Protector Talis has been in House Odan-Urr a short time, but he has shown great promise. His dedication to the House has been nothing short of impressive. For his promotion to Defender he has maintained the required time in his current rank, he has gotten his character sheet approved and on record, logged on to IRC and visited our House channel multiple times, participated in 5 competitions and more, qualified in the ACC and reached SA Society Rank 2.
