Since he started his work as Assistant Envoy, he has been consistently active above and beyond what I expected of him.<br>
<br>
He has proven to be an excellent mentor to the active new recruits, giving them much more time and personal attention than I could. He often e-mails them without any prompting from me, and attempts to get them involved in all aspects of Ektrosis activity such as the recent RPGs. An enthusiastic presence on irc, we are lucky that he chose to join our house.<br>

I feel that it would be appropriate to reward his activity with a medal to show our appreciation.<br>

I would like to add that Ricco has been an incredible help to Ektrosis since he began working as Assistant Envoy for Alanna. He is able to give a small number of members the individual attention that Alanna can not while dealing with everyone under Guardian in the house. <br>

Maarek has continued to be an active, dedicated member of Tridens, and is conducting himself in a manner that makes him an example among the lower-ranked members of the House. He has been an active, willing participant in the gming portion of the Great Jedi War, facing any opponents who have Empire at War, and are willing to face him. Keep up the good work, Maarek.
