Since he was last elevated, Kordath has participated in 134 competitions and (co)organized 28 competitions, placing in many in doing so to earn 41 crescents (3 Cr-D, 5 Cr-R, 14 Cr-A, 7 Cr-S, 9 Cr-E, 3 Cr-T). He submitted 26 PvP matches and 118 PvE activities to garner 2153 Clusters of Fire and 312 Clusters of Earth, as well as 6 Pendants of Blood. However, he has also shone outside of gaming, having written 65892 words worth of fiction over 4 ACC battles and 22 fiction activities, with an additional 10710 words in nine Run-On posts alone, all for 147 Clusters of Ice! In addition to this, he has passed 2 Shadow Academy courses and gained 2 Dark Side Degrees, as well as 2 Legions of the Scholar. Kordath has further earned a Scroll of the Master for mentoring Lonewolf to Dark Jedi Knight, and has received several awards for his service. Most prominent of them is his Sapphire Blade award, given to him in demonstration of long hours of dedication, tenacity, and a drive to see his Clan grow and have fun. It acknowledged his astronomical personal activity and his devotion to Arcona's unusually demanding Rollmaster position - a position which had him handling and teaching not only every Novitiate and Journeyman that came along, but also giving input, tutelage, and recommendations to aspiring Equites as they worked to advance themselves beyond what they once thought possible. Previous to said sacramental, Kordath also earned two more merit awards, a Steel Cross for spectacular performance in the Clan event Fall of Scepter and more personal activity, and an Anteian Cross for, you guessed it, high participation and promotion of Arcona's Halloween event and yet more personal activity (seriously, this guy does a lot).
In the last seven months, besides all that personal activity and accolades, he has also served as a leader in Arcona the entire time, first as the Battleteam leader of the Nighthawk for 2 months, then as Rollmaster of the Clan for 5 months. In both positions, he has set the definition for what the role can - and should - complete with a dedicated person at the helm. As both a leader and general member, he creates opportunities for others, provides competitions and ideas, encourages new members to become regular entities, and defies our minds with his personal activity. He is regular in his contact to new members, seeking them out to advance within the ranks of the Novitiates and Journeymen, and helms the Clan’s Master-Student Program for Pre-DJK ranks while assisting diligently and constantly with the advancement of Equites.

Sometimes, this place is a mess. That's a statement every one of us can relate to, with life in general as well as the atmosphere of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood, but in particular it must be applied here, to our club, and here, to Arcona. Arcona is a beast, balanced between constant glory and insanity, one of powerful personalities that constantly clash, and managing it is no small task. Neither is managing it while welcoming and easing in new members of the family, helping guide returning veterans and current stars alike, and completing utterly mindblowing amounts of activity, all at the same time. And, all that, while remembering that the best way to cut through all the messiness is to just bear in mind two important facts: we're all people, and we're all here to have fun. It's a hard job, even sometimes a hard thing as a regular, functioning fan of our dear club, but Kordath Bleu d'Tana does it all. His ability, aptitude, and attitude are second to none I can name, and together they form one of our most fun-encouraging, laugh-getting, grand-performing leaders and members. Even at his lowest points, Kord is the man I'd pick to stand beside me when all the cards are down, because that's just who he is, and it's who he's always been for the Brotherhood and Arcona.
Kord's last seven months have been ones of service, steadiness, and that aforementioned brilliance. Previously one of our most recognized Battleteam leaders, he tackled a Rollmaster position that had been in sore need of someone to truly invigorate it and breathed life into it with his personable manner and constant, active presence. As Uji will tell you, he spent these months contacting and guiding every new member to come across our doorstep, by email or otherwise, bringing many onto Telegram to mingle among their new brothers and sisters. His "Rollmaster Roundups" provided the whole Clan with convenient, centralized updates on competition information from all across the Brotherhood, providing new members and old with easy access to activity that would lend to promoting and involving them. He's vocal in regular chat and in summit discussions, always a voice of temperance as well as encouragement, advocating amidst dramatics for the most important baseline in this club: the members' continued enjoyment. His down-to-earth influence and affable, approachable presence make him a safe harbor for each and every member and leader, from Initiate to Consul, to come to for support and rest, and he does this while competing so much that twenty competition entries in a month's span is "slacking" to him.
I mention his activity repeatedly for its meritoriousness in number and accomplishment, but I hail his behavior, both behind the scenes and up front, most of all for its rarity and worth. Kordath is the kind of person every group needs one of the function well rather than just struggle to survive, a piece of heart and humor, and he shows it in his efforts every day. For that, I thank him, and am happy to be promoting him to Equite III today. Congrats, blueboy.

