In the seven months since he was last promoted Darro Zhen is a model member of not only the House but also his Battle team his activity has been impressive.

Darro has been awarded a Grand Cross, 3 Crescents with Diamond Stars 4 Crescents with Ruby Stars, 4 Crescents with Amethyst Stars, 6 Crescents with Sapphire Stars, 7 Crescents with Emerald Stars, 4 Crescents with Topaz Stars in 73 comps he participated in. Along with passinf 7 SA Courses, earning 7 Pendants of Blood, 594 Clusters of Fire, 65 Clusters of earth, 42 Clusters of Ice - Writing 19,936 words in fiction comps plus 2 Run On posts with 1,222 words!

Besides these Impressive numbers Darro is a valued member of the House and someone I truly enjoy gaming with and hearing his ideas on how and where the House goes from here. His Idea for the a island chain on our new planet was incorporated into the final design and was a breathe of fresh air for the summit to receive such a wonderful and easy to incorporate idea.

Darro has been a string member of the teams since he joined. His numbers have been consistently impressive, as has his other work. I can honestly say it is impressive to work along side him, and it makes me want to work harder. He went above and beyond what he needed to do when he submitted his possible planet idea when the House Summit was still in the design stage. His consistent work ethic, high number of participations, and work behind the scenes is extraordinary as shown by his numbers. But a person isn't just numbers.

In addition to Darro's impressive list of awards, I would also mention that he has finished seven different exams and participated in around 80 competitions since his last elevation. He was also one of our top members in a close battle against Plagueis, participating in all the related competitions and placing in a few of them—including having a first-place fiction entry. I cannot stress how important his work on House Hoth's new planet is, being a fictional building block to all of Hoth's future events and fictions. He's a model member, one that can be trusted on to do things to his fullest and has proved his worth again and again. Congratulations!

When his Clan and unit puts out a call for action, Darro responds and often ranks among the top participants both in terms of participation rates and placement. Tebbo Jensen did great at the rank of Courier.

Tebbo participated in 13 competitions, and was able to place in 7 of those... More then half that is!

After earning a Dark Maven-Flight a while ago, this guy decided to go after the 'harder courses' and he tackled the Leadership Managment and Leadership Competition exams.

Thanks to his activity Tebbo Jensen was able to reach rank 3 of the Shadow Academy Society AND the Inquisitorius... For his activity I'd like to see him elevated to the rank of Yeoman.

Tebbo has been consistently participating in competitions and taking on the Shadow Academy since he started in Tarentum. I certainly can't complain about the activity. Ranarr already listed the quantity of competitions so I won't repeat that, but I would like to highlight one in particular in which Solas and Tebbo wrote a 1000 word piece of fiction together as a pair. It was quite a good read and came in first place!

I am sure that Tebbo will rise quickly in the ranks if he continues to participate, and in a few more ranks starts to branch out a little and explore some of the many other aspects the Brotherhood has to offer.
