Guardian Kor Vaal is continuing to be an all around amazing member of Scholae Palatinae, and has now completed the requirements set for a promotion to the rank of Jedi Hunter. It has been 37 days since he was promoted to Guardian and in that time he has shown to be one of the most active and reliable members in the house. He has participated in 10 total competitions (Including Race to Calynos and The Loyal Lieutenants, which are currently running competitions for our House event the Looking Home Campaign, along with participation in the accompanying run-on). Out of his competition participation, he has currently place four times.

He has passed the Leadership studies exam (100%!) and has hit rank four of the Shadow Academy. He has earned 8 merit awards, and co-organized the Scholae Palatinae competition "Favorite Things" which quite a few HSPers happily participated in. Kor Vaal has been an active presence on IRC, and the Discourse Forums and along with his shining example of activity, he has become an excellent role model for other members of the house. For his accomplishments I recommend he be promoted and advance another step closer to Knighthood. Congrats Kor Vaal, Drinks are on you!

Kor Vaal is an exceptional member of the battleteam. He is a person who actively contributes his time and effort into anything he does. He has participated in competitions with four that he had placed. He also ran a great competition that actively engaged members. He has also been awarded eight merits which is a difficult task for many. I look forward to see him continue his efforts closer down the path to knighthood and recommend his promotion.

Kor Vaal has been a great addition to Scholae Palatinae since his return to the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. Between his ambitions in the newly re-opened ACC and drive to see more activity come from the unit in that fun new environment, to taking on some of the new Shadow Academy courses and participating in several different competitions, he has naturally found his own way to his next promotion to Jedi Hunter. He has only been at his current rank for 3 weeks, but 2 SC, 3 AC and 3 DC speak highly of his successful past and make him more than deserving of the promotion. I look forward to seeing his future contributions to the great community and to Scholae Palatinae, and his continued advancement through the ranks.

Over the past seven months Valkish has served alongside me on the Fist Staff. When he came aboard he was given the difficult task of breathing life back into the TOR Guild, an aspect of the club which had been withering for months prior to his appointment. I sought Valkish out for this position because I had seen firsthand his enjoyment of the game and his desire to move it forward within the Brotherhood, when the time came to find a TOR Magistrate he was one of the first to come to mind.

His efforts since that time period have confirmed that he was the right person at the right time for the position. Valkish diligently worked to bring new members into the Guild, both from the Club and in game. He patiently worked with these Guild members by providing them with game related advice and at times even gear. Valkish assisted members running both Flashpoints and Operations whenever he was able. When the time came to re-evaluate how we determined Guild Ranks Valkish’s well thought out input was key to working out a system which rewarded members for progressing their characters in game. When not on TOR he could nearly always be found on IRC, a watchful eye out for any potential new TOR players.

Although the Fist Staff isn’t all fun and games (or is it?), often the games Staff members enjoy the most are the ones they’re called upon to run Competitions for. Competitions that, as the Organizer, they aren’t able to participate in themselves. This was absolutely the case as Valkish cranked out TOR Competitions on a monthly basis for Club members to enjoy, knowing full well that as much as he would like to compete in them. Beyond all of the work on the Fist Staff Valkish also served as a Battle Team Leader during this time period as well, but I’ll let his Quaestor cover those merits here shortly.

You’ve left a mark on both the Club and the TOR Guild, I hope you consider this promotion as a small token of our appreciation for all of your hard work. Equite One symbolises stepping out of the Journeymen ranks and into a new set of ranks, it shows commitment to the club, passion and a drive to continue to progress not just yourself but others around you. For these reasons I am honoured to be recommending Valkish Ebonvar for his elevation to the rank of Equite One. He has been an active and driven part of House Galeres, Clan Arcona and the Brotherhood as a whole. Continuing to show his willingness to progress himself in the club and help others at any opportunity he has.

Since his promotion to DJK, Valkish has been a steady and active part of the House. Putting ideas out on how things could be improved, this was from recommending competitions that could be ran to getting involved and helping gamers, tho I won't go into much detail about this as Valhavoc already has. He has managed to run in an impressive amount of competitions racking up to a total of six competitions since his last elevation, ranging from BTL ones to M:FIST roles. As well as this has has continued to be a constant part of contact for his team releasing a report every week to keep in touch with members.

With constant activity we have seen Valkish collect a good amount of medals wracking in 85 Clusters of Fire, 1 Scroll of Indoctrination and 1 Pendant of Blood. Though his best work is what he does with his team. For the last three months Valkish stepped up to the plate and took on the role of Battleteam Leader of Dark Forge, the team was slow but that didn’t stop him jumping in and instantly trying to get things moving again within the team. He has been in constant contact either thru IRC, speaking with them on a daily basis and assisting them with any issues or needs that they have or thru email keeping them updated on DJB information, DC Information or plans and progression of the team.

Since taking the lead, he has ran a few competitions, asking members on what they would like to see to keep activity up inside of the group. He has been in touch with members, helping them get work from wiki to small projects expanding the teams background as well as making them a well oiled machine in terms of communication. Valkish stepped up when I needed him inside of Galeres, taking things in his stride and learning on the job, he has made Dark Forge active again in his position.
