Primary reason

Doku is another one of the Brotherhood’s long tenured Knights, at this point well into his eleventh year. However, since his return from the Rogues to Clan Plagueis he has become one of those members that many leaders may take for granted: a slow and steady source of activity. Since his last promotion he has participated in 33 competitions and has really showed up for our recent events with other units. He participated in 7 of the competitions during our Forged Alliances event with Tarentum and 5 in our Between Light and Dark feud with Odan-Urr. Competitively, he has also earned 15 crescents with his various entries, good for 1 diamond, 4 sapphires, 7 emerald, and 3 topaz.

His activity in Plagueis has earned him two Anteian Crosses and a Dark Cross, the former recently and the latter “back in the day”. In the years before he took a break from the Brotherhood, he was an asset to the leadership of Plagueis, both as a leader and a member that took projects on for himself. He served three months as Battle Team Leader of Satal's Inferno Brigade in 2005, releasing monthly reports each month of his tenure. He also assisted his then-Aedile Aabsdu with the Ash Citadel Guard Project in 2006, writing out the description and giving ideas for the project that was then published to the House Exar Kun website.

Educationally Doku made sure to revisit the Shadow Academy after his long layoff from the Brotherhood, learning many of the new systems and realities of the Brotherhood. He has completed 25 courses, earning two pundit degrees and a maven degree for his efforts. Additionally he has become a fixture of our Telegram chat, making appearances daily it seems and engaging with the Plagueis community.

Whether it is his accomplishments as a Knight a decade ago or his renewed activity since last fall, Doku has always been a valued member of our Clan. As such, it gives me great pleasure to recommend him for advancement to the ranks of the Equites. Here’s hoping that your next elevation isn’t as long a time coming as this one has been!

Additional reasons

Eleven years. Eleven years is simply too long for a member to wait for promotion into the Equites. Since returning from the Rogues, Doku has been one of the top performers in Clan Plagueis. Doku immediately reintegrated into the team, earning crescents in multiple competitions, and helping to turn the tides in the recent feud with Clan Odan-Urr.

Doku is a valued member of the Clan, actively taking part in conversations on telegram, and providing a voice of experience from a member who has been in the club for well over a decade.

Doku is more than ready to join the Equites. This promotion is long overdue. Congratulations, Doku! You've taken your first steps into a much larger world!

Master Selika Roh di Plagia
Primary reason

Ra’gnar is much like the iceberg of Plagueis to those that aren’t paying close enough attention to their emails: The majority of what he does can easily be overlooked as you instead see just what’s above the surface of the water. In the last ten months since his promotion in July, however, he has been one of the most active members of Clan Plagueis (perhaps even the Brotherhood) while also contributing in a leadership capacity as well.

On the activity front, Ra’gnar has participated in a staggering 93 competitions since his last promotion, averaging nearly 10 competitions per month. Included within that total were his entries in our Restoration: Ascendant house feud (where he placed fourth overall), our Forged Alliances event with Clan Tarentum, and our recent Between Dark and Light feud against Clan Odan-Urr (where he entered 6 of the 11 events). That level of competition show that Ra’ngar always shows up when it matters most for his Clan when it comes to feuds. He didn’t just enter competitions, though, he also performed quite well in them on his way to netting 37 crescents for his efforts (1 diamond, 9 ruby, 12 amethyst, 12 sapphire, 2 emerald, and 1 topaz). An avid gamer, he has also amassed 972 clusters of fire, 30 clusters of earth, and 1 pendant of blood over the last ten months as well. Additionally, never one to let an opportunity pass him by, Ra’gnar even completed 11 shadow academy courses and earned his Maven of philosophy in an effort to continue his ongoing education, and also ventured into the realm of fiction activity to earn a pair of clusters of ice.

Outside of the realm of activity, Ra’gnar has provided great service to Clan Plagueis serving as leader of the Apostles of Syn battle team for the past five months. Our BTL’s in Plagueis are given a far more important task than in other clans, serving as guides for all the pre-Knight members of their Houses while working as subordinates to our Clan Rollmaster, and Ra’gnar acquitted himself well in this role. He made sure to engage directly with his members, both via telegram and with weekly check in emails. He helped them find activities that they would enjoy while helping them along on their road to Knighthood. As requested by our Clan Summit, he also forwarded his contribution (usually a paragraph or two) to our Rollmaster for their monthly reports. Finally, he uses his the influence he’d gained as part of the leadership team to great effect during our recent COU-PLA feud, helping galvanize House Karness Muur to 54 total entries across the event, cheering people on to get their entries in.

