Ethan the man with the perfect narrator voice helping his team earn a 3rd place finish in the GJW "In a World" competition and securing a Bronze Nova in the process. This man had insane levels of activity in the GJW where he was 1 of 8 members of Odan-Urr to participate in all the bins as a JM4 which helped his Clan secure the points needed in participation towards our victory. Now even those this man loves to participate in competitions, he has stepped out and started dabbling in producing his own competitions. Since the GJW instead of taking it easy and winding down, he has organized31 DJB-wide competition, of which 2 were Clan-wide competitions in addition to also participating in 40 competitions. The man is also a fiction master where he spent many hours proofing our teams RO posts, he also earned 23 Clusters of Ice through his own fiction writing from various Voice competitions. In addition to all this he has earned 1 Bronze Nova, 1 Crescent with Amethyst Star, 6 Crescent with Sapphire Star, 6 Crescent with Topaz Star, 1 Cluster of Fire, 12 Cluster of Graphite, and even was passed 1 Shadow Academy course. Crossing from consumer to producer is a big step in ones DJB career. Ethan your activity both in and out of the GJW was incredible, but more importantly your desire to always look to help your fellow Housemate and further our Clan speaks volumes to your character. Keep up the great work brother!

Ethan, I have known you for a while now and I have to say I am impressed. Watching you and your character grow has been awesome. Your performance in the Great Jedi War just goes to show how far you have come, 100% completion in the War is no small feat. Your application for BTL application was very good and it shows dedication to the House, Clan, and the Brotherhood. I look forward to watching you grow further as we all continue forward. Keep up the good work my friend and congratulations on the award. It's all up hill from here!

Colonel Len Iode, 2018-01-29 17:55:31 UTC

Ethan is a stellar performer within Satele Shan and is truly in the process of a meteoric rise in professionalism and personal growth as befitting this important promotion from Knight to Equite.

Specifically I will speak to Ethan’s work within his Battleteam. Ethan simply is a leader and a beacon to look up to. While he did not get the role of BTL, he has supported the team throughout. This includes 100% participation in both the Basic Flight Training event and the Operation Enigma event. In the latter he placed within the top three overall. Beyond that, he is constantly active in team emails and TG discussions, offering his opinions and advice to other members to enrich the community.

While Ethan’s metrics are impressive and have been expanded upon greatly by my peers some items that stick out in my mind. Ethan is now at the point where he is transitioning from consumer to producer of content, and has organized several fictional competitions. Along that track, he has written over 10,000 words of fiction since his last promotion. That is more than some members produce in a career but this is just a mild side note for him.

I have no doubt Ethan is prepared to make the transition to Equite and the greater roles and responsibilities that the community requires him to and will be enriched by.

Boss Ragnar Kul, 2018-01-29 18:15:53 UTC

Ethan Martes, is by far one of the most interesting new members I have seen join Odan-Urr in quite sometime. Not only is he a constant contributor on the clan telegram channels he is also a great mentor to other members as well. He has a passion not only for his character but more for how his character exists in the DJB universe and how he would interact with everyones IC personas. He also has great vision and creates excellent stories and fictions for us to enjoy. Ethan is also a budding leader within the club and someone I see taking on and excelling at a position in the DJB at some point. I was also witness to his creativity on our Voice acting team for the Great Jedi War, being the team lead allow him to flex his muscles and help us earn a 3rd place finish in the event as well. So it's my pleasure and my Honor to support your award which is very much deserved and earned! Congratulations, Ethan!

A few days ago, Quii Liang took a shot at hosting his first clan competition. By doing so, after being Acolyte for quite a while, he fulfilled his last requirement to rise up.

The Dark Cross and Anteian Cross in his showcase are prove of his great activity, participating in a total of twelve competitions. Quii Liang wandered through the halls of the Shadow Academy quite a lot (SA:IV) and recently tackled the Leadership Management Course. Good job

This Acolyte is eager to learn and determined to rise through the ranks. He takes advice from others on Telegram, which helped him in his training. I feel like another step of his training has passed.

Congratulations Hunter!

It's been over 2 years since Mauro's last promotion. Through that time he had real life deployments, but still managed to return and be one of the highest producing members I have seen when he was active in the DJB. His activity is higher than many members who earn EQ3 and he was able to do it in the same amount of active time in the DJB. The guy is a beast in not only participating, but also producing for his members while being a rock in solid support to his Summit in many avenues of leading the House into further growth.

