Misium is everything one could hope for both as a member and as a student. He's attacked the process of becoming a knight with a rare zeal and has excelled in the process. To start, he's been quite active and successful in competitions. Misium racked up five crescents during our recent Anchorage event, including one for placing third overall. This is quite impressive considering it was his first Clan event. As part of that effort he's generated some solid fiction and has demonstrated what it takes to be a first rate writer in the DB given time.

Misium has also been. Very active gamer, taking to TOR and other platforms with a great deal of determination. He's already amassed more than 400 CFs and has earned a number of Pendants of Blood along the way, including 2 in the 4 weeks since becoming a Jedi Hunter. That sort of effort will carry him a long way.

What has impressed me most about Misium though is his willingness to take on new challenges. He's recently taken charge of one of Plagueis' battleteams and shows great promise in that role. I'm told this is his first leadership role, but I'm more than confident he'll do well in the position.

Arden has it all summed up. Misium is a driving force in the brotherhood. His determination shows no bounds and his achievements are testament to what all Brotherhood members should strive for. Racking up all those crescents in the Anchorage campaign, all his gaming activity gaining him so many CoF's and PoB's show he is a force to be reckoned with, both in competition and on gaming platforms. Now as leader of a BT he has his chance to shine. I am confident in Misium's ability to go into the role with all guns blazing and I'm sure the BT will be better off for his leadership.

When I sat down to write this recommendation, I intended to start it with something like 'It's hard to believe that Misium has only been a member of Plagueis for about 6 months. It feels like it's been more like a year." As it turns out, it's actually been less than 3 months. This just illustrates the impact that Misium has been able to achieve within the Clan in such a short time period. Misium is a model for what every Journeyman tries to be, completing his promotion requirements ahead of schedule and jumping into just about every activity that has been put in front of him.

Misium regularly raids in ToR, he was one of the top participants in the Clan's recent event (and in Fading Light before that, despite joining the DJB in the middle of it), and he's on IRC as much as anyone. He's recently stepped into leadership by taking a BTL spot in House Ajunta Paul, and I'm sure that he'll exceed expectations in that role as well.

The rank of Dark Jedi Knight is generally seen as a recognition that it's time to take the training wheels off with a member; that they know their way around the club and that they've been with us long enough to do things for themselves. Anyone that knows Misium would tell you that Misium has met these holistic qualifications long ago. Now he's met the formal qualifications as well.