Over the last ten months, Ra’gnar has earned an Anteian and Dark cross for his contributions to our Clan as well as the thanks and respect of our summit. He has made the clan a better place for his service to it and his presence within it, demonstrating through word and deed how to be the best member one can be. It is my great honor as a result to put him forward for promotion to the rank of Equite 2 with the thanks of a grateful clan.

Additional reasons

A hive of activity and relentless in his pursuit to better the DJB for himself and others, Ra'gnar is well deserving of this elevation to Battlemaster. His accomplishments and his helpful nature go a long way to show that he is a member who enjoys his time in the club, desires to make it better for everyone and has no fear of a little work to make it happen. Well done Ra'gnar! Oh, and where are MY fish?

Envoy Taranae Rhode, 2016-05-08 17:13:46 UTC

Ra'gnar, before I even rejoined this great Brotherhood, you were at the forefront of spurring activity and morale among the members of your former Battleteam and even the entirety of Clan Plagueis. Your presence and words of encouragement, as well as leading by example during competitions and other events was the mark of a veteran member of this community.

Along with your countless other activities across the Brotherhood, your combined wisdom, insight and experience in all matters DJB make you more than qualified and well deserved of this promotion. Congratulations, Ra'gnar, and thanks for all the fish.

Master Selika Roh di Plagia
Primary reason

As a member that has spent the better part of two decades in the Brotherhood, please take this statement in that context: Dracaryis Sunstrider is by far one of the best leaders and members I have ever served with. He has spent every day since his last promotion 8 months ago serving his Clan in various leadership capacities, most often doing far above the expected. If we had 10 Dracs in Plagueis, it’s likely that Teylas and I could both retire tomorrow and not have to worry about a thing. Given that we only have the one, instead we “just” get to sit back and be amazed at nearly every turn with what he has accomplished in personal activity and unit leadership, every day thinking how lucky we are to have him.

In the realm of personal activity, Dracaryis hasn’t let leadership responsibilities get in the way of excellence. Even with fewer opportunities to compete while serving as a Quaestor and Rollmaster, he still was able to participate in 41 competitions (including 9 in our Forged Alliances event with Tarentum and 8 in our Between Dark and Light feud with Odan-Urr). His entries have earned him nine crescents for his placements, split between 1 diamond, 1 ruby, 3 amethyst, 3 sapphire, and 1 emerald. As a prolific gamer, he’s also captured 266 clusters of fire, 843 clusters of earth, and four pendants of blood. Additionally, even though he tries to tell everyone he’s not talented as a writer (his second place finish in fiction during our feud notwithstanding), he has earned 5 clusters of ice between an ACC match and his fiction entries. And, I assume in the spirit of leaving no stone unturned, he even completed a pair of SA exams as well. Suffice it to say, Drac has really filled up the “stat sheet” as they say in sports.

With that slew of activity, it’s a wonder he finds the time for his various DJB positions. Where some others might prioritize personal accomplishments at the expense of genuine leadership, Drac is a person who makes time for both (while prioritizing his leadership responsibilities above all others) and shows that leadership isn’t about status, it’s about service. He’d just taken over House Ajunta Pall at the time of his last elevation, and he spent the next six months being the best Quaestor a clan summit could ask for. He filed his monthly reports like clockwork, drove activity from his members, and most importantly helped train his subordinates to go on to bigger and better things. Under his leadership, House Ajunta Pall generated high amounts of activity, out performing House Karness Muur in all competitive metrics. In addition, he provided the guidance and training to ensure that almost every subordinate he oversaw went on to other, higher positions on the summit. His first Aedile, Kelly Mendes, ascended to the position of Clan Rollmaster. His next Aedile, Taranae Rhode, has now moved on to lead House Karness Muur as Quaestor. Kalon Entar, though not inexperienced in the Brotherhood before coming on as Drac’s BTL, was helped to adapt to the idiosyncrasies of Plaguies while serving there and was eventually named to take over Ajunta Pall as Quaestor when Drac moved to clan Rollmaster himself. It may be easy to wave away that level of advancement by saying that Drac was simply blessed with good people. Chalking it up simply to the people themselves, however, does a serious disservice to Drac’s mentorship. There is no doubt in my mind that Drac’s leadership experience, honed to a fine point long before he reached the Brotherhood, have made better leaders out of the people he’s worked with (both up and down the chain of command).

