusters of Ice
3 Legions of the Scholar
Scroll of Indoctrination
Seal of Loyalty
13 Seals of Bone
Thran Occasus, Consul of CSP
My recc (then PCON of CSP, now QUA of HSP)
For going above and beyond your duty and for an incredible display of activity, I nominate Angelo Palpatine Dante for a well deserved promotion to Primarch. Since Thran already mentioned most of his awards and achievements, I will mention here something different. Dante has an incredible drive to improve and better this clan as a whole, without losing focus of the individual members. He designed the CSP aspect of the Ground Forces Reset nearly by himself, He took the time to organise this years CSP Spring Games and created a clan level vendetta which span nearly every aspect of the DB, from the Shadow Academy over Fiction to Gaming and back. In my eyes, Dante has earned the elevation to the upper tier of the Equite ranks.
He always puts the good of the Unit before his own wishes and will look out for his fellow members. I do believe that (without his input, advice and hard work) Scholae Palatinae would be far worse off then we seem to be at the moment. He kept us afloat during times of crisis and in my eyes should be rewarded for that. Even as he continues to do so even now.
In Darkness, Ood Bnar Scythe'rae (Former Proconsul for CSP), Quaestor of HSP
Man, this has taken a long time. It seems that everything conspired to keep poor Dante from getting this well-deserved promotion. Dante is a locomotive. He is consistently active, consistently places, is always there, and has been leading since forever. He works hard, he keeps his head down and out of drama, and he really does what he does for the love of the club, hich is something quite respectable. He has done a great job keeping himself and others going, doing stuff, and working to make everything that he touches shine. With his work ethic and understanding of how things work, I expect the guy to go upward when it is available. Until then, He is more than ready for the fourth and final Equite rank. Congratulations, Angelo. ~Muz Ashen, Dark Lord of the Sith.
