Major Ranarr Kul has spent 10 months in his current rank out of which he has been Tarentum's Rollmaster for about 7 months. He's the greatest Rollmaster a Consul could ever want. He has been diligently sending thousands of welcome emails. promotions updates, Master-Student pairings and farewells to all departing Journeymen. He has taken care of our Journeymen with great success. He has wrote Tarentum Starter's Guide, a 16 page document that has in-depth explanations that any novice would need, from starting in the DJB, writing, gaming and role-playing to Tarentum's history. This document paired with his personal assistance has helped lots of Journeymen get through the ranks. He's done lots of Journeymen promotions (47) and lots of medals, we've also had no less than 6 Knightings, that's almost one knighting per month in position! Ranarr also helps me out a lot with hosting competitions, he's hosted no less than 60 competitions of various degrees of difficulty and length.

Ranarr believes in leading by example. He has participated in 184 competitions, earned 42 Crescents of various types. As a hardcore gamer, he has garnered 11 Pendants of Blood, 901 Clusters of Fire, and 226 Clusters of Earth. But Ranarr is also an accomplished writer, earning 6 Clusters of Ice, and a good graphic designer with 15 Clusters of Graphite in the bag.

For all his past efforts, Ranarr has been awarded 2 impressive Grand Crosses. All that know Ranarr, know that his activity is just awesome! He's always on Telegram, on all groups. He has a less than 24 hour email turnaround. He has never taken a day off! Yes, Ranarr Kul is amazing and we love him. Ranarr was one of those members that makes you stop and think, "This guy is going places." In Tarentum, we've been fortunate to have amazing Rollmasters lately -- Farrin Xies (became Consul, then Headmaster); Frosty Romanae (now Consul); and now Ranarr Kul (I have no doubts he'll be Consul in the future, and a great one, at that). The position of Rollmaster is a perfect stepping stone to Consul, because you get to focus on building the future of the Clan and the Club.

Ranarr has been dutiful in taking care of our Journeymen, and actively engages the work of being a leader in the Clan. He communicates with all of our members in a friendly manner, and shows people that they can come to him, instead of proclaiming "the open door policy." He seeks advice and builds bonds with veteran members, and encourages and motivates them to be more. He doesn't simply focus on his place to guide our new recruits. Everyone is new and needs his guiding hand. And he provides the love and devotion that defines Tarentum lifers.

Ranarr, you are beyond compare, and you are priceless as a leader. Thank you, truly thank you, for all of your energy and work. You and Frosty are an amazing team that will lead Tarentum's future of prosperity.

Justinios Drake has achieved everything required to advance to the next rank.

First of all, he has taken part in an incredible twenty-nine competitions, placing in eleven of them. His excellent levels of activity extend to gaming; he's earned over two hundred Clusters of Fire, as well as another twenty Clusters of Earth. Additionally he has already earned five Pendants of Blood!

All-round activity has been important to Justinios. He has achieved the fifth rank in the GMRG, the fourth in the Shadow Academy Society, as well as reaching the third rank in the Inquisitor society, and has also qualified for the ACC. Part of his superb activity in the Shadow Academy entailed him passing the Leadership Competitions report.

Finally, he has earned his first merit medal, a Dark Cross, and has held the rank of Acolyte for twenty-one days.

If it wasn't for the 21 days required at the rank of Acolyte, I'd have recommended Elwoode Silverstar for this promotion a while ago. His 21 days have past, and an active time it has been.

Elwoode participated in 11 competitions and was able to place in 3 of them, earning him 1 Sapphire and 2 Emerald Crescents. Being an active gamer, he joined us on Telegram and matched up with other members. Earning 260 CEs and 5 PoB elevated Elwoode to Rank3 in the GMRG.

For his efforts, as one of our most active Journeymen, I hereby reccomend Elwoode Silverstar for a promotion to Hunter. Congrats!
