Darkblade has made great progress for the Clan and Brotherhood in the past seven months since his previous elevation. He has only been Quaestor for four months, but in that time he has kept House Shar Dakhan running well. He participates in almost everything, while keeping up with reports and his Summit's activities. While doing so, Darkblade has also been a Docent in the Shadow Academy for 6 months, and more recently a Professor. He has shown that he can take on a variety of tasks and still maintain an excellent level of activity.

As Quaestor, Darkblade helped his team get settled in, as they assumed their positions more or less when he did. He has made timely follow ups on projects and issues, while also putting out steady monthly reports. Darkblade has also done a lot to shore up Naga Sadow's weaknesses. One area this is exemplified in is with gaming, where we were one of the weakest Clans. Darkblade frequently supports gaming within the Clan, including asking members if they want to play on chat channels and participating in group activities, like free for all matches for Clan members.

His leadership can be shown in that Shar Dakhan took the majority of the top ten positions in the Clan event, Firestorm. This includes first and third place. His reports have been a vessel to uplift his House, including special member spotlights and making sure to emphasize the accomplishments of newer members. He frequently emphasizes Clan activities and keeps his House up to date on them.

More recently, Darkblade and Bentre organized the House event "Operation: Homeland." This event saw a total of 35 entries from House members, despite being a small follow up to the Firestorm Clan event. This event included setting up a form that would divide House members into two teams, as well as planning the story and judging. For the story, Darkblade and Bentre coordinated a plot that spanned 3664 words, 763 of which Darkblade wrote himself.

After that, Darkblade turned his attention toward his House's wiki pages, which had been severely outdated for some time. This included updating 15 different wiki pages, and coordinating with House and Clan members to write parts of the pages and fill in gaps for old things he wasn't present for. This has been a huge help in bringing the wiki up to date and this is the most accurate and relevant the Shar Dakhan wiki pages have ever been since the first few months of it's founding. Currently, he has announced plans to add new fictional facilities and locations to the House's domain, showing that he has no intention of stopping.

Throughout all this, Darkblade has been an amazingly active member. In the seven months since has last promotion, he has participated in 96 competitions. He has earned 35 Crescents, including three Diamond, nine Ruby, 17 Amethyst, 3 Sapphire, and 3 Emerald. He has also earned 2 Pendants of Blood, 586 Clusters of Fire, 20 of Ice, and a whopping 1186 of Earth. Finally, he has mentored two apprentices during this time and received two Scrolls of the Master, as well as 3 Scrolls of Foundation for his Shadow Academy work, and a Dark Side Scroll for being the Wikipedian of the Month. His efforts have also led to him receiving a Grand Cross in April, which recognized the significant accomplishments he had made since joining CNS to assume the role of Quaestor four months ago. In that time, his House has been greatly successful, including five members reaching the rank of Knight, 11 merit medals being awarded, three Equite promotions, and over 4000 Clusters.

Personally, I can say that Darkblade has many qualities I appreciate from Summit members. He is not complacent to continue the status quo, but consistently looks for ways to improve his unit, and this is exemplified in his leadership concerning updating all of the House wiki pages and fictional locations. He has also consistently set an example for his members in activity, including placing third overall in Operation Firestorm (participating in every competition) and participating in nearly 100 competitions over the course of his time in his current rank. He further drives participation in every part of the Clan's activities, from writing to gaming and everything in between. In addition, he goes beyond just the Clan and helps the DJB at large as a Docent and later Professor in the Shadow Academy.

For the above reasoning, I would like to promote Darkblade to Equite II.

In this time i have watched him as an individual grow from a member with passion, into a driven and responsible leader. Darkblade has been a part of our Summit for a long time now, not counting his brief period as Aedile in Plagueis. During that time, Darkblade has been a whirlwind of activity. He consumes competitions, he encourages his members and has turned House Shar Dakhan into a place of activity. We often find that units revolve around a leader and respond well to them. Atra had it as Quaestor, Locke has it as Consul and Darkblade has it too. His drive to succeed, his determination to make Shar Dakhan his own as well as the members' has been rewarded by their response. HSD is by far the most active unit in CNS at the moment, which reflects well on Darkblade and his summit. They've worked hard at their jobs to do so and encourage their members to get involved.

Darkblade has also fought through adversity to get here and I'm pleased to see that despite that, he has never given up. He came out swinging and has hit several slam dunks. Touchdown! (You can tell I'm not American...)

I can't imagine HSD without Darkblade at the helm and he more than deserves this promotion to Savant. Congratulations, Darkblade. You're our lovable party animal.

Since his return to Naga Sadow to take the reins as Quaestor, I have to admit that I was skeptical. However, Darkblade has risen up to the challenge, and has made an awesome effort in the position. He keeps trying to push forward, he keeps his eyes on the goals, and he keeps trying.

Darkblade has never become complacent in his position, and despite some of our previous communications issues, he continues to improve. Part of where our House and Clan are today can be attributed to the hard work that he puts in behind the scenes.

He wants to see the House do better than it has in the past, he wants to encourage activity, he sees things need done and has taken steps to see them through.

He games with members, works on wiki pages, and never seems to stop hassling me for things that we need to get done. (<3) I mean come on, putting up with me for these months as his Aedile? Gotta give him credit for that. :P ;)

For these reasons, I want to add my voice in recommendation that Darkblade be promoted to Equite 2 (Savant I think is EQ2 for Grays?).

