Elyon has continued to prove herself time and time again, both on Odan-Urr's Telegram channels and in her work through multiple competitions. The fact that she has remained determined to participate despite an especially competitive period in the Brotherhood's history is a testament to her will. Equally, I have rarely seen a member so willingly seek to constantly improve her skills, or search for new horizons. Rapidly demolishing most of what the Shadow Academy could offer is proof enough of this, but she has also become a frequent participant in our weekend events. Having constantly experimented with art, writing, and now gaming, I look forward to seeing what the future brings.

It is my pleasure to mention Gui Sol once more for an Odan-Urr award. Since he has returned to our unit almost 4 months ago, he has been both an active member and an active leader. When I hired him, I wasn't sure what I'd be getting but all I have to say is wow.

As a regular member, he has participated in 31 competitions, 3 ACC battles, 21 PvP matches, 3 PvE matches, 4 fiction activities worth 1,220 words, 1 run on post worth 926 words, 22 Shadow Academy courses, 2 news posts, and 4 news post comments. While doing the above he earned 1 Crescent with Diamond Star, 3 Crescents with Ruby Star, 2 Crescents with Amethyst Star, 1 Crescent with Sapphire Star, 3 Crescents with Emerald Star, 1 Crescent with Quartz Star, 1 Pendant of Blood, 191 Clusters of Fire, 17 Clusters of Ice, 9 Clusters of Graphite, 1 Scroll of Indoctrination, and an Anteian Cross for activity. Moreover, his activity has been consistent each month since he joined Odan-Urr. He also has participated in 3 of our weekend community events, which is a great way to build community and usually last a few hours. Lastly, he has organized 5 competitions for the club, giving our members things to do as well as keeping himself busy.

As a leader, he has served as the Rollmaster for Odan-Urr for almost 3 months, during which time he has undertaken a variety of ambitious projects for the clan. To be clear the Odan-Urr RM’s responsibilities are unique to this club. Their primary duties are not to manage roster but rather to head up recruitment, social media management, and the initial new member experience (to include the master-student program). First and foremost he has done a wonderful job with recruitment. He has built up our social media community from scratch, taking time out of his day to actively recruit new members to the clan. This requires a lot of time and includes tasks such as initial reach out with prospective members, consistent contact with potential new members, and posts to our social media pages. Once he was able to recruit these new members, he helped walk them through their first new experiences. This included a personal touch at times, which I can tell you from personal experience takes a few hours per person. To manage the new member pipeline, Gui rejuvenated the Master-student program. This involved recruiting a fresh batch of masters and improving communication by managing the masters from one shared chat. I’ve seen first hand his consistent outreaches to masters and have heard from students of his attentiveness. In total, this member focus takes a lot of work. Truly talking to people and connecting with them to bring them into our community, which takes a while even after they join, takes a lot of work. Estimates are hard for stuff like this but given my past experience with this, I’d say it's at least a part-time job.

Equites often mark themselves as moving towards a dual consumer/producer role and giving back to the community. Gui Sol has embodied this heart and soul, being both an active member and a strong contributor to the Odan-Urr summit. For all his contributions above, it is my pleasure to recommend that Gui Sol be promoted to the rank of Equite 1.

I've worked with something like nine COU RMs over the years. Although the basic tasks of the Rollmaster position are simple and easy, even to the point that some have advocated scrapping the position, it is incredibly difficult to do the job well. Only a handful of Rollmasters have really managed to move the needle on the clan's recruitment and retention. While Gui has only been in his current position for less than three months, I think he's very likely to be remembered as one of our effective RMs.

Gui immediately impressed me with his personal, direct engagement with me and with my fellow Odanites. If I learned one thing during my years in unit leadership, it's that forming and maintaining those personal connections is what builds communities and wins wars. Although it is easy to tell junior summit members to do it, it can be very difficult to train them to do it habitually and effectively. If the only thing Gui did were build those bonds of affection within COU, he would still be a valuable addition. His is an active and energizing presence in the clan's Telegram channels and a reliable participant in all forms of activity.

While I was very skeptical of "social media engagement" as a recruitment tool, I have to admit Gui has impressed me there as well. As with existing members, he focuses on making a connection and building a relationship instead of attempting to flood the clan with terminal NV2s. He has quickly and unerringly paired new joins with established and active masters and routinely checks in with the masters several times a week. I feel like I not only have support in introducing my own apprentice to everything the club has to offer, but like I'm in a position to offer informed support to both fellow masters and their apprentices.

