It's my honor to write this recommendation for Bentre Kairn'tel Stahoes' promotion. He has been an extremely valuable member of Naga Sadow to have around and is involved on a number of fronts. From writing to gaming, from Summit leadership to his wiki involvement, Bentre has his fingers in just about everything, and generally leaves a good mark. In the time since his last promotion, he has served as Aedile of Shar Dakhan for seven months, been a Shadow Academy Professor for eight months, a Wiki Staff member for nine months, and is currently the Naga Sadow Rollmaster, a position he has held for two months.

I will tackle Bentre's general activity first. There is a lot of it. Bentre has organized 28 competitions, but participated in a total of 207 competitions since his last promotion, which is a pretty incredible feat in itself. That's 23 competitions a month if spread out evenly. He has also played 122 pvp game matches as well as 152 pve activites, and written 10393 words of fiction. In total, Bentre has collected 58 Crescents, including 19 Ruby, 18 Amethyst, 18 Sapphire, and 3 Emerald. He has also earned 8 Pendants of Blood, and collected 1640 clusters: 847 Fire, 32 Ice, 754 Earth, and 7 Graphite. Finally, Bentre has also obtained 1 Dark Side Scroll, 3 Scrolls of Foundation, a Scroll of the Master, and a Legion of the Scholar. Only One LoS? Really Bentre?! Wow.

Now I'll talk about his leadership. Bentre has been a member of the Naga Sadow Summit in some capacity for the entire time since his last promotion, with 7 months as Aedile and 2 as Rollmaster. At the same time, he's been a Professor and Wiki Staff member. I don't know how this guy does it. He's also the kind of leader we like because he does the stuff we don't want to do. Except, he doesn't just do it, he takes the initiative to do it. Chief among this is wiki work. Bentre does a lot of behind the scenes stuff. He has updated or created numerous wiki pages for the Clan, including updating the Black Guard wiki page, the CNS Master-Student Program wiki page, as well as several House wiki pages. He even took it among himself to keep pages for CNS events updated and fleshed out, such as Operations Cobalt and Firestorm's wiki pages. In addition to all this, Bentre maintains steady reports, runs a healthy amount of competitions (28 total since his last promotion), and is generally present and available for his members needs. He helped Darkblade run the event Operation: Homeland, and provided important lore details (including graphics) for the "Leadership for Kel Rasha" event.

Bentre's successes are further qualified by the three merit awards he has been awarded since his previous promotion. These include two Steel Crosses and a Grand Cross. Key among the details mentioned in the Grand Cross were Bentre's continued wiki efforts and that he managed to achieve 100% participation in our feud with CSP, being one of only five members to do so. His other awards showcase his continued, steady work as Aedile of Shar Dakhan, a position he excelled in.

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Bentre for promotion to Equite 3. He has set the bar - no - smashed it in competition involvement, all while continuing to be an impactful leader in the Clan and a valuable staff member for two different important areas of the Brotherhood. He is very responsive to communication, he is there for his members, and he is there for the Clan and Brotherhood.

I had the pleasure of having Bentre as my Aedile for a better portion of 2016. During this time he has been an amazing help. Not only did we patch up our House wiki pages, but we provided a clear format for future pages or edits that would help others who would take over once we were no longer in the position. We worked on two House events which turned out to be very successful and further enriched our House lore, adding new and exciting options for future events.

Bentre was a valuable addition to not only the House summit but also the Clan summit, and he continues to prove his value as the Clans Rollmaster!

In the last nine months since his promotion, Bentre Kairn'tel Stahoes has been an invaluable part of my DJB Wiki staff. He has been my go-to-guy for any project work that has come up while also acquitting himself very well in the more mundane, ongoing patrols of recent edits on the wiki. Article patrolling is the most overlooked and seemingly unimportant part of the what the staff does, while it is one of the most important jobs on the wiki. Making the minor fixes to things like categorization when a new page is created is the only way that entropy can be staved off on the wiki. Without patrols, the wiki would quickly devolve into a mass of unconnected, uncategorized chaos. Bentre, more than any other member of my staff, has patrolled these edits and made those minor updates.

On the larger front, Bentre has also been a stand out when it comes to quickly and efficiently turning around project work for me as well. He helped with competition creation for the DJB Wiki competition The Undertaking, the first DJB Wiki-run competition in many years. Additionally, he did the lion's share of the article edits required for the revamp of the Clan category structure that I implemented this year. On that project alone he executed 370 page edits to build the new category structure for Clans Arcona, Scholae Palatinae, Tarentum, Taldryan, and his home unit Naga Sadow. He has also always been there to provide his input and perspective when I need the counsel of my staff on new policies. In total, Bentre has made in excess of 550 article edits since his elevation, and the DJB Wiki is a better, more orderly place for his contributions.