When he transitioned to Rollmaster, Drac was given the herculean task of overseeing the uptick in new members that had come in with the release of The Force Awakens. Given what he had brought to other leadership positions throughout his time here, it was no wonder that Drac’s work paid great dividends immediately. Drac has successfully overseen the advancement of three members to the rank of JM4 since taking over the Rollmaster job two months ago, with a fourth only awaiting time in grade for his advancement. More than that, though, Drac has done more as a leader than simply what is simply mandated by his position. During our recent Feud with Odan-Urr, Drac really stepped up as a major player on the Clan summit as the event overlapped with heavy work times for the rest of us (I myself was away coaching my speech and debate team at nationals for the final ten days of the feud, for example). He made sure energy remained high, and more importantly oversaw the team events (both in helping people find teams and leading a team in each event himself) that, given the close score, ended up being the key to Plagueis emerging victorious in that event. His performance during the feud alone resulted in a Steel Cross being awarded, as much for his leadership as his individual activity.

At it’s most simple, we would not have won that feud were it not for the hard work Drac put in, both during the event and in the months beforehand creating productive members and training our next generation of leaders. I’d say that our performance there should allow Drac to take a “victory lap” as a culmination of the previous 8 months of work he’d done, but saying that implies a sense of finality. I know that Drac is nowhere near done, and that this promotion request will not be his last, it is merely another step along his road. He may no longer be a Warrior in name, but I know that he will continue fighting to make the Brotherhood and our Clan better long after he’s moved on from that rank.

I've known Drac since he transferred into Plagueis some time back. He was funny, kind, and interested in helping out. That Journeyman who was just someone else became a constant friend, adventuring in the worlds of Destiny and D3. As he rose through the ranks, he was someone that I also spent time with, discussing promotions, competitions, battleplans, and all manner of things. I always found him insightful, competent, and capable. I was incredibly please to see him rise through the ranks as quickly as he has.

In his time as Quaestor of House Ajunta Pall, Drac proved to have a handle on the membership. His communication and work ethic quickly produced results, not only in member retention of newer members, but in terms of their investment into the unit and into Plagueis as a whole. He's exported members to fill holes in House Ajunta Pall, and even was able to make a recommendation for his own successor when he accepted the position of Rollmaster in Plagueis.

I can go on and on for days about how Drac is a kind, competent, thoughtful, caring person, and how those traits manifest in his leadership. Dracaryis Sunstrider is the epitome of what it means to be a long term, successful leader in the Brotherhood. I am pleased to be able to recommend him for EQ2.

I can only hope that he will stay with us for a long time. I look forward to what he brings with him in the future.

I'm thrilled to see Drac continue onwards into the Equite ranks. From standing shoulder-to-shoulder with him as duelling Quaestors, I know his infectious enthusiasm for motivating those around him. From working with him when he became Rollmaster, his personal attention for the newest members of the Brotherhood, his level-headed approach to conflicts, and his always-present support and counsel mark him as one of the best leaders that I've had the pleasure of interacting with.

He intuitively grasps that the best leaders in our club need to be selfless, supportive, and consistently engaged -- traits that I know have brought him success outside in the real world and are essential to building the Brotherhood up as a club and community. As Quaestors, the two of us worked dilligently to separate the in-character and out-of-character conflicts of the Clan, fostering community over conflict. While I had the good fortune of working with one of my favorite mediums (writing fiction) to achieve our ends, Dracaryis admitted that he felt out of his wheelhouse and still put his fingers to keys. It's almost as if Dracaryis thrives outside of his comfort zone, where the unpredictable and exciting parts of life happen.

As someone who has worked alongside him, Drac is the type of leader who will be in the Brotherhood for years, and he highlights the best parts of online community and opens them up to other members. He competes in a wide range of fields and produces content at a high level, for his own entries and for Clan projects. He offers his time and effort to others so that they can enjoy what the Brotherhood has to offer. He meets exclusion and divisiveness with the steadiness of mind and professionalism that I've only seen in a handful of other people, either in real-life or online.

I can gloat about how awesome Dracpool is, knowing that he'll deny all of it and still deserve more.

