[JK2] Win at OHC Cup - 12/28/02

Over the last 3 months, Demos has turned this House into the best Sith House in the DB at the moment. All House Oriens Obscurum BT made it into the next round of the SSLseason 2 under his guidence. Season 1 was won under his guidence. Normally this is done by his BT but I think his enthousiasm and constant reminders have helped these BT to achieve this. He does his weekly reports in time, is online daily talking to Clan and House members, writes numerous emails a week to motivate his people and has created a training manual for HOO Sith. He also comments frequently on topics concerning the whole Sith Order. He also has held a lot of competitions and has participated himself in Clan Competitions. He has done this wihtout the help of an AED for most of the time he is QUA now.

Over the past 6 months, dagger has won 15 competitions in JK2 tournaments and some 2nd and 3rd places. Also, he won 50(!) CF in the past 3 months and a total of 150 in 7. Since he joined the DB, he is on IRC almost daily, talking to other members in House Galeres and Clan Arcona. he also writes activity-boosting emails to his House members, thereby helping his QUA.

This member has always been active, but in the last month his activity has been stagering. He competes in each competition, and always comes away with a fist full of CFs. I would like him to be recognized for his high activity and skill.

He is always active, but this past month his activity has stepped up considerably. He has competed in many of the weekly competitions and has always managed to earn multiple CFs and Crescents. There are few that match his skill. I would like for him to be recognized for this fact and his activity level.

For excellent work above and beyond the call of duty as my Praetor. Pyralis has been an aspiring assistant for some time now, and has completed every task I have assigned him with exemplary effort, and an admirable quality of work. His zealous dedication to the improvement of training has been a phenomenal help, and having someone as well-versed and insightful as Pyralis to bounce ideas off of is absolutely amazing. The Steel Cross is normally awarded for service to one's House or Clan - this particular one goes out to Pyralis for superb service to myself, the Shadow Academy, and through the Shadow Academy, the Brotherhood itself.