Generation defining members are rare in our club. There are certainly members that make an impact, leave a small mark on the club… but Kordath will not leave a small or insignificant mark on this club - it will be huge and last for generations after him. And that is why I believe he is ready for advancement to *Equite III.
I have seen members with big motors in our club. Hell, I’ve been a member with a high level of activity in our club… but our resident Ryn puts me to shame. He has participated in over 309 competitions and organized another 42 competitions in his career since the site started tracking it. And it’s infectious to those around him. His activity inspires others in his Battle Team, his House, and his Clan. Some members set their sights on him in an attempt to overtake him (they never do, by the way) and others use him as the role model for the perfect member in Clan Arcona. I am honored to work alongside him. I am honored to call him a partner in Clan Arcona. Without him, we could not have come this far or had the levels of success we have seen in the past seven months.
Thank you, Kordath, for everything you do. A promotion is not award enough, nor praise enough. So we will buy you drinks when you come visit us!

The Rollmaster position in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood is hard to define because every Clan utilizes the position in its own way, and each member that serves brings their own style as well. Arcona’s Rynmaster — Kord — goes beyond the simple definition of “handle the administrative duties involving Journeymen.” Kordath leads, everyday, by example and is one of Arcona’s most active contributors. This is evident by his stellar activity record and supported by the sacramental and merit award(s) he has earned since his last promotion.
Beyond the statistics, Kord sets the example for what an active member should be. And since he is not officially tied to either House, he has the flexibility to interact and engage any member, new or old, regardless of their Housing assignment. Setting a good example early on is important, in my experience, to longer-lasting retention with new members. And when a new member shows up, the Rollmaster should be the model to which they strive. Kord does this by engaging and offering help to anyone who asks for it. Even when doing something as simple as making sure a new member is brought into the appropriate chat groups, Kords diligence has kept Arcona moving forward without concern of stagnation.
I’ve also gotten to see Kordath as one of the most active ACCers in the club (5 matches completed recreationally since his last promotion, and 21 total since the ACC re-opened). He’s encouraged newer members to try out the ACC, and has been integral in being a test-dummy for some of my new judges. He takes these delays to grading on the chin, and always has positive feedback that has helped me gauge development for the ACC.
In short, Kord is the model member: active, friendly, present and above all else, reasonable. Level headed. I don’t think I’ve ever actually seen him yell at anyone before. It is endearing. Indeed, Kord sets the bar — without really knowing it or asking for recognition — that gives others cause to follow. This type of leadership doesn’t show up on paper all the time, but is one of the headline reasons I also feel he’s more than earned this promotion on top of his credentials on paper.
Congratulations, Kord. You’re still my boy, Bleu.

Although Kordath’s time aboard the Nighthawk was short, it was still enough time to motivate, inspire, and teach the others he came into contact with. I would be lying if I said I didn’t learn anything from him. I still aspire to be able to create such humorous fiction as he does, and will always admire his ability to lead regardless of the setting. Once he decided to move on, I realized he had given me enough courage to step up to the BTL spot, and that would not be possible without him. He is an example of the kind of leader I like to see, and would like to be. Congratulations, Bleu!

