Our Dark Jedi Masters are among our most recognizable, respected, and impactful members. Dark Jedi Masters shape our experiences in the Brotherhood, and make impacts that last the lifetime of our club. Their contributions are felt at all levels and are not a single action or project but come from years of service and dedication to the betterment of the Brotherhood. When I think of the kind of contributions that a Dark Jedi Master makes, Morgan "Vyr" Sorenn above all our Adepts fits the bill.

Over the last two and a half years, Vyr has been an incredible Dark Councilor and an excellent second in command. First as Herald, Vyr shaped our club with major projects, website graphic additions, and the development of a graphics community into a true pillar of our organization. As Deputy Grand Master, Vyr helped overhaul our website and worked daily with Consuls and the Dark Council to connect club leaders and develop the fictional direction of the club. Vyr has helped in countless situations, and has dramatically increased the working relationship between the GM, the DGM, and the Consuls. He was a major force in directing the Rite of Supremacy and, most recently, has overseen the development of our new faction, the Severian Principate. Although Vyr's time has dwindled due to real life and he is stepping aside, even in this action, he demonstrates what it means to be a leader in our club: he identified he would need to step down and communicating with me in order to create a plan for his retirement that will enable the club to continue on without a beat. These last two plus years are representative of his entire career in the Brotherhood, and make it clear why he truly deserves to be a Dark Jedi Master.

More than that, Vyr has been a trusted advisor and a right hand that has guided our Brotherhood during my time as Grand Master. Vyr's actions have helped to shape the fictional and structural direction of our club for years to come and I speak for the entire Council when I say it was a pleasure working with him. Thank you, Vyr, and congratulations on Dark Jedi Master!

Zolt Kwel carries himself like any other mercenary. He has a natural talent of hitting his marks and completing his contracts, or in this case goals. Since joining, Zolt has already completed organizing a competition with his fellow peers, What’s my fandom again? Round I. He's participated in 5 competitions so far in his time in the DJB, even netting himself a Crescent with Topaz Star since his last promotion. The man has written 750 words of fiction about the Kel-Dor, Zolt Kwel, and has maintained an approved character sheet.

Zolt has remained in the ran or Runner for at least 14 days as conscripted. He had joined and became a member of Arcona’s Telegram community, and even has branched out into the club’s multiple groups. Zolt brings his wit and humor openly to the group, making things interesting and fun when he joins in discussions. He has collaborated with others in fiction.

Karran has been steadfastly picking away at his promotion requirements over the last couple months. With 60 days out of his 21 required in-rank, he's been an active part of Telegram — participating regularly in House and Battleteam roleplay events — and has been checking out the Discord server on the side. He's also participated in 10 competitions, placing in one, and passed Leadership Management and Competitions courses in the Shadow Academy. Through his activity, he's busted out over two thousand words of fiction and earned himself six Clusters of Ice.

He's got potential, and he continues to show interest in activity, leadership, and is just generally a good guy to have around. So while he's learning to block blaster bolts, I am recommending him for promotion to Hunter (JM3).