Since his last promotion he been awarded 1 Grand Cross, 1 Steel Cross, 2 Anteian Crosses, and 1 Dark Cross for both stellar activity and leadership. In addition he has participated in 219 competitions with 52 of those being since his last recognition just under a month ago with 11 of those being major fiction activities that awarded 27 Clusters of Ice... think about that for a second, one month. Looking at the bigger picture he has participated in a total of 219 competitions since his last promotion. From these he earned 1 Crescent with Diamond Star, 7 Crescents with Ruby Star, 12 Crescents with Amethyst Star, 24 Crescents with Sapphire Star, 16 Crescents with Emerald Star, 9 Crescents with Topaz Star, and 2 Crescents with Quartz Star. While Mauro is primarily a writer which is evident with his incredible 91 Clusters of Ice he also dived into gaming where he earned 2 Pendants of Blood, 35 Clusters of Fire, and 5 Clusters of Earth. Additionally he went on to do various art competitions earning 5 Clusters of Graphite. He netted 3 Scrolls of Foundation for Shadow academy work, but also gained more knowledge himself by passing 7 courses and helping him earn 3 degrees. Lastly he was a force in the GJW where he attained 15 Seals of Wrath helping Odan-Urr win "First Clan".

There is so much that Mauro does on a day to day basis to help Satele Shan continue to grow and foster activity within the House. His reports are frequent, detailed, and feature many event fictions to include a 7 page fictional narrative for the origins of Tython Squad to help the members engage in their new team. His fictional abilities for events has also driven some insane numbers which was evident with the 100% participation rate in his first BT event "Basic Flight Squadron" featuring with 11 members at the time. Since then he has created a mini event Already he has organized and created mini BT event featuring 3 competitions called "Operation Enigma" to help prepare his team for their upcoming joint battleteam event with Arcona's own BT the Nighthawks for the for the 4 competition event titled "Rendezvous of Destiny" that he created a 3 page fiction to help drive the narrative for the members of the two teams. All in all he has organized 9 total completed events with many about to start. He doesn't just make the events, Mauro help develop the fictional drive to inspire the members to get involved and helping elevate these participation rates. His work toward our upcoming event "Shadow of the Kesaret" was top notch. Without his writing abilities it would of been a struggle for our House to create such a dynamic story to involve the members while keeping in line by tying our previous House event together.

Mauro you on one heck of a members and honestly I cannot think of anything more you need to do to earn this promotion. You have spent 8 months as a professor on the SA staff, 4 months as Aedile, and now just shy of 2 months as BTL here. Your ability to produce and go above and beyond that which is expected of your position is anything I could of asked for in a BTL. You are doing great things to help us foster activity within Satele Shan and help create something special here as is evident with our surge in growth and activity. I appreciate everything you do and I know someone with your abilities and dedication to creating an awesome member experience is what helps further this club day in and day out. This promotion is for you and I know it will only be a matter of time before I will be looking up to you once again as my leader. Congrats brother!

When joining Odan-Urr I had the opportunity to join Tython Squad, the battleteam led by Mauro Wynter. I instantly realized that Mauro is one of the most, if not the most, devoted leader I've come across.

Not only has Mauro shown us some great activity, as listed by Maximus, but what pleases me the most is that he did all of this, not for his own gain but that of the battleteam, clan, and its members.

Mauro leads by example and offers members a chance to be active, promotes activity and offers a chance for others to get involved in the bigger picture. Thanks to members like Mauro, this community is an amazing one to be part of.

Therefor, Mauro Wynter, you most definitely deserve this promotion. Congrats!

Ranarr Kul-Tarentae, 2018-01-27 10:44:34 UTC

BTL is, in my opinion, a much harder job that people give it credit for. You have to built a community and you're expected to generate more activity than what the main body of the clan is getting, but you have to do it without competing with the identities of the clan and house, and by squeezing your competitions and events into whatever time the CON and QUA haven't already claimed. That makes Mauro's work with Tython Squadron all the more impressive.

As Max has detailed above, Mauro has assembled a BT of unprecedented size and activity. He started with nothing; he didn't come in to a lore and group that someone else had assembled for him. He's already completed two successful events and has organized a third with Constantine over in Arcona. This is, as far as I know, the first cross-clan battleteam event in Odan-Urr's history. I've been around for 6 COU battleteams now, and I cannot remember a time in the last two and a half years where one had the excitement and activity behind it that Tython does. Mauro deserves the lion's share of the credit for that.

