Never one to shy away from a task, Kaiann always seems to have the resources needed to take something to the next level. The Independence Games were a prime example of his ingenuity. Kaiann sets the bar high for himself, delivers accordingly and in doing so Spoils the members of the DB. Kaiann has been a great asset to the DGM in recent times, helping with GJW grading under intense deadlines and working in stride with other members to see that everything goes accordingly. This Dark Council member is ambitious and inventive, a truly unique combination of skills. Kaiann always has a drive about him that lends credence to the idea that he is one of the greatest members this brotherhood has witnessed. She has always been willing to help with anything that is asked of her, always fitting things in despite a sometimes hectic RL schedule. She has taken on a few "apprentices" and helped out with the junior members, mentoring them and explaining many of the ropes of this ship. She has always been enthusiastic, and provided encouragement to everyone nearby. She has performed well in every role she has had. But that is the cherry on the ice cream. A couple of months ago, I started a project to restore Clan Arcona's history. Leara in particular went above and beyond her duties to track down 80+ articles - from run-ons to stories to dossiers, and even (thank god!) the original House Arcona history. Despite a difficult schedule, she not only managed to track down these articles from her historian Envoy days 3 years ago, she even organised them for me, saving me hours and hours of sorting and sifting. My Clan History project could not have gotten off the ground without her dedication and support, and I feel she deserves to be inducted into the ranks that start with K. Hes very active, always ready to help the Clan no matter how big or small the problem is. Dess is an obelisk, and hes truly talented on his area. But his skills are far beyond that. For example GMRGs Bot is his creation, as well as the bot in clans cantina, #naga_sadow. Theres no other technician like he is, who we all appreciate. His IRC activity is decant, hes always there to chat and advice, hes opinion is always valued and respected. For all his achievements, that are far more than expected, loyalty and being always there for everyone, also to express our apprehension for everything, I wish you good luck and a happy time in Naga Sadow, and hereby I recommend you for a promotion to Dark Jedi Knight.