As such, it gives me great pleasure to offer my recommendation as Wiki Tribune for his promotion to Equite 3. Keep up the great work, Bentre!

Bentre currently serves as the Professor of the Lore Studies Department for us in the Shadow Academy. This was one of the hardest-hit areas of our audit due to so much of the previous information in the courses becoming non-canon, so Bentre's diligence to get his courses updated according to our specifications was a tremendous help in achieving our overall success.

Beyond the important task of keeping his courses updated, Bentre has graded an astounding 82 courses in the past nine months with an average grading time of only 3 hours. Are maximum allowable time is 24 hours and we urge our Professors to try and get them within 12; 3 hours, as it can be guessed, is incredible. Different summits have different styles, so sometimes titles can be misleading. On paper, Len is a Battleteam Leader, but in reality his role stretches far beyond that. He's become more akin to a second Aedile, and has offered valuable advice and run competitions for the House as a whole. In the 8 months since his promotion to EQ1, Len has served as BTL for the entire span, first in the Disciples of Baas and later in Garza's Pathfinders. He was been absolutely essential to the new team's success, running competitions to build its lore, developing an active Telegram channel, and leading from the front to promote incredible activity. The Pathfinders, for example, had 100% participation in the Life Day Games, 83% participation in the Renewal of the Light Clan anniversary event, and a combined 64 competition entries during the month of December - in a unit of only 6 people. That's extraordinary success for a BT, and I credit Len with getting Garza's Pathfinders off to such a strong start as a unit.

Of course, you don't build a successful team like that by slacking off. Len has participated in 69 competitions and organized 8 himself since his last promotion. He has earned 2 Crescents with Ruby Stars, 3 with Amethyst Stars, 7 with Sapphire Stars, and 4 Crescents with Emerald Stars for his trouble. Most impressively, there is hardly any area of the Brotherhood that Len has left unexplored in the last few months. Gaming? 145 Clusters of Fire, 294 Clusters of Earth, and 4 Pendants of Blood, and a combined 100 PvP and PvE activities. Fiction? 9 Clusters of Ice. Art? 4 Clusters of Graphite. The Shadow Academy? 14 courses passed, and 4 degrees. Len is consistently active and stands at the heart of the Clan, House, and BT Telegram communities. He is a role model for his team members, not only as an active member, but as a kind, responsible, and generous human being. I'm delighted to be his boss and honored to be his friend.

Over the past 6 months Ive had the pleasure to serve both as a member under Len's leadership as well as being his Aedile. In that time Len has impressed me with his drive to make the Battleteams he has been a leader of better than when he took the job.

Before we formed Garza's Pathfinders, Len was the BTL of Disciples of Baas. He took over the team and helped improve member participation by introducing a variety of competitions and getting member feedback on the direction that they would like to see the team go. While not straying away from the original idea of the BT being a "support team" for the House, he introduced the thought that a member can be a diplomat and a warrior, or a healer and a fighter.

When we formed sought to remove the old BT's and reform them into a single team it was Len that brought his data up from the members and give the idea that built the ideology of the Pathfinders. Since then he has helped build the lore of the team and is currently running several competitions to "world-build" for the team.

While a relatively new leader he is keen on learning from those who have more experience while offering his own to them when they ask. He also keeps to being an active member in House and Clan events. He still participates in competitions he encourages his members to do, effectively "Leading from the front". While he is also a BTL he is more often than not a second Aedile for the House. Me and Arch use him as a sounding board for developments in Shan, and ask his advice on what he thinks would be good.

Len, thank you for your work in DoB, in building Garza's Pathfinders, and generally just being an example of what a member should be to those above and below you. Congratulations!

I have known Len for well over a year from even before he came to the DJB and honestly even after meeting him it took a while to get to know him. I don't mean that because he is difficult to get to know or a hard person to work with. He just simply kept to himself and did his job.

As others have already pointed out his work ethic translates into some very impressive numbers but they DO NOT tell you who Len is at all. He is tirelessly working in the background finding ways to not only improve his BT, House or Clan. He is trying to figure out ways for the club to become more enjoyable and fun for everyone.

His spirit is infectious, his ideas are well thought out and his abilities are awesome. I have seen him become a key member of the Shan summit and I could not be more proud of my friend. There are many times i bounce crazy ideas off him and he either tells me I'm nuts and helps me fix it or he tells me I'm absolutely out of my mind and I should run with it! I mean that's what friend's for?

Len is one of those rare leaders that gets into a position and puts his entire soul into it. There has been more than one occasion where I myself wasn't sure of my leadership ability for Len to swoop in and give me that shot in the arm that i needed.

I know i have said this many times in my recommendations but for Len just saying I'm honored and that he deserves this promotion pales in comparison to the reality of that fact that he is the type of leader that I look up too.

I know this is just one of many promotions for you Len and with all my heart congratulations my friend you earned this so much!