Additionally, he's served on the house and clan summits. I've been particularly impressed by his maturity and his ability to stay positive and try to work through some very heated arguments, but in all cases he's been a key player in brainstorming new ideas to improve the member experience.

And, of course, in his regular activity as a member, Mauro's been one of the heavy hitters in COU in GJW XII and ever since. One thing that really stood out, that is definitely not reflected in his stats and that I'm sure nobody noticed but me, is that he got his fiction entries in for both phases at least a week before the deadline. It's a little thing, but I think it's indicative of how Mauro will set his mind to something and get it done, with no fuss, drama, or delays. The dude's a beast, and I'm delighted to have him on my summit.

Congrats, Mauro. I look forward to seeing how much you soar as an EQ3.

Mauro has proven to be one of the best additions to the Satele Shan Summit. His concept for Tython Squadron has been a huge success. Mauro has injected his own high motivation into the Team which can be seen in the core group of Tython members. His presence has been a huge help to the Summit. During my move, Mauro stepped up and took some of my responsibilities so that the House could keep operating.

Mauro, it has been a has been an honor to serve with you and work along side you. This promotion is well deserved and never stop , congratulations!

Colonel Len Iode, 2018-01-27 16:52:28 UTC

Mauro Wynter has done a lot of great things for Odan-Urr since he returned. Since my companions have already said a lot of great things, I'd like to focus on the one that makes me the proudest of him. What I commend Mauro for most is his dedication to the fictional development of Tython squadron. Many leaders miss this crucial point and forget to provide a "fictional skeleton" of sorts for their members. Mauro Wynter has excelled here, not only providing that "fictional skeleton" but also updating Tython's wiki page in a matter of hours after an update is due.

Now, many find the wiki rather tedious but regardless as a leader, it's your job to make sure that is up to date. As such, Mauro's insanely quick updates are a rare find and a greatly appreciated one by this Proconsul. With this fictional backbone in place in not only traditional fiction but the wiki itself, he has fostered one the liveliest battleteams currently in the DB and given his members something to really be excited about: the joy of seeing their work outlive them.

With that said, I give you, Mauro Wynter, high praise and want you to know that I greatly appreciate all the wonderful work you have done for Tython and Satele Shan. It's nothing less than remarkable and I look forward to seeing how big of a mark you'll continue to make in your House and Odan-Urr itself. Congratulations on EQ3!!!

Since Lo-Kain's return to Plagueis, he has hit the ground running. Where others may have taken their time to get settled in, he jumped at his promotion requirements and completed them all before the minimum time, a feat most Journeymen strive for. In addition to having spent the minimum 28 days as a Hunter, his time spent gaming has earned him 150 clusters of Earth and 3 Pendants of Blood, allowing him to reach Rank 4 in the Grand Master's Royal Guard. Since joining, he has acquired 2 Maven degrees, 2 Dark Pundits, and passed 2 leadership courses giving him the Rank of Senior (5) in the Shadow Academy. Lo-Kain has put forth great effort towards Clan and DB activities, having participated in 16 competitions, 11 of which were part of a clan event. From this, he has earned a Crescent with an Amethyst Star and one with a Sapphire Star. For his hard work, dedication, and drive, I recommend Lo-Kain for promotion to Dark Jedi Knight. Congratulations Lo-Kain, this was well deserved!

Angel is such a pleasure to have here in House Excidium. She’s loving, friendly, and so encouraging to all the members she speaks to. Whether it’s helping you laugh, or just giving you a pat on the back when you need it, Angel is your girl. She literally is our beloved angel amongst a spacey sea of thieves, pirates, stabby-stabs, and the like. She not only soars in consistency, she also soars in her endeavors. This was Angel’s very first Great Jedi War, and she took it head on, full force, and gave it all she had. Because of this, she snagged her very first Silver Nova in a dramatic narration, her very first Bronze Nova, and 7 Seals of Wrath. Since her last promotion, she’s also participated in 94 PVP Matches. WOW. She’s taken her place as Pazaak Queen of Clan Scholae Palatinae. Now she takes place in her next biggest feat: Equite 1. Congratulations, Angel! Thank you for all the wonderful blessings you provide to our house.

We’ve very lucky to have Angel among our ranks. She’s a fantastic source of activity, both by her own participation and for the opportunities she gives others, and is a positive, consistent presence to have around in the clan telegram channel. Her 7 seals of wrath and 2 novae combined with 12 crescents since her last promotion shows she delivers the goods both in big events and outside. Her 6 competitions hosted outside of wartime shows how she contributes to the activity of others.