Welcome to Equite 2, and may you not pause to question it for a single moment.

Draccles! There for me as I moved into the AED position of Ajunta Pall and still there for me and everyone else as he moves into the RM position. Always ready with advice, ready to answer any questions and just all-round good guy. Thanks for all you've done for Plagueis and still continue to do, Drac. Congratulations on your promotion!

Around some parts, members refer to you as Uncle Drac. This is a mark of the inherent trust that your members bestow upon you, as your experience, enthusiasm and sheer activity inspire others through your example. I think it is a testament to both your real life and internet experience that you are another successful member who leads from the front, showing other members what they are capable of in every instance possible.

Drac, there are people in this organization who have an immense presence. You, however, are a piece of the solid foundation of your Clan and the greater DJB. Uncle Drac being around is synonymous with a lively and entertaining Brotherhood. Furthermore, Drac is also synonymous with a ridiculously good work ethic and an unwaverable ability to always have fun.

Cheers to you, Drac. You earned it.

I am honoured to be recommending Drac for his elevation to the rank of Equite 2. Since I stepped into the position of FIST, he has been eager and ready to help. This had made the transition one of ease and consistent progress, something that the FIST office needs on a daily basis to continue to develop for the betterment of the Brotherhood.

Drac is an active voice on my staff. When building up the Division, his input saw a balanced system come into play, being worked on quickly and efficiently to get it ready for members to use. Once this was completed, I set Drac the task of making sure that Wiki pages were up to date and relevant to the changes that had taken place inside of the FIST office. Drac was quick to write up the changes in a GDoc that were coded and ready to go and send them my way, as well as picking out any Wiki pages that needed to be looked over by other FIST staff or altered in any way. This has saved valuable time and made it easier to navigate what work needs to be done in the FIST Office.

Drac continues to set the bar in competitions, giving members a huge selection of competitions to enter into a month. Since I joined the staff, he has hosted a total of twenty-nine gaming competitions. Each month I see him throw himself into the work load that is mobile gaming and just go crazy for it. As part of my staff he represents the Office to a high level, always active on Telegram to help members out with any concerns and give his opinion on any changes that will be taking place to the gaming rules. Drac is a key member in this team and one that I am happy to have. Reliable and always working to a high quality, he is one of those members you wish there was more of.

For all his hard work inside the FIST office, I am happy to see him elevated to the next rank in the Equites. Thank you for making my time as FIST easy, accepting me and working straight away. Without your support it would have been a harder time, keep up your brilliant work, man. Congratulations.

Turel is one of those members that most know either through reputation as a valuable member or a critic of the Brotherhood flaws. Both of these are something that I hold in high regard, even when being lectured for my own performance. He’s blunt, and to the point on most issues and while this is refreshing opposed to those who teeter on the edge of a concern, it is something that I feel with further refinement, could hold the makings of a future Dark Councillor. He’s constructive at what he does, even going as far as detailing out solutions with each criticism—a trait that I value most when selecting new and old leaders. Moreover, he’s maintained a positive outlook on the clan’s progress; in our recent theme of moving forward, this optimism is essential in rebuilding ourselves from the foundations. Because of this, Odan-Urr has avoided a toxic atmosphere and instead develops past our mistakes without tossing around blame. Some could see it as being blind to our faults, but as I have mentioned, Turel is faithful in letting others know where the faults lie along with knowing how to solve the issues. Having a real-world occupation as a lawyer has given Turel better insight into the loopholes of the Dark Covenant, which he was awarded a Dark Side Scroll for reviewing and editing in an effort to build a better Chamber of Justice.

His service in Odan-Urr is rife with concrete development, visible to those with a keen sense of Odan-Urr’s progress. Most of our recent ideas, structures and events have seen Turel’s name somewhere in the credits for having made them work so seamlessly. Documenting our progress, Turel has released some of the finest reports in the Brotherhood, having authored six more since his last elevation. Moreover, he promotes activity through the management of 61 individual competitions being either organized, or co-organized by Turel. Included in these were a number of events that included Between Light and Dark—Turel’s second successful co-organized inter-Clan event. Months of working alongside Plagueis on this has resulted in one of our largest showings to date, with 33 total participants. His other events were co-organized with myself and included the extremely successful Rise of the Force Ascendant. For all of these, he has either co-authored or written all of the official fiction. In all of these, he has made certain to include our top members in the most recent fictions with high praise.