I'm looking forward to seeing Gui do great things for Odan-Urr, both as our Rollmaster and in future positions in the years to come. He has proven himself as someone worthy of the title equite.

Unlike the pronunciation of his name, one thing that is absolutely clear is how deserving Gui is for this elevation to EQ1. Gui is one of the most self driven, ambitious, friendly and just all around decent members we have in this Clan. When given the position of Rolemaster, he took it and ran with it. His efforts in setting up the Clan FB account has proven effective as we have had a consistent stream of new joins and inquiries into who and what we are. His activity on our Discord have brought new people in, many of them still around, active and making a name for themselves. Once they do join, he continues to guide them through the Master/student program with the same tenacity that he used to recruit them. Taking his pairings seriously, he assigns based on his set of standards, or dark magic rituals, that are designed to foster the best relationships between Master and student. He checks in constantly and requires updates on how everyone is fairing to make sure that both get the absolute most they can out of the program.

Even with his attention going into so many directions, Gui is still able to find the time to be a general member. He doesn't let his duties distract him from what makes this club fun as seen by his continued competition activity and his newly acquired Dark Maven - Combat degree and the 25 other courses he has passed since his last award.

Thank you Gui for all of your efforts. You have more than proven you deserve this elevation to the Equites.

Tybalt, more commonly known as Kris within the community had come to Arcona just at the beginning of this year. For a while Kris has always had a presence within the Arcona chat. Rather if it’s chatting within Telegram or participating in competitions he has shown activity. Since his last promotion he has Organized\Co-Organized 11 competitions. Has participated in a staggering 134 different competitions. Within those competitions he has earned 10 Ruby Stars, 13 Amethyst Stars, 11 Sapphire Stars, 10 Emerald Stars, 3 Topaz Stars, 54 Clusters of Graphite and 8 Clusters of Ice. Showing that he doesn’t do competitions just for participation but puts effort into his submissions. The long list of Crescents reflect that. Kris is and has been gaming with other members of the Brotherhood. He has amassed as many as 1931 Clusters of Fire and 117 Clusters of Earth. Also has managed to have written 3,831 words of fiction. Recently Kris has also obtained a Seal of Loyalty.

Kris as well has been busy within the Shadow Academy in the past year. Has passed a total of 19 courses and has gained 3 Degrees. Which were Degrees in Vendetta, Leadership and Leadership and Communication. Since promotion Kris has obtained not just one but 2 Steel Crosses and 1 Anteian Cross.

With all being said I would like to request a promotion for Kris to Seer. He has achieved so much already and look forward to seeing you keep up the good work.

Although Kris has only been on the Fist staff since the very end of January he has hit the ground running. He has already approved 8 PvP matches and 29 PvE/O matches. Out of the competitions that were previously mentioned in the recommendation, three of those that he ran were official GMRG competitions.

Additionally, Kris is a highly engaged member of the Fist staff and takes his role extremely seriously. Even as someone new to the staff, and on their first tour of duty, he has been an active contributor to group discussions. He has also provided me with excellent insights on the state of the gaming community. However the highest value the he brings is that he is not one to simply point out issues, Kris is also someone who can offer possible solutions. I appreciate the passion and thoughtfulness he brings to the role.

The only way the Fist Office continues to improve is with members like Kris who take ownership in their role as caretakers of the gaming sub-community. It is my honor to contribute towards Kris' promotion to Equite 3.

While I have not known Kris for very long I have seen him around a lot in both Fiction and in Arcona chat, And the sheer force of personality and good will that he brings is inspiring. Since coming to Galeres I have seen the true makings of an artist xtrordinair making some truly amazing work for the Eldar event and beyond.

On top of that his presence in and around the gaming community we have created is one of the many beacons that we all can turn to when looking to have some good fun killing some time. I could not ask for a better friend or clan mate.

Agate is truly one-of-a-kind. Joined only 8 months ago, her activity levels for the past several months have been breathtaking as she has dominated nearly every statistic in COU. She is our most active member and we are proud and happy to have her in our Clan. Since her last promotion, Agate has participated in an astounding 91 competition: breaking that down amounts to 6 Fiction comps, 30 Graphics comps, 5 Gaming, 12 Regular, 38 Timed, 15 Containers and 1 Bracket. And all in four months. She has won 38 Crescents, 178 Clusters of Earth, 72 Clusters of Graphite, 6 Clusters of Ice, a Pendant of Blood and a Grand Cross. She has also passed 6 courses and 2 degrees and written 2993 words of fiction.