Many thanks for all you do around the clan Angel! We’re very happy to have you with us. Congratulations.

The journey toward the Equite ranks is one many struggle with. The progression beyond Knight can seem daunting. However, Angel has never wavered in her commitment to Clan and House. She keeps going without looking only for personal gain. She strives to help everyone around her to do well and enjoy themselves. Her enthusiasm and dedication are remarkable in one still relatively new to the concept of our Brotherhood. She embraces every challenge wholeheartedly and does her very best no matter what. It is truly a joyous moment when a student achieves greatness, and I couldn’t be happier to add my recommendation for Angel’s next great achievement. Keep up the good work, Angel. I am proud of you.

It’s always a pleasure to see someone climb up to the Equite ranks, and I am truly happy to see Angel Snow reach Equite 1. She has been a bomb of activity and friendly, enthusiastic energy. She’s always present in the Battle Team chat engaging her fellow assassins in conversation. She’s also been actively participating, and even placing, in various competitions. Angel is an amazing person who is always there to cheer someone on or to cheer someone up. Plus, she’s always there to share a bit of Porg spirit to lighten the mood when people are down. I am ever so grateful to have her TA, and it has been a great honor to see her come this far. I look forward to seeing her blossom in both the Battle Team, and the DJB overall. This is how awesome Edgar is: he earned two sacramental awards in as many weeks, one for service to his clan and general activity, and the other for his role as P:Fist. I don’t know if that, or really anything, is truly unprecedented in the twenty year history of the club, but it’s certainly a rare and monumental achievement. So how did he do it?

First, raw, borderline frantic activity. Edgar has done 234 competitions in the last year. He’s taken home 46 crescents, all the way from topaz up to diamond. More recently he managed to win himself five novae in the Great Jedi War. He did all but one of the 28 competitions during the war, one of which was the ACC bracket that he could not participate in. He’s earned 25 Pendants of Blood, 2802 Clusters of Fire, and 2646 Clusters of Earth. As a guy who claims he’s not a writer or an artist, he’s taken home 39 Clusters of Ice and 46 Clusters of Graphite. He’s also taken 16 SA exams and earned himself 5 degrees, including the Sage degree in Warfare.

Second, leadership and service. Ed’s organized a staggering 85 competitions and co-organized another 20. This includes both his work as P:Fist and his time as the Quaestor of House Hoth; in the latter capacity he ran the Blooming of Solyiat and Suspicion on Solyiat events.

In addition to all of this, I’ll let Blade detail his project work on our new Praxeum, and Drac outline his year of exemplary service as P:Fist.

Ed, I truly cannot think of a more deserving member. Congratulations on EQ4.

Edgar Drachen was with the Jedi Praxeum wiki project the entire time and played a crucial part in the completion of its Layout and Design section, which was a cornerstone of the Jedi Praxeum effort. The completion of these 1,560 words formed a base that would inform a good number of other sections in the wiki article; it included the Training Exercises, Trials, and Dress Code. Moreover, its creation required teamwork with his partner and a good deal of discussion up front, requiring Edgar to sacrifice several hours of his own time in team meetings and small group discussions with myself to prep our section for team meetings. This often involved 1-3 hours on a meeting day and we had at least 5-7 of them, some of them just between myself and Edgar and a few with the larger group. Additionally, he volunteered to do an in-depth review of the layout and design sections as they changed over time. The end result was a great section of the page that I could not have completed as well without him.

In addition, Edgar went beyond by volunteering to review the training exercises section of the Jedi Praxeum. He took time to review it, coming in at 716 words, providing great feedback that would result in restructuring some of the section’s content. This prompted several edits that made it a much better section overall.

In summary, he helped me really kick this project off in a strong fashion and provided support throughout when asked to help make an excellent product, something I greatly appreciated. He did a great job and was a great teammate. It is my pleasure to recommend that Edgar Drachen be promoted to Equite 4. Congratz and awesome work!!!

Aura Ta'var

Aurora "Aura" Ta'var, 2017-12-11 05:08:29 UTC

I try not to write many of these things because I think they are silly. A member’s worth is not measured by the pretty things we have to say about them, or their achievements. Their worth is only dictated by how they feel at the end of the day. Edgar is one of those members that is always on top of his game. Sure, he always feels like there’s more that he COULD have done, but that’s all of us. Edgar has become someone that I personally can talk to about anything. When I’m having difficulties, both online and off, he is someone that I can talk to because we share a bond of friendship. To me, Edgar is more than just a leader or a friend. He is someone that can be depended on regardless of circumstance.

