Stormreaver has shown an impressive turn around in his activity and has closed the gap in his promotion requirements in a short period of time. Having successfully completed his Character's history, the ACC Basics and his character sheet, five Shadow Academy courses and spoken with members of Clan Naga Sadow and his Battle team on IRC; I believe Stormreaver is fit for a promotion.
