I am happy to finally have the opportunity to recommend Leeadra's promotion from Hunter to Knight! It took some cajoling, and likely several late nights, but she has been active in working in the Clan and Brotherhood, ever-present on Telegram, and worthy of this milestone.

Aside from fulfilling the requisite twenty eight (28) days in rank - and then some - she has participated in fifteen (15) competitions, placing in three of them. She has also co-organized one competition and organized a second all on her own, which were well-developed for one so new to the business. In addition to passing two Leadership courses from the Shadow Academy (Competitions and Rewards), she has also been active in gaming, earning 165 Clusters of Earth (or equivalent in CoFs), and has over three thousand (>3,000) words of developed character fiction.

I know her drive to develop her character is strong, and she has the ability to reach great heights in the Brotherhood and Clan - likely greater than my own. She's my little blueberry, the Pantoran interrogator, and a hard-worker when the call comes down. Congratulations, and expect the training to only get better and harder.

The days have come and gone, and Abadeer Taasii has proven it is time to take the next step up the ladder. Since his last promotion Alexander Drago has participated in 10 competitions, has place in one and he has been awarded 100 Clusters of Earth for his efforts. Alexander has also hosted two of his own competitions with success.

He's an avid ToR player, a game in which he excels, reaching max level cap with two of his characters and earning two Pendants of Blood. Alexander is also a regular on Telegram where he chats us up on the Clan group and ToR group. Tarentum is lucky to have him.

Alexander continues to grow on his own with little support from myself. Which isn't a bad thing. It shows that he more than capable of being independent and achieving awards on his own. Rulvak “Warp” Qurroc has been a man on a mission. A preeminent gamer, he has diversified his skills by becoming a leader and a producer for House Galeres and Clan Arcona. Today, for his ceaseless dedication and persistence, I am honored to raise him to the rank of Equite II. Congratulations, Warp. This is most well earned.

Since his last elevation, Warp has participated in 73 competitions and (co)Organized 20 competitions. In this time, he has submitted 26 PvP Matches, 292 PvE Matches, 2 Fiction Activities (779 words!), 3 run-on posts (1553 words!), passed 5 Shadow Academy courses and completed 1 Dark Side Degree. He has also shown an uncanny domination in his participation, collecting 37 Crescents (1Cr-D, 9 Cr-R, 12 Cr-A, 6 Cr-S, 3 Cr-E, 5 Cr-T, 1 Cr-Q), 1 Pendant of Blood, 4054 Clusters of Fire, 4 Clusters of Ice, 2004 Clusters of Earth, 1 Scroll of Indoctrination, and 1 Scroll of the Master.

In addition to his ridiculous participation and production, Warp continues to be a Battle Team Leader for the Nighthawk. He has done a great job of working side-by-side with his members; encouraging their activity, ideas, and participation in events & House Chat. Ever since returning to active duty as Battle Team leader and general membership, Rulvak, or Warp as he is known to most of us has been an amazing source of motivation and a great example to everyone I’ve seen him interact with. Both of us being Battle Team leaders, I myself having Consul experience, I was surprised by the amount of inspiration Warp managed to awaken in me. He is honestly one of the best Battle Team leaders I have ever worked with. As mentioned above he started out in the Brotherhood as a gamer, but has since widened his scope and developed into an amazing leader and an integral part of the Galeres team.

Personally I have had the pleasure of working with him on Arcona Gaming Dominance. The first two months of our co-heading this project have just ended and I have no issues pointing out that Warp took the boatload of the planning and organization on his plate. Not only did he create the main layout and planning, but because of his gamer background he was very aware of what was playing at the FIST office at the time and what games and platforms our members were most into. All of this resulted in nothing but success, participation was as expected spectacular with over 60 crescents and hundreds of Clusters awarded AGD has truly been a great follow-up to our success in the GMRG last year. After not only running this massive event for prolonged time together it was Warp who managed to grade the parent competition, by creating a detailed sheet of scoring, standings and individual winners within hours of the event ending.

This enthusiasm and dedication goes way further than just individual projects. As a Battle Team leader there is literally not a bad thing I can say about him. His team loves him, he loves his team. Nighthawk is one of if not the most active and successful team in Arcona, let alone the entire Brotherhood. This would not have been possible without the genious that is Rulvak. He inspires, motivates and provides not only his team, but the entire Clan. Achieving all this through his position and general activity is truly worthy of respect from even Arcona’s greatest.

And yet it does not stop there, Warp has been instrumental to the Clan by responding to leadership emails with a certain kind of level-headedness. Offering insight from not only his position but also seeing the bigger picture and often mentioning things some of us did not think off.

Simply put, Galeres, Arcona and the Brotherhood would not be the same without this man, it is therefore I am very proud to be recommending Rulvak Qurroc with a very well deserved promotion to Equite 2.

Warp, please never change, I look forward to working with you in any capacity for the rest of our DB careers.

Since taking up residence as battleteam leader on 24th October 2015, Rulvak has been a stellar example of efficient, effective and consistent management. Within five days he had his first report out. Five. It was not a token report either, informative and entertaining, it is exactly what we have come to expect from Nighthawk of late. He has shown a great amount of effort in trying to inspire activity within his unit, having organised 16 competitions and co-organised 4, and has been attentive and dedicated to his battleteam members, ensuring that reports are issued regularly and that all his members are kept up to date with the happenings of the Brotherhood. Not only has Rulvak been an exemplary battleteam leader, but he has also demonstrated a significant contribution to the wider clan as an active and willing member. He has participated in a mammoth 71 Competitions and has been successful in a large proportion of them, as my counterpart Braecen has already touched upon.

Rulvak has also proven himself to be a very valuable mentor, having taken the time to tutor Emily Hune and train her for further leadership in the capacity as Battleteam Sergeant, and also for recruiting Knight Mac into the Brotherhood and training him through the Journeyman stages up to the level of Knight.

This level of dedication and selflessness should not go unnoticed. Rulvak is an example of the fine calibre of new recruits we want to see rising from within the Brotherhood. He is dedicated, willing, and more than capable. It is for this reason that I am delighted to be recommending Rulvak for promotion to the rank of Battlemaster.