When I first came across Edgar, he had just become the Aedile of Hoth. In standard Jack fashion, I immediately started to challenge him. Force him to open up and be someone who would lead from the front. After four months of badgering, he finally showed me what he was able to do in the realm of fiction. To say that the commas were everywhere is an understatement. But, with a bit of guidance (and a lot of swearing), Edgar has moved away from JUST being an idea factory and can put the words to paper, as it were. During that time, neither one of us are such exactly when it happened, we became friends. He quickly(ish) learned to accept the help he was being offered and in turn became someone who can compete in theaters that he himself thought unattainable. Edgar is still more than just that.

When I served as his Aedile, he was patient with me knowing what my situation is like at home and at work. He continues to be patient with his current Aedile and with the Battleteam Leader of Wildcards. Edgar is a man that stands out above the rest, someone who not only knows what he’s doing, but also has the drive to get it done. I’ve long held the belief that leaders are not made, but born. We can learn how to be good leaders, but Edgar was born to be exactly that. He has the skills that can’t be taught, the raw talent to inspire and lead. I can spin tales about how Edgar has surpassed everything set in front of him, but you only need to look at his history to find that. He brought our current Consul out of apprenticeship when he was still learning the ropes himself. He has continued this stream of excellence well into the high Equite ranks.

Of all the people in this club, there are very few that I have willingly extended the hand of friendship to and Edgar stands as one of those. He has fought hard for his people, for his Clan and will advocate for everyone but himself. I would not say he is self-effacing, but he kind of is. He is someone who constantly questions his own worth. Someone who doesn’t act high and mighty because he is a leader or even a Praetor. He is down to earth, kind and compassionate. These are qualities that are required, not only for higher leadership, but also to stand as a benchmark for others to reach for. This is what the Equite ranks stand as and, as such, Edgar is more than ready to take his place at the highest of the Equites. Edgar is still more than just that.

The measure of awards, apprentices and achievements are all well and good, but other people will offer those up as examples. Me? I’m going to offer up exactly what he is. Edgar is more than a friend. More than a leader. More than someone who has learned how to be more than he was. He is someone who can and will pass that knowledge on to those who need help with a moment’s notice. When he is stuck, he knows that it is more than okay to reach out and ask for help. Edgar is, was and will be someone that can be counted on, a trusted friend and companion. Without him, I can honestly say that I would have left the club a while ago. But, I’m glad I stuck around. Especially for this.

Welcome to the club, Ed. Well earned and well met.

Also, you’ve come a long way since I first started badgering you to be better. Good on ya, bud.

Reaver Yuki Suoh

Proconsul Mihoshi Keibatsu, 2017-12-11 18:21:20 UTC

I first met Edgar Drachen when I saw that applications for my current position and contacted him on Telegram. I truly think he was surprised that my first questions involved details on the House that weren't on the wiki or could be found via the site before I started my application. In this short time that he and I have worked together, I've been stunned by the amount of work he puts into every single task Edgar sets out to do despite his extremely laid back attitude.

My first day as Aedile, I was creating a spreadsheet and must have stopped to stare for a good five minutes when I pulled up his activity records. I asked Edgar how he managed to accomplish everything and still have time to eat or sleep, yet he was very humble in his response of 'I just do what I can'. It was then followed by him telling me to not worry about him, since he wanted all of the other members' accomplishments recognized before Edgar was considered.

This is just the kind of man that Edgar Drachen is. Selfless, driven, hard-working, easy-going and one of the most active leaders I've ever seen. He does not care for recognition of his own accomplishments; every thought is dedicated toward the members of House Hoth and Clan Odan-Urr as a whole and ensuring that they have the best experience possible.

As much as it was a pleasure to aid in the recommendation for Edgar Drachen's second Sapphire Blade only weeks after the first, it is truly an honor to be recommending that he be elevated to the rank of Equite IV.

Congratulations, my friend. You've more than earned this and you're going to leave a pair of colossal boots to fill for whomever takes over in your stead... And that's if you decide to step down, you workaholic.

Celevon Edraven Erinos
Aedile, House Hoth of Clan Odan-Urr

Captain Aryn "Jade" Erinos-Magnuri, 2017-12-12 13:32:55 UTC

I have had the honor of knowing Edgar since before I joined the Brotherhood. In fact, it's partially his fault that I am here now writing this recommendation. I became friends with Ed through an outside group, we both enjoyed gaming (especially Star Conflict and old Battlefront II at the time) and he thought I might like the Brotherhood. After a few more slight nudges, I finally caved and not only joined, but selected him as my master. Even after I became Captain (Knight), Ed continued to help and push me to be the best member I could be. When it came time for me to have my first student, I tried my best to replicate what Ed had done for me.