The decision to begin anew was one that was made cohesively, but the ambition needed to make the hard choice is something that I can’t imagine other clans ever doing with five years’ worth of wiki articles, fiction and attachment on the cutting floor; we made the choice to effectively scrap at least five different story arcs in the middle of running them when we allowed Darth Pravus to raze New Tython in the single-largest change a clan has made within the Brotherhood. Over the months from that, we would be simultaneously running a feud with Plagueis and creating our new lore. I can’t count the messages shared between Turel and I about the subject of the new system, and our fictional position there and against the Brotherhood. While it is far from finished, we have created (with the assistance of V’yr) a working system readied for release to our members within the week of writing this recommendation. Comprised of at least five articles, it details a starting point for our members as we continue to decide on the route we will take as time goes on.

It might come come as a surprise to some that Turel managed to best the Brotherhood’s best writers—Selika and Timeros among them—in the Grand Master’s Invitational ACC Tournament, being awarded the title of Grand Master’s Champion, in spite of our fictional stance against Darth Pravus. If he were ever accused of being on a “one-time” winning streak, that would be a false assessment. Turel is the top ACC combatant in the Brotherhood, being placed first on the leaderboards with an ELO rating of 1226. In just seven months since being elevated to EQ2, he has participated in 14 ACC battles, for a grand total of 50 battles and 20 wins. Having the highest ELO gain in a quarter means that Turel was also handed the title "Avatar of Strife." Combined with his contributions to official fictions, his ACC activities have also earned him 24 Clusters of Ice.

Where some leaders are guilty of placing aside of the general expectations of a member, Turel is somehow able to manage his time between creating content, managing rosters and participating—as evidenced in his ACC statistics. Not tied to a single platform, Turel has also managed to participate in 98 individual competitions, earning two Crescents with Diamond Stars, one Crescent with a Ruby Star, eight Crescents with Amethyst Stars, four Crescents with Sapphire Stars, and two Crescents with Emerald Stars in placements. For knowing his facts in trivia, Turel was also given a Legion of the Scholar. Of course, not listing his cluster scores would discount the fact that Turel is an avid gamer, having amassed a dragon’s hoard of 2466 Clusters of Fire, 775 Clusters of Earth and eight Pendants of Blood.

All of this work in as little time as seven months speaks of the abilities of an Elder—not a Ranger. It should come as no wonder that Turel has been awarded a Seal of Loyalty not once since his last elevation, but twice. For this, I view turel worthy of an elevation to EQ3, and look forward to promoting him again in the coming months.

Additional reasons

I have known Turel Sorenn for several years now. Our friendship began as gaming partners, working our way up the GMRG ranks. It was not long, however, before we both became leaders within Clan Arcona. Having both come from Odan-Urr, we both found our way back after spending time, learning, and growing among the Arconans. Now as a Quaestor to his Proconsul, I can say without a doubt, Turel is one of the best leaders within the Brotherhood. This is not just idle lip service, but quantifiable facts. As A’lora has detailed above, Turel is a cornerstone of Odan-Urr leadership. He leads from the front mixing it up with veterans and newbies alike in competitions, but he isn’t just a consumer: he produces competitions as well as strongly encouraging other leaders within the clan to produce them as well. But Turel is just a competition machine, he is a caring leader who puts his members in the forefront of his thoughts. Every action I have witnessed him take in the role of Proconsul has been for the betterment of the members of Clan Odan-Urr and, furthermore, for the Brotherhood as a whole. I cannot tell you the amount of times I have shot Turel a message during the middle of the night asking for some advice on house project or clarification, each time he has sent me a reply back within an hour. His answers do not beat around the bush but are direct and to the point so that no misunderstanding can be made.

I am sure the others will talk more about how great of a leader Turel is and how great of a friend he is as well. Turel is a workhorse. He does all this leadership activity and still manages to maintain a steady stream of normal visible activity. I have no clue how he manages it with his busy schedule as a lawyer in real life. With how he conducts himself in conversations and in his actions I regularly find myself thinking Turel is already an Equite 3.

Turel, I have come to know you as a gaming partner, a fellow leader, a confidant, and most importantly a brother. Congratulations Turel, you have definitely earned this promotion to Equite 3.