I've known Kordath for several years now - and it would take longer than that to read all the fiction he has written for the Dark Brotherhood in just the last six months. I'm fairly certain he's earned more credits in that time than I have in the last decade and a half. And he's done all this while serving as Rollmaster of the largest and most active club in the Brotherhood. If that's not praiseworthy activity, I don't know what is.
However, Kord's contributions go beyond mere numbers and statistics. He's solid, dependable, a vibrant fount of enthusiasm, energy and charisma that few in the Brotherhood can equal. His activity is infectious, inspiring everyone around him to strive for more, to do and be their best. His offbeat, often-gallows humor brings a smile in the best of times, and he's always quick with a joke in the worst of times as well. He's quick to challenge others to best him in competitions and events, driving members to compete when they might otherwise forgo. In short, he's Kord. There's no one like him, and no one who has earned this more.
Congratulations, Kordath. For everything you do, you've more than earned this.

Today I have the great honor of recommending Zehsaa Hysh's advancement to the rank of Knight. Since joining us at the beginning of the year Z has become a most welcome and dedicated member of the Empire. From her friendly support of her fellow members, amazing artistic skills, to her general hard hitting participation, Z is one of the greats in our newest generation of CSPers.
In her time here she has organized two competitions, participated in 22 total competitions, earned a great many crescents ranging from Topaz to Ruby, 39 Clusters of Fire, passed leadership management and competitions SA exams, and been an all around wonderful person to interact with and get to know.
Stand tall Zehsaa, for you have completed the last of the knighthood trials with grace. Congratulations! Drinks are on you!

I will not tell you of the technical details which led up to this promotion, as we would not be at this point if Zehsaa had not fulfilled her promotion requirements. Suffice to say she fulfilled her requirements and surpassed some of them, despite most of them not being suited for her.
What makes Zehsaa shine is her willingness to take on extracurricular art projects and the fun she has in finishing them, designing and delivering character drawings for many members in this club free of charge and in spite of her short time here.
She has managed to root herself deeply in the hearts and minds of her clanmates and of her fellow artists, who she interacts with almost daily, always friendly and helpful. Her activity and positive attitude have earned her a spot in the group of rising stars we Palatinaeans collectively call our Golden Girls, newcomers who have already exceeded all of our expectations.
I was once said to be what "personifies the participation we want in our club" by none other than Grand Master Pravus, and think that these words fit her more than myself.
In my eyes, she has more than earned this promotion, and I wish her nothing but the best of luck for the future.
Jorm (The Jester) Na'trej, 2016-04-03 05:06:23 UTC
For those of us who remember the times where finding an artist in the brotherhood was nearly impossible, Zehsaa's rise through the ranks is even more exciting. She has fulfilled all that was required of her in her rank guidelines, but has done so much more that will never gain official recognition, but is well appreciated by the clan and the brotherhood as a whole. Whether it be drawing quick, adorable mini-me characters with remarkable turnaround, or creating amazing sketches of Miley Cyris Oscura atop his wrecking ball (which made it into a PCON report) just for fun, Zehsaa uses her incredible talents for the best possible cause: for the enjoyment of others.
Zehsaa's DeviantART gallery has a special folder for dark brotherhood work, which can be found here: http://fayola.deviantart.com/gallery/57804488/Dark-Brotherhood-related - which documents her work rate and skill. Detailed artwork for 5 other members, done for fun, and that's not counting the joke sketches. 41 mini-mes, which also have made both report fictions and wiki pages in their own right. I don't even know how much she's done that never made it to her DeviantART page as most is just shared to Telegram.
Zehsaa makes people happy. Often, I see people comment that they've had a rough day and Zehsaa's art has made it better, and that is worth more than a hundred crescents. It's impossible to describe how much Zehsaa means to the clan. We're very very very lucky to have her with us.
Congratulations Zehsaa, this is very well deserved.
Elincia
General Zentru'la, 2016-04-03 10:46:40 UTC
Simply put, Zehsaa Hysh is a gem. See, I come from a time where I was the only strong artist in the Dark Brotherhood. Those times have changed. A new generation of artists have evolved and joined our club, and this new comer, who joined our club mere months ago, is one of the bests around. And you know what she does with that talent? She’s not like me. She doesn’t do it for personal gain, positions, etc. No, she offers up her beautiful art to spread joy, to liven up someone’s tough day, to thrill and spoil her clansmen and friends. That’s something that gets far too little recognition in this club.
I could go on and on about her art, yet that is but one facet of Zehsaa. You would be hard pressed to find someone more universally liked and appreciated than her. Her kind outlook and her warmth bring such a positive energy to our clan, something so much more valuable and praiseworthy than any other participation or competition results, even more than her invaluable art, even. And yet, her level of activity and her track record as a member speak for themselves. She doesn’t shy away from challenges and willfully tries activities outside of her zone of comfort. Needless to say, she’s become an integral part of Clan Scholae Palatinae.
Congratulations and well done, Z!
Rise now, as a Knight of the Dark Brotherhood!
, 2016-04-03 12:25:13 UTC
I have known Zehsaa for a long time and it gives me great pleasure to recommend her for the rank of Knight. She had been involved in other activities, but over time a wonderful artist bloomed as well. I still remember some of her first drawings for the clan, and how they brought me such joy. In essence, she brought my character to life in ways that I never could. A magic in its own right. This talent was then shared with others in the clan for free and often used to support one of our more interesting Telegram chats. These sorts of additions to the chat made it seem much more tangible and real. It also helped pulled the clan closer together, a feat worthy of praise. In short, Zehsaa’s rise to the rank of Knight was a journey full of brightly colored pictures, sketches, and the occasional pictorial propaganda for why shoes shouldn’t exist. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for sharing your magic with the clan. I look forward to seeing what the future brings for you!
Congratulations!

