Edema R'uh-Kalinor, Jono to his friends, has a long history with the Brotherhood. He first joined at the end of 2002, 14 ½ years ago. Life got in the way, as life so often does, and he rejoined the Brotherhood - and Arcona - in February of 2016. As a Hunter, he was full of drive and vigor, pushing ideas and activity left and right. Within a month he had been raised to Knight. Then, a mere six months later, he joined the ranks of the Equite. Now, ten months later, his drive and vigor are unchanged. He remains full of new ideas, pushing his leadership to generate new content, and new ways for himself and his peers to enjoy the Brotherhood. It's a welcome and much-valued distinction. There isn't a fictional situation Jono sees that he doesn't try and improve, or add to, or expand on in some way. And he makes everyone around him better for his efforts.

His own personal activity is a testament to his drive and determination. Since his last promotion in September of 2016, Jono has organized 11 competitions and participated in 43. He has submitted 13 works of fiction which, combined with his RO posts, total 23,000 words. He has passed 10 courses in the Shadow Academy and gained 3 degrees. He has also been consistently active in reports and news posts, pushing forward the relevant discussions through his 26 comments.

During his time as a Mystic, he has garnered a number of laurels for himself. He has earned ten Crescents for competition placement, 30 Clusters of Fire, 121 Clusters of Earth, 8 Clusters of Graphite, and a truly impressive 43 Clusters of Ice. He has also earned three Scrolls of Foundation and a Seal of Loyalty. In addition to the above, his activity has been recognized in the form of both an Anteian Cross and a Steel Cross.

This has been a long time coming, longer than most. But there is no one who has earned it more.

Edema R'uh-Kalinor has demonstrated a passion that is truly an inspiration for other members within the Clan. Since his last promotion, he has both organized and participated in multiple competitions, and has earned multiple Shadow Academy degrees.

In addition to his personal accomplishments, he has demonstrated remarkable leadership skills. Though he does not hold a leadership position within the Clan, he took it upon himself to develop a survey to poll members of the Clan about their individual interests regarding their taste in events. Zujenia joined the Brotherhood a little more than a year ago, and it was clear from the outset that she would become one of its brightest stars. In the eight months since her last promotion, she has more than fulfilled on that promise.

On a purely personal level, her activity puts almost any other member to shame. Since November she has participated in a total of 56 competitions, earning an astounding 23 Crescents in the process. She has garnered 120 Clusters of Fire, 5 Clusters of Earth, 20 Clusters of Ice and an impressive 33 Clusters of Graphite for her numerous art submissions. She has also gained a Scroll of Indoctrination, a Scroll of the Master, and a well-deserved Seal of Loyalty. She is a well known presence on Telegram, constantly engaging others in conversation and welcoming new members, but less recognized are her efforts to further discussions on the Brotherhood site itself, through her 46 News Post comments since November.

Her activity is astounding in and of itself, but her contributions do not end there. For the entirety of her time as an Equite I, she has served as a leader within Arcona: first of Battleteam Shadow Gate, then for the past three months as my Aedile. She has been phenomenal in both these roles, consistently keeping her members engaged and putting the wellbeing of everyone in her charge before her own. I have never met anyone who is as happy to give their time, energy and effort to those around them as Zuji is, and it is the hallmark of all her interactions in the Brotherhood. In almost two decades with the Brotherhood, I have rarely - if ever - met a more caring, compassionate leader. Arcona, and the Brotherhood by extension, is better for having her in it.

Zujenia, you have become, in many ways, the heart and soul of Qel-Droma. I couldn't be more proud of you than I am, and of the strides you have made - and continue to make - for your House and Clan on a daily basis. It's supposed to be my job to teach you about leadership in the Brotherhood, but in many ways I feel you've taught me more than I could ever impart. Thank you for all you do to make the Brotherhood a better place.

There are no words I could use that could describe just how amazing Zujenia really is. She is kind, thoughtful, patient, wise, and always willing to share her experience and insight with others. She truly is one of the best Arcona has to offer.

In addition to her shining personality and stunning work ethic, Zujenia is wholly dedicated to the clan and its growth and success. In the short time that I have personally known her, she has helped me tremendously and watched fill my new Arcona shoes. We'll talk a lot today about how Zuji is a star, particularly for Arcona. I would argue that she is a star for the entire Brotherhood. Her positivity and welcoming demeanor are hallmarks of every available chat in this club, and when someone new or old comes along, it's far more than just Arconans waiting in anticipation for her bright greeting and friendly approach. This is an attitude that carries into everything she does, both in leadership - where she frets for all her members, keeps a close eye on their needs and on any brewing difficulties, and encourages them and all activity constantly - and personally, where she...well...frets for people, keeps an eye, and encourages. There is not a Zujenia separate from the girl who gives her all, every spare bit, to others all across this club. That is not the mark of an Equite I, or even an Equite II, but the dedicated attention and care of someone who will one day surpass all of us writing for her today.

Zujubean, I have many words, but for you as my bestprentice, for all you do to support your sisprentice, and for everything you put into the people here...for that, I can't say enough. Tali Sroka joined the Brotherhood ten months ago. He skyrocketed to Knight, reaching the pinnacle of Journeyman ranks in a mere three months. Since his Knighthood in January, he has never wavered or grown complacent. In the past seven months, he has been a beacon of activity.

Since his last promotion, Tali has co-organized one competition and participated in a truly astounding 52, earning a phenomenal 30 Crescents in the process. He has completed 3 ACC battles, passed 9 Shadow Academy courses and gained 2 degrees. The 35 fiction activities he has submitted are a novel in their own right, totalling over 70,000 words and bringing him 162 Clusters of Ice. With 7 Clusters of Graphite for his artistic contributions and both Dark and Anteian Crosses serving as testament to his constant activity, Tali is undisputably one of the shining stars of both Qel-Droma and Arcona.

Tali is more than just the activities he participates in, though. He is a constant presence on Telegram, encouraging his fellow members, helping them flesh out their ideas or offering to proof their ACC posts. He is always trying to help those around him, and this truly marks his relationships with his peers. They are better for his presence. He touches everyone around him, and his intelligence and personality have helped make Qel-Droma what it is today. The Brotherhood is a better place for having him in.

Tali Sroka is one of the most prolific leks I know. This nervous Twi’lek hasn't been shy when it comes to competitions, and his name is usually somewhere upon the list of many fiction participants. And he scores well, which is earning him some renown.

Tali is an immensely active presence in Arcona’s community and several others on Telegram. He is welcoming, helpful, and a burst of personality that lifts the room. The purple Lek works often with others on fiction ideas and with building character development between characters. He actively encourages others to expand on their own character development as well. But the Twi’lek’s deeds don't end there. Tali has offered a hand to his Summit several times for projects, from wiki work to aiding in report writing. He has also collaborated with other members to present proposals on the future of the Inquisitorius.

It is with all these reasons that I recommend Tali Sroka for promotion to Equite I. Congratulations, Tali! You’ve more than earned it. Tail-five.

Tali Sroka is, undoubtedly, one of the most promising members I have the honor of overseeing. He has been a rock in assisting with the creation of Battleteam Voidbreaker and has really stepped up to set a stunning example to those around him.
