The time has come to recognize a powerhouse of activity, work ethic, friendliness, and commitment to this club. Some 15 months ago, Landon Cruise arrived in the Brotherhood, and today, we acknowledge his accomplishments. Just in the last 6 months since reaching DJK, he has done more than many accomplish in their entire DJB career.

As a member, Cruise is the definition of activity. Since DJK, he has participated in a whooping 119 competitions, including several fictions, which he is quite open about not liking. He participates however, because he loves this club, and because he is the prime example to all members of pushing your boundaries to succeed. These competitions have earned him 1 Diamond Star, 4 Ruby Stars, 2 Amethyst Stars, 17 Sapphire Stars, 2 Emerald Stars, and a Topaz Star. These competitions range from one offs, to all 12 of the competitions ran in the recent CNS/CSP co-op event, Red Fury. If there is something out there to be participated in, Cruise will find it, do it, then encourage everyone else to do the same.

His other activities include being a heavy gamer, and being responsible for the addition of Star Conflict as a successful gaming platform. He has some 168 PvP matches and 65 PvE matches over the last few months, earning 581 CFs and 175 CEs. He sits comfortably at GMRG Rank X. His gaming efforts have paid off too, with some 15 organized gaming competitions run, alongside recruiting some great members for the club. He has also been responsible for 3 members so far reaching DJK.

But beyond his heavy levels of activity, constant IRC and Telegram presence, and general kickassness, he is also looking to better CSP and the DJB as a whole. He has served as M:MAA since early March, learning the workings of the medal and promotion systems we have. He has been a Docent in the SA since early June. And most recently he has stepped up as CSP’s Rollmaster when we were in desperate need of one. He constantly went out of his way to greet members of the club, help them with questions, and find them activities to participate in, so it only made sense to put him in with an official capacity.

Cruise is one hell of a guy, and CSP is far far better off for having him around. Thanks for everything Cruise, and Congratulations on EQ1! Drinks are on you!

Landon Cruise has been a Magistrate to the MAA office since March and has performed exceptionally throughout that time. He was immediately eager to catch up on MAA discussions, learn how the database and manual administration works, and pay attention to our we apply our standards to requests on a day to day basis. He listened, learned, and picked up on things quick. Now he is an active participant in discussions, quick on the draw when requests come in, and always eager to help out as needed. All while maintaining stellar activity in his clan and house. Landon remains what I want our of a Magistrate: an ambitious member with clear leadership potential who now has a greater understanding of the MAA/DJB administration side of things. Cruise is someone who is passionate about building a great community, not just within Clan Scholae Palatiane, but across the entire Dark Jedi Brotherhood. I'm not goign to go into a long list of all that he has accomplished since Dark Jedi Knight, but there are a few things that come to mind myself from my time as Proconsul without looking up specific numbers. He has mentored multiple members to Knighthood themselves. He has taken considerably to gaming, helping get activity within and encouraging Star Conflict, where I've done more flying and piloting recently on that platform than since I got rid of my joystick and called it quits for XWA. Yet he steps up, rallies others to participate, and makes sure to maximize participation in events that he knows he isn't strong in but seeks to better himself. He has earned this promotion to Equite 1, congratulations my friend!

Landon Cruise is a member who helped me return to the DJB and find my "fun" again. While I may not be the most active, it is his positive influence that has kept me around much longer and many others. I think I speak for many when I say he truly cares about his Clan. Landon is the kind of member I see embracing CSP for life. He will not venture to other Clans for leadership as he knows his brothers and sisters all exist here. That is something I wasn't able to do in my 15 years here, but I highly respect his ability to stay with his Clan.

Looking over his dossier he has completed more than most at his current grade. I glimpsed at his prestige and saw it was almost 4 times my own and over 300 points higher than anyone else at his current rank and well over most Equites. This on top of everything he has done for his Clan shows me he is more than ready for the next step in promotion. Congrats little brother. You blew this one out of the water. Keep doing all that you do for our Clan!

Landon Cruise is a unique and one of a kind member that the clan of Scholae is fortunate enough to have. He has taken on various roles and activity that only a select few are able to take on within the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. He is a force to be reckoned with in the GMRG. With a rank of X, he battles frequently with his fellow members for the few spots that change throughout the year of the final ranks. He hosts friendly competitions for Star Conflict, a fairly recent game that has spiked in activity thanks to his effort. He is also very active in the MAA office as Magistrate, hosting competitions as well as daily operations that the magistrate conducts.

He also has taken on the shadow academy to achieve three maven degrees and a savant degree. This has brought him to the rank of XII as a graduate in the academy. Landon did not stop there and decided to give back by becoming a docent in the academy. He has also progressed at the clan level to a point where many to do not even venture. He has taken on the role of Rollmaster recently and took it in full stride using recruiting methods that have brought the clan new recruits. He has also reached out to rogues to bring them back into the ranks with his overall progress as a roll master being spectacular considering the scale of growth the clan has recently seen. He has also shared his wisdom with our journeyman. He is a great mentor by throwing himself forward and helping people when necessary. Landon has taken on five apprentices so far with three that went on to knighthood with two in the progress. His drive has encouraged his students and others to achieve more. His work for the clan and the entire brotherhood merits a well-deserved promotion. He is member that are few to come by and we would be at a lost if he was not here. I recommend that Landon Cruise be promoted to the well-deserved ranks of Equites. Congratulations Landon you have earned it! Drinks on you!

When I brought Cruise in from the Tie Corps he was just getting back into the DJB and we were still a house. As we all know Cruise is an excellent dark Jedi and someone I consider as a friend. It's my true pleasure to recommend Ingram Thorpe for promotion to the rank of Guardian. Ingram has, despite his studies and job, spent considerable time with the clan both on Telegram and on Google Hangouts and shows excellent presence on the clan mailing list. Not being familiar with the way we do things, he has adapted quickly and made our ways his own. In addition he strives for a level of perfection in his work that not many can mimic.

In his 23 days as Protector, he has been playing games with us on the DJB Voice Server, he's participated in 3 competitions, reached the second rank in the Shadow Academy and has worked towards completing his character's history. In addition to this he has submitted his character sheet and has qualified in the ACC.