I would honorably mention that Agate has been the top-scoring member in COU for the last 4 months as she has won the Scimitar of Hoth competition every single time. To say that I am proud of her is an understatement, and I honestly don't see her meteoric rise letting up. She has been consuming what the Dark Brotherhood offers in the best way possible, and I believe it is fair and right the Dark Brotherhood returns some appreciation.

It's my absolute pleasure to write yet another recommendation for Agate, who numbers above are frankly amazing. In addition to the above, I'd like to touch on her community presence. She has participated in a total of 14 community events over the last 4 months. We run these each weekend so if you do the numbers she has attended the vast majority of them and is moreover almost always on time. I'm incredibly proud of her community attendance as doing things together is one of the key activities for a healthy club. She takes the time to hang out with her fellow Odanites and that is a gift worth its value many times over. This spirit of giving back has carried over to projects as well, where she has helped us with some Discord revamps as well as some wonderful creatures for our lore. Again, I'm incredibly proud.

Sera, or also known as Orion, may be somewhat new to the Brotherhood. But don’t let that fool you. Sera has come into the Brotherhood with FIRE. He has a high presence within Telegram engaging with fellow members. Partakes or even plays as the Dungeon Master for roleplay sessions. Recently successfully DM’d capture the flag between the two Arcona houses.

Since his last promotion he has Organized\Co-Organized 8 competitions. Participated in a total of 41 competitions. Within those competitions he managed to earn 1 Diamond Star, 2 Ruby Stars, 3 Amethyst Stars, 3 Sapphire Stars, 1 Emerald Star, 1 Topaz Star, 69 Clusters of Ice and 13 Clusters of Graphite. During the prologue to the Great Jedi War: Tenixir Prison Break Sera earned 2nd place overall. Has gotten his feet wet into gaming with 1 Cluster of fire.

Sera has written a staggering 29,576 words of fiction. Believe it shows that he loves to write. Completed one ACC Battle and participated in Run Ons. Within the Shadow Academy he passed so far 46 total courses and has earned a total of 6 Degrees. Most recent ones being Writing and Philosophy, Philosophy, Historical Legends and Flight. He also earned an Anteian Cross and a Seal of Loyalty.

Recently Sera has transferred over from House Qel-Droma to fulfill the position of BattleTeam Leader of Spectre Cell. Already he has shown great initiative to help wherever needed and come up with ideas for the fiction aspect of the House and BattleTeam. I look forward to seeing much more from Sera in the future, he has done so much already. To reward all his hard work I would like to recommend Sera for a promotion to Mystic.

The journey from Journeyman to Equite is, in my view, at least as important if not more so than that from Initiate to Knight. Having served as House leadership for the majority of Sera’s career, and as Master up to the Knighting, I never once doubted that this day would come. For some, the rank of Knight is enough, but I knew that Sera would not stop there and like in all the things this feisty Zabrak has put their spiky head to, they’ve not disappointed.

A true force of positivity within Arcona, Sera has more than claimed a spot among the regulars, weaving into our Clan and shared narrative as comfortably as a pair of old nerfhide boots. Endlessly enthusiastic, ferociously friendly, and always ready to stand by and assist whomever may be in need of a helping hand, I’ve been honored to have Sera as part of House Qel-Droma up until the recent promotion.

It was an emotional event for everyone involved, as leaving one’s House tends to be, but though serving in Galeres, it has not slowed down this amazing Zabraki Marauder one bit. Still the ever friendly face in Qel-Droma, while serving with distinction in Galeres, my eloquently verbose vocabulary fails me in describing the magnitude of sheer awesome that Sera is, and has become, for Arcona as a whole.

From the time that I First met Sera I knew they were destined for great things in the Brotherhood; the pure passion that Sera puts forward on a day to day basis is nothing but awe inspiring to say the least. Since coming over to Galeres form Qel-droma he has hit the ground running and it just doesn’t stop coming.

His work in leading Spectre Cell has been nothing short of exemplary from the wiki to running our RP nights and beyond. There is so much that can be said for him and how well he has done.