Eventually, a leadership opportunity in the Disciples of Baas opened up and Edgar suggested that I should take the position. His example of how to be a leader is one of the examples I try to follow. He places others before himself, not just subordinates, but superiors too. He also does his best not to toot his own horn, letting his actions speak for themselves.

Ed my friend, you are one of the ones who has been there for me since I started here. It is my pleasure to recommend you for this well deserved promotion. Congratulations Ed!

Colonel Len Iode, 2017-12-12 15:51:17 UTC

Ugh, that Edgar guy. He's just so annoying with his competition announcements, his gaming with members, his incessant badgering of superiors to make sure his people are recognized before him. Who does this kind of thing?

Thats sarcasm, but is full of truth. When someone says something about leading from the front, I would immediately point to Edgar Drachen. He practices what he preaches and always strives to do better. This is evident by him receiving two sacramental awards in just a few days. In 16 years, I have always heard that the step between the Equite ranks is filled by a transition from being a consumer to a producer, a follower to a leader. This is always the case, and Edgar has completed this transition flawlessly.

This transition is proven by his work as Praetor, Quaestor, and Title Holder. All you need to do is look at his activity history on his dossier, or even pick a semi-active member in ANY clan and they will tell you they have heard of the guy.

Congratulations my friend. I would say welcome to the "glass ceiling" of ranks, but Im certain you will be one of COU's first Elders!

I will try not to repeat everything I said in Ed's 2nd Sapphire Blade recommendation. Simply put, Edgar is the finest leader I've had the honor of working with in the Brotherhood. He sets a high bar for himself then vaults over it. Even in a time where COU revels in the fresh victory of achieving First Clan and all the titans who helped make that possible, Edgar stands out. His activity and dedication to his positions are second to none.

I often tell the story of us joining the club on the same day (our PINs are one number apart) but he's been at my side for every step of my journey as a Clan leader in COU, challenging me, supporting me, and from time to time, holding me accountable. The proverb of iron sharpening iron is so true when it comes to Edgar and I, he literally makes me a better leader. I could not ask for a better partner in building up COU.

In all that he does, the members are always first in his heart. For all his accomplishments there is no hubris, he is humble and encouraging always lifting up others and shunning the spotlight himself. He puts his people before himself in all things. Well, today the spotlight shines on you and there's no escaping it. On behalf of all the friends, members and colleagues you've impacted, thank you for all that you. Few have done more to deserve the pinnacle Equite rank. Be proud of what you've accomplished my friend.

Now, the first one to elder buys the other one a beer in their home city :P

Edgar has been an indispensable member of my staff for over a year. During that time, he has run well over 50 distinct competitions (most notably the Heroes of the Storm 1v1 Tournament), processed over 651 PvE/PvO gaming submissions, 658 PvP submissions, and tracked staff actions including wiki updates, RoC refinements, and other day to day actions.

Edgar's efforts as P:Fist earned him a Sapphire Blade, which truly highlights how much he does as a key member of my staff. Notably, his greatest efforts were in preparing Heroes of the Storm for DB-wide support.

I am extremely fortunate to have such a dedicated member of my staff, and am honored to join his clan mates in recommending him for promotion.

Primary reason

I am delighted to announce that Joe Durham is eligible for promotion!

First of all, he is now an active member of Taldryan's Telegram community, where he is often found conversing with his fellow Clan members. He's also turned his hand to a whole range of competitions, taking part in no less than ten and even managing to place in two of them. As part of this he has also written over 1,000 words of character fiction.

In some ways it is the Shadow Academy that Joe is best known for. Not only has he passed both the Leadership Management and Leadership Reports courses, but he is constantly in my inbox for having passed yet ANOTHER course, helping him reach the sixth rank in the SA Society.

Finally, he's held his current rank for the required 21 days.

Congrats, Joe! One more rank and that lightsaber's all yours!

I'm pleased to reccomend Iios for promotion to Courier. He's been an active part of the Plagueis community by both being a part of our clan Telegram channel as well as participating in 8 events in the recently concluded clan "Vacation" event. He's also shown progress on the fiction front by completing a character sheet and qualifying in the ACC. Lastly, he's been hard at work in the Shadow Academy, reaching rank 2 in the respective society. Good work and I hope to see more in the future.
