I feel honored, and frankly am very happy to be able to talk about the kind of member Iios is and the work he puts out. This man is a "go-getter" that pushes harder than most people I've ever known. RL aside, Iios has tremendous potential and opportunity here in the Brotherhood. His worth ethic was proven during the fulfillment of his Prometheus requirements in Plagueis, and his strong sense of comradery brought him back with us in Odan-Urr. Immediately he got his hands dirty and finished out his requirements with getting 3 Pendants of Blood & 25 CoEs with his friends upon his immediate return. Whereas before he was a fiction junkie, now he is dipping into gaming along with joining in on the RoS. He's completed one of his Phase bins already, and is working with others in the teamwork bins.

We're glad to have him back, and he's made himself quite comfortable with everyone in Odan-Urr on TG. Glad to have you back amongst friends, Iios. Welcome to the rank of JM4.

Nefin's return from rogues was well anticipated. He would take time out of own schedule to personally help me collect clusters by playing Warframe, even as he remained rogue. During that span, he collected a total of 85 Clusters of Earth. Upon his return to the Brotherhood, Nefin quickly became engaged with his new family. He selected his order, clan, and even made a character sheet to represent his new self. Not a moment after did he join us in Telegram, where he still chimes in to actively engage with everyone. He also has joined the fight in the RoS, participating in the Diablo 3 comp and collecting a total of 6 Pendants of Blood from one submission. I have no doubt that he will be a proven asset to the Brotherhood. Because of this, I want to welcome him into the deserving rank of JM2.

In the last 4 months, Kadrol has been one of the major participants for Clan Scholae Palatinae. In terms of raw numbers, he has entered 19 competitions, earned 13 crescents, and achieved a clean sweep of the competitions in phase 1 of the Rite of Supremacy, while also being a constant source of support and encouragement to his teammates. In addition, Kadrol has earned 3 clusters of ice and 7 of graphite during this time.

Further, his project work has been excellent and never stops to find ways to make things better. Most notably, Kadrol pointed out that the clan could have cosmetic aspects on its military gear, which spawned a 4 person project to assess every possession in our clan. 12 unique cosmetic aspects were written and approved, and 7 graphics produced for our wiki pages. On the topic of CSP wiki pages, Kadrol has also made many corrections to them, with regards to grammar and date inconsistencies. Kadrol was key throughout this project, constantly sharing ideas and designing proof of concept images. Also, Kadrol has been a major driver of the CSP land grant proposals, primarily working with Raiju, Kadrol designed 10 examples for the system reaching over 700 words. This doesn't stop at clan level either, as Kadrol has earned 3 scrolls of foundation 'In appreciation for submitting bug reports and other issues on Shadow Academy exams' from the Headmaster.

I feel that in the last 4 months, Kadrol's total contributions are more than sufficient to have earned this promotion. Congratulations!