Having the tremendous honour of writing a recommendation for Zehsaa is monumental in my books. She is a cheery, heart-warming, talented pillar of motivation and influence. She recently hosted her own competition called Dirty Little Secret, in which she hand drawn a whole cast of notable members within our clan and asked us to tell a secret of theirs. She leads by example by proving her potential time and time again, she dabbles in the unknown for her such as gaming and always succeeds in making the mood bright within Telegram.
Congratulations on your promotion, Zehsaa! Drinks are on you!

Zehsaa is a member that stood out and continues to as a member of excidium. She has done some stellar activity since joining among our group of new members that seemed to bloody and enjoy the full potential of what we are here for in the brotherhood.
She has provided her artistic skills to many members in the clan with wiki pictures as well as avatars. She has even provided a portrait of the the full summit that was features in the consul email. It was really skilled with her unique artistic value and made for inspiration for others. Zehsaa has also organized two competitions as well as participating in over 20 competitions since joining. She has provided extraordinary marks of activity which is what we are all about and enjoying every moment of it.
Sends a has also done many exams in the shadow academy, progressing through the ranks of the academy society with ease. She has gotten three mavens in a matter of three weeks which is frilly a remarkable acheivment. Zehsaa has also completed leadership courses, gaining knowledge of what being a leader is and have no doubt that she will apply in the future.
There is so much I could say about Zehsaa but that would belittle all of what she does for the house and makes the commitment to the clan. I have no doubt that I will continue I see the name Zehsaa in my inbox. Congratulations on a well deserved completion of the trial to knighthood! Drinks on you!

I thought I wouldn't reach to be able to write this recommendation, but I'm glad I could do it. Zehsaa is one of the girls that turned Excidium upside down and gave us renewed spirits to keep going on. Her dedication, passion and good sense of humor makes her a very special and dear member to us, and it's hard to don't see her multiple acomplishments mentioned my colleagues from the summit and her Master.
Zehsaaa is one of those persons that can turn people's moods with her only presence, and that she's reaching to the rank of Knight is only a step for someone who will undoubtely reach way more ahead. For now I'm happy to see one of our most dear members become a Knight. It's more than well deserved.
Well done Zehsaa, we're proud of you.
