Tharess is one of our older Journeyman, but in the last couple months he's worked hard with myself and a few others of the Plagueis Summit to complete all of his achievements to reach the rank of Knight. I've had the pleasure of being both his Battle Team Leader and his Aedile, and getting the chance to help him in what ways I could as he worked hard to achieve this rank. Some of Tharess' achievements include coorganizing two competitions, which help him be prepared to enter the ranks of the Equite where he would be expected to help produce content not just consume. He's participated in 48 competitions across his history here, as well has having placed in 8 of them receiving various levels of crescents. His work in the Shadow Academy has also been enough for him to reach Rank V. These are only a selection of some of the credentials that Tharess has worked for to be worthy of receiving the title of Knight. I would like to offer my congratulations to him, and how proud I am for the work he's done. I can't wait to see what you do more with your career in the DJB.

Coas is an excellent apprentice and proving to be an eager and quick learner among the ranks of Naga Sadow's Journeymen. While spending the required 14 days at the rank of JM1, Coas has participated in 5 competitions, posted a constructive comment to the DJB website and survived the Clan's blabberings on Telegram. But wait, there's more! Coas has also achieved the respectable rank of SA Society rank 2, attained an approved character sheet and submitted a character history fiction to Discourse exceeding 750 words.

On a personal level, Coas is a delight to have as an apprentice and I look forward to the great things he will accomplish in the DJB.

Coas Jewell has been very active in the DJB upon his arrival, something that I welcome to see in not only HSD but also in CNS. Ever present in Telegram Coas is a delight and it is wonderful to see each email where Coas' name is mentioned. It's been two weeks to the day since Hiset last got promoted, and he's already more than qualified for his next promotion. He has a Character Sheet, has become a member of the Clan Telegram chat, and participated in 4 competitions. He has become qualified to participate in the ACC, and written over 1500 words of fantastic character fiction. He has chatted with other members through the mailing list as well, either welcoming new members, congratulating achievements, or talking with the summit about various things. He has also made it to SA rank 2, through the 10 courses he's completed, and the Dark Maven - Legends that he's been awarded! Hiset Tval will be an asset to the Clan - congratulations, Acolyte Hiset!

Hiset is yet another fine example of the excellent members we can get in Clan Odan-Urr. He has done a number of competitions and gaming activities for this promotion. He write some excellent fiction about his own character as well. He has been very active.

But what I like most about Hiset during these early stages is his activity in the Clan and Battleteam. He has been on TG a bit, but he has been in communication with the Summit as well as been very active in welcoming new members on our email list. He is always positive and very inviting, enthusiastic for the next thing. I think his promotion to Acolyte is highly warranted.
