I am honoured to be recommending Scarlet for her elevation into the ranks of the Equites. She has been a hard working and dedicated member of the Brotherhood. Inside her role as a Battleteam Leader and as a member of the Clan. Helping drive activity and progress the Clan into the fun environment it is currently in today.

Since her last promotion Scarlet has been a very busy member in our Clan, taking part in a total of thirty-four competitions, giving her everything to do her best during these events, from gaming to graphics to writing she covers the whole board. For all of her efforts and time she committed she has managed to earn herself two crescents with ruby stars, six crescents with amethyst stars, two crescents with sapphire stars and one crescent with emerald star. She gives one hundred percent for everything she commits to and this shines out in her entries.

She tries to gain experience in all types of areas, this can be from gaming and playing against others in Pazaak. For all her effort and her time during these games she managed to earn herself twenty-four Clusters of Fire. Though Scarlet will often say her writing isn't great she has a hidden talent, her stories always lock people into reading them, she constantly gives her all into her writing and it's really shaping into something amazing, during her writing times she has managed to earn herself seven Clusters of Ice. Also she has managed to recruiting members into the club, reaching out and offering her hand in friendship and earning herself a scroll of indoctrination for her hard work.

Though what makes Scarlet stand out is her transformation into a leader that took place. During her time she stepped up into the position of Battleteam Leader and has performed her duties for the past five months. During this time she kept in constant contact with her members via telegram talking to everyone, and on top of this doing monthly reports in her position she has done a total of six reports. Giving her members competitions to do she constantly asks what her members want to see being ran and runs them, this has seen her run a total of eleven competitions, as well as help four members organize and run their own competitions.

Scarlet continues to expand her knowledge inside of the Brotherhood for all this hard work she has completed five Shadow Academy exams and earned herself a degree already. During her time she has managed to get a Anteian Cross and a Dark Cross and to this day continues to push herself to improve. Scarlet is always friendly and will always have time to talk to you, from members to leaders she is a friendly face and always happy to help when she can. She strives to improve others experience of the Brotherhood and has done for myself in the past. She is a true inspiration of what it means to be part of the club and the Clan and to this day continues to work hard.

I am proud to be elevating Scarlet into the ranks of the Equites, she strives to perfect herself and continues to work hard, for all this work and effort she deserves this elevation. I have had the pleasure of observing Scarlet from two very different perspectives first as her Rollmaster and more recently as her Quaestor. It is from this perspective that I have seen what an active force Scarlet represents within Naga Sadow. She is an ever-present aspect of our Telegram group, driving conversation and working to make sure everyone feels welcome, no matter their rank or history in the club. This is the exact thing we look for in new members, and wish to instill in those who have it. She really recognizes the comradery that comes from a tight knit group like this and embraces it full heartedly.

Naturally, it was no surprise when she continued her efforts after her Knighthood, continuing to hold to the standards we had come to expect from her. Further still, she reached out for a leadership position with no other goal than to just continue to help build that environment for others that kept her going through the ranks, and teach it to others.

She continued to be active in competitions, reaching outside her comfort zone to try and perfect herself in every way, whether she were competing for graphics, fiction, or gaming. This drive can be seen in her continued placement in competitions, and her active discussions on Telegram, looking to better apply herself and identify her weaknesses, so that they may be improved.

Knowing all this, it is an honour to tender this recommendation for Scarlet Agna's promotion to Equite 1. I am grateful for the presence she offers to this Clan, and I look forward to seeing her continue on that path.

Scarlet has been a solid and valued member in many ways. She took over the reigns of Sapphire Squadron after Bob had to step down. He had refounded the team and left fairly big shoes to fill, but Scarlet has kept the team going, even as other teams have closed or opened in Naga Sadow. In the past five months as Battleteam Leader, she's organized 11 competitions and released a monthly report every month. In addition, she's participated in at least 28, setting a good example for her members.

Since her last promotion, she has earned both an Anteian and a Dark Cross. The Anteian's recommendations exemplify her work as BTL, while the Dark Cross is for work she has done for the Herald. It's always great to see a member getting involved and helping out with the club beyond just our clan, and this is a nice example for others.

I'm proud to say that Scarlet has made good use of her time in the club, in assisting the Herald, running Sapphire Squadron, and in being a consistently active member herself. Because of this, I would like to add my recommendation for her promotion.

Despite her best efforts, Leeadra Halcyon has managed to once again complete the requirements for her promotion, and I therefore recommend her promotion from Acolyte to Padawan.

Aside from fulfilling her twenty one days in-rank, she gradually picked away at her duties with steady patience. She competed in six competitions out of the five required, placing in in three of them, as well as co-organizing her own competition Call from a Past Life with her BTL, Bentre Stahoes. Her prolific writing likewise took her over the two thousand words required, as well as raising her Inquisitorius standing to Rank III. Leeadra's introduction into Brotherhood gaming - especially Jedi Academy - also earned her the equivalent of fifty four Clusters of Earth.

With a little push here and there, I can see Leeadra doing great things in the future. Keep it up!

Marcus has returned and has been working towards his next promotion with enthusiasm. He has spent well over the required number of days in the position as well as earning a total of 60 Clusters of Earth. He has signed into IRC and visited the Telegram clan channel on multiple occasions and has reached the second rank of the GMRG for his efforts in his gaming pursuits.