In the five months since Tasha's previous elevation, she has been a stellar leader within House Marka Ragnos and Naga Sadow. She has served as Aedile for two months and Quaestor for the most recent three. She has helped her House and Clan in many ways as a leader, while also maintaining a solid level of activity. Tasha's accolades demonstrate that she is worthy of promotion.

As a leader, Tasha has has been Aedile for two months, and more recently, served as Quaestor for an additional three. She has connected with Elders of the Clan and gotten them interested and active in ways that we have not otherwise seen in a long time. One example of this is the success of the resurgent Night Hawks Battleteam, led by Muz, who has worked closely with Tasha to build up the team and it's membership and fit them into the House and Clan. Tasha has also led an initiative to work on the Marka Ragnos wiki pages, leading to the updating of several pages and addition of new ones. In total, 15 Ragnos-related pages have been updated or created, led by Tasha, with assistance from members such as Ophelia and DarkHawk. This has included over 16,000 words written by the team. In addition, Tasha has run the "Rest and Relaxation" event for her House, which, while small, received numerous entries from House members. She has also been a great mentor to her House, quickly developing the skills of her recent new Aedile, Ophelia, and of Aul as the new BTL of the Battle Team Shadow's Bane.

On the activity front, Tasha has participated in 54 total competitions since her last elevation. She has earned 15 Crescents for her efforts, including two Ruby, five Amethyst, five Sapphire, and three Emerald. She has led CNS into the world of gaming, where it had previously suffered, and has earned 1224 Clusters of Fire and 317 of Earth, in addition to 15 of Ice. Throughout this all, she has gotten many other members into gaming, and been a leading force in organizing times for our members to play with each other and those of other Clans.

Tasha has also taken the time to mentor one student to the rank of Knight during this time. She has also earned an Anteian and a Steel Cross for her efforts since her last elevation, demonstrating her consistency and commitment to her work and activity in the club.

Tasha is one of the best House leaders I have seen in some time. When I transferred to House Marka Ragnos, I was looking for a change. I had been in HSD (and HLK before) my entire career within the Clan except when in a Summit leadership role. Tasha took the time to get to know me and showed that old farts like myself are appreciated. We have something to give; be it service-work or activity otherwise. She has actively engaged both the younger and older members. She’s been a driving force behind cleaning up the somewhat historically murky HMR lore and fictional drive. With her at the helm I feel she actually cares about her charges and supports us. She’s been a good mentor to those who needed her including training one Knight. Her activity is high, her morale great, her attitude is friendly, she works hard, and in short she’s a great asset to have on the House Summit and in the Clan in general. She is deserving of an elevation in my mind as she represents what a good leader should be in this club.

Tasha is a stalwart personality and a driving force for the betterment of House Marka Ragnos. Though taken out a bit by issues in her life she has never once faltered in giving 200% to the House and the Clan. When she chose me to be her Aedile I appreciated the chance she took with me and when my own recent OOC issues arose she was there to support me like she does with other members of the House. She's caring, compassionate and always willing to put others first when it comes to what needs to be done. I don't know much about leaders. I spend my time looking at those who might become eventual leaders instead. But what I do know is that Tasha was born for this. Her leadership, level headedness (at least in public), and her drive to improve everyone's experience are a credit to her person. If I knew what she would end up becoming when I took her on as my student, I would've made sure she kept respecting me. Sadly, she remains singularly focused on revealing all my secret plans.

But I jest. Tasha's dedication and skill have taken her this far. She has more than adequately helped guide one of our new future leaders, Aul, and she has kept both the old members, and the new, entertained. And finding a balance between those two is hard. Like, extremely hard. So that alone should tell you enough.

Tasha has led Marka Ragnos for the past three months as Quaestor and served as Aedile for two months under me since her last promotion. During that time, she has run a House event, expanded House lore and developed a storyline that will lead HMR into the future now that they no longer have a Jedi leading them. Tasha is unstoppable, she overcomes every adversity that comes her way and works to better herself and others. She's taken Ophelia under her wing and trained them the same way I trained her. Locke jokes about having to put up with me as a mentor, but I'm extremely proud of Tasha. Her members love her, with veterans returning to activity and new members and recently frocked Equites pushing themselves to follow her example.

Tasha is someone that I can see go a long way in the Club. She cares about her members, her House and her job. She doesn't sit around being lazy like me. No, she gets out there and leads from the front. We're incredibly lucky to have leaders like herself and Darkblade leading our Houses and I'm pleased to see her promoted to the rank of Savant.

What most of you never see is just the amount of heart she puts into her job. I am sure there are plenty of things I know nothing about but I can say the number of times we are working on things in the evening and she is tied up in working on things for her House or the Clan. There have been lots of lunch times we have spent together discussing ideas for the Clan or our respective Houses. Her focus is on building up her House and helping her people. Always available, persistently helpful, and optimistic to a nearly sickening degree, Tasha'vel has been Quaestor of House Marka Ragnos for the last three months. She has been an ideal contact for new members for the aforementioned reasons, and a temperate voice in her position. Rather than continually trying to make her mark by destroying fictional structures and replacing them with the flavor of the month, retooling so often that old timers like me can't keep track of things, she has plotted a course to restoration, rebuilding the house's fictional assets and locations to provide a richer environment for the members. Working with her has been a joy, and the fact that she gets her hands dirty, both in creative work as well as competitions is refreshing. All too often, leaders tell their members to increase their activity, then sit and do little more than write reports. This is not her way, preferring to lead from the trenches. This is a successful and meaningful way to lead, and I am thankful for her efforts.
