Justinios has been Fist of the Brotherhood nearly his entire time as an Equite 3, during which time he has had a great impact on the office and handled the responsibilities well. Including running the gaming events for a major vendetta in the most recent Great Jedi War.

As Fist, he immediately stepped in to support the gaming community with an engagement survey, and has been active ever since. Constantly communicating with the membership in reports, and maintaining a staff that provides great support for gaming. He has brought to the position a wide range of ideas and thoughts which I’ve reviewed with Mav in a way that I hope he continues with long into the future getting creative about ways in which the membership and community stays engaged with the opportunities that we can provide. He ran multiple ladders, and multiple gaming competitions in the most recent Great Jedi War handling discrepancies and issues with poise as the event concluded and closed out.

For his efforts and contributions as Fist, both to the community and as part of the team running the vendetta on the Dark Council, I recommend a promotion to Equite 4 for Justinios. Congratulations!

Lucine has spent the past fourteen months as a leader in Arcona, as a Quaestor and then as Consul for nearly ten months, a majority, of that time. While participating in over 100 competitions, earning crescents and novae along the way and writing thousands and thousands of words of fiction.

As a Quaestor, she lead the house into Great Jedi War XIII Discord, while maintaining a fictional direction, great communication and updates for the members of her House. She ran a full nine event competition series about Piracy as well following the war which immediately gave members opportunities to stay engaged. Her great work leading a House gave way to her filling the role of Consul when it became available.

As Consul she organized and ran a seven event Clan wide competition for the members of Arcona to start this past year. As well as leading her Clan through the most recent Great Jedi War XIV Homefront where he Clan once again claimed First Clan of the Brotherhood. As Consul she has managed the leadership roles and staff of her Clan summit. She has managed the fictional directly of the Clan. Run surveys on member interests to help form events. While handling the day to day responsibilities of a Consul and building a great community for Brotherhood members.

For all her great work as a leader since her last promotion, and as a member of the Brotherhood community. I strongly recommend Lucine Vasano for a promotion to Equite 4. Congratulations!

Over the past 9 months, I have watched Tython Squadron explode in both activity and size. Leading the charge… Jon Silvon. Jon’s passion for the success of his team is felt by every one of his 9 members. He has managed to create a compelling storyline, numerous competitions to support it and a Run-On which all keep his BT ready and waiting for their next assignment. He has also released a report, on time, every month without fail. In addition to maintaining the most active unit in Odan-Urr, since his last promotion Jon has been awarded 1 Anteian Cross, has completed 63 competitions earning 2 Crescents with Diamond Stars, 2 Crescents with Ruby Stars, 2 Crescents with Amethyst Stars, 3 Crescents with Sapphire Stars, 2 Crescents with Emerald Stars, 2 Crescents with Topaz Stars, 2 Crescents with Quartz Stars, 54 Clusters of Ice from 17,000 words of fiction and 1 Seal of Discord. Additionally, he has been hitting the books on top of his daily responsibilities by completing 9 SA courses as well as 2 degrees. Plus has finished 3 ACC battles.

During the GJW, Jon and his team helped gain 103 Seals of Visions for Odan-Urr, 6 of which were his own.

Jon you’re dedicated, ambitious and certainly your team, myself and the rest of the Summit appreciate everything you do. That is why we feel you deserve this promotion to Equite 2. Thank you!

Jon Silvon has been a wonderful addition to Odan-Urr's summit. The reasons are many but I'd like to focus on a few. First, he has exhibited a community-first perspective, willing to join us for a roleplay community event and to engage with his members on a more personal note. I am particularly proud of these moments because leadership is about people. Second, he has always been willing to learn and improve his skills to make his unit and the Clan better, always around to ask questions or get feedback. I love seeing that attitude. Third, he has been a calm, mature presence in office, helping his members in a no-drama fashion.

As one moves up the chain in the Equite ranks, you start to focus on others more. Jon Silvon is already well on his way to doing that and I'm very proud of him. Zeon Blacktooth is one of those names that stands out. Not because of any peculiarity, but because he has been a member of Odan-Urr since early 2011. It wasn’t until March 2014 that I realized just how dedicated Zeon was to the advancement of our small piece of the world. Having been a member of Strike-Team Ooroo and showing his affinity towards his fellow members that allowed many to flourish, I felt it necessary to promote him to Battleteam Sergeant. A position that he remained in for fourteen and a half months.

The spine of this club are the members that stick around through thick and thin. Zeon has certainly proven this. Commonly found on Telegram, he is always one to congratulate others. Since his last promotion on March 8th, 2012 Zeon has completed 42 competitions earning himself 1 Anteian Cross, 2 Dark Crosses, 1 Crescent with Amethyst Star, 3 Crescents with Sapphire Star, 5 Crescents with Emerald Star, 24 Clusters of Fire, 10 Clusters of Ice, 5 Clusters of Earth, 7 Clusters of Graphite, 1 Seal of Loyalty and 5 Seals of the Crusader. For his recent contributions to Odan-Urr, Zeon helped secure Odan-Urr a Third Place win during the last GJW by earning 9 Clusters of Visions. In addition to his competition accomplishments, he has written 5494 words of fiction, passed 18 Shadow Academy courses that have earned him 2 degrees.

Zeon Blacktooth may not be the loudest personality in the room but he has tried his best for Odan-Urr, whether it be the Great Jedi War or helping the Clan. I’ve known him for some time now and his willingness to volunteer has always been greatly appreciated. He has even recruited a few members and is currently mentoring one of them. In addition, I’ve always enjoyed whenever he shares his art with the Clan. It’s nice to see someone put work into something they are passionate about. That said, during this last Great Jedi War, he participated in 6/9 bins, which we very much appreciated. I personally saw him try his best in both gaming and art, the latter giving him a 10th place finish for Graphics and Miscellaneous- Fire in the Sky. His efforts helped us reach the rank of 3rd Clan! So proud of you.