As someone who joined just as Turel returned to COU as our PCON, I cannot even imagine the Clan or the Brotherhood without him. I don't think it's any secret that the standard of leadership in any online, volunteer-driven club is very mixed. So as someone with experience in another such club, I have been consistently amazed - and occasionally a little shocked - at just how professional Turel has been as PCON. Everything I've needed from him has been delivered on time, not only done, but done well. Every idea or comment I've given to him has been taken seriously and evaluated fairly. Alora and Mako have mentioned his tendency and ability to point out flaws, but I want to stress that Turel isn't some morose killjoy. When Turel identifies a problem, his first priority is always to fix that problem and make the members' experience the best that it can be. Whether he wants us to or not, COU's House-level leadership looks to Turel as the example of how we should act, how seriously we should take our obligations, and how to treat our members.

For a novice Odanite, Turel is one of the best resources we have. If there's an aspect of the Brotherhood that he's not an active and eager evangelist for, I certainly don't know about it. Do you want to game? Turel's constantly on TeamSpeak, and not only plays but excels at just about every platform the Brotherhood supports. Do you want to write? Turel will give you the opportunity in competitions, he'll give you the proofing and feedback to improve your work, and he was even kind enough to develop one of the most fun and popular characters in the Brotherhood to co-star in your piece. Do you want to ACC? Turel's our biggest cheerleader as well as the ACC champion, and he's always on the lookout for up and coming talent to nurture. Do you just want to hang out? He's one of the most active and friendly members of COU's Telegram channel. Shadow Academy? The guy's got 13 degrees. I honestly can't think of an aspect of my DB career that Turel hasn't been a model or mentor for.

It always surprises me, even though I should know better, that Turel's only an EQ2. It's time for that to change. Congratulations, boss! You've more than earned it.

Turel Sorenn. This member is one of the pillars of Clan Odan-Urr and whole Dark Jedi Brotherhood. As the Proconsul of our Clan, he leads it by an excellent example. He does not only regularly releases his reports, but also organizes competitions for our members and participates in numerous competitions himself, earning countless Crescents and other awards for his very high level of activity and quality of submissions.

As the Rollmaster of Clan Odan-Urr, I work closely with Turel on everyday basis. He is a professional and mature person, who is always ready to provide extensive advice on matters, which I am uncertain about. There is no topic that I could not discuss with Turel and I will hear something useful for my work as the Rollmaster.

This proves Turel to be a great leader, which every single Clan of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood may envy us. This is why, I would like to recommend Turel for the promotion to the rank of Equite 3. Congratulations!

Knowing Turel since the earliest days of SW:TOR we have been through a lot and have spent many hours gaming together and sharing many god/bad experiences along with tons of laughs. He definitely has a very approachable personalty and what I would call natural leadership abilities.

Maybe it's his Military training or maybe it's just his upbringing but the one thing I knew from the start was that Turel is one of the best leaders anyone could ever have.

When we joined the DJB and HOU together I was not surprised when he jumped at the chance to become KoA's BTL and from there his career blossomed. Since then has held many positions but to speak specifically of his time as Pro-Consul of COU the word Indispensable screams in my mind.

He is always there to help any member in the Clan who needs it and as being a new Aedile myself he is always available for me to ask questions, seek guidance from and help me formulate comp ideas and ways to improve how to better run my house. Turel leads from the front and by example to help inspire the entire Clan to do more and not only to benefit the Clan but themselves as well. By making himself available to everyone he is always making sure that all of the members are informed on what they need to do to advance in the DJB.

I personally honestly feel extremely lucky to have Turel as my Pro-Consul but also to be able to count him as a friend. I am inspired by his tireless efforts to make COU the best it can be and for how he challenges me to improve myself for not only my benefit but for my house as well!

I'm therefore extremely honored to recommend Turel for a Unicorn but since the DJB don't have Unicorns then I recommend his for his EQ 3 promotion it is more than deserved at this time! On to that I say Congratulations to My Boss, My Healer and More Importantly My Friend!

Well, since Shawnathan gained the rank of Neophyte he's been a busy lad. With 3 competitions participated in and one Crescent (with a sapphire) he's shown himself to be active and competitive.

On the Academy front he's been tearing it up, earning himself one Degree and passing 17 courses in the past few weeks!

Add in the fact that he's become extremely talkative on Telegram, engaging with his fellow members and sharing in the experience and fun that is Arcona, I'm happy to recommend him for the rank of Acolyte!

Good job, Shawn, keep it up!
