The jump from Jedi Hunter to Dark Jedi Knight is the most anticipated promotion among everyone who joins the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. More options for lightsabers open up, more robes and so on. Maelous has shown that he is ready for this step up and stand among the rest of the Knight in the Clan. In his time as a Jedi Hunter he has been on IRC at various times talking with members of his unit, he's earned a Dark Maven, and earned a Merit medal. He is also the Battleteam Leader for Sceptor of Ragnos. He is a very driven individual who takes whatever I throw at him and runs into it head first and is always coming back for more. The things I can say about Mael are nothing but great. During both my tenures as Summit for Naga Sadow, including now as his second-in-command, I've only seen him be a very driven, very motivated, individual. He's worked hard to get to where he is. It's not big, or flashy, or showy, but when you need something, Maelous puts his hand up, gets involved, does what he's asked to, then does a little more. Crusade. Wiki projects. Getting involved in IRC. He's spent plenty of time in Sadow, working as battleteam leader for Scepter of Ragnos, and when I put him in that position as Quaestor I was hoping that I made the right choice.

I am very pleased to see that I did.

It's not the big names that always need rewarding. Not everyone can stand in the spotlight, but Mael doesn't need to. He works hard for this club in his own way, getting things done behind the scenes. Whatever you ask of him, he does, no fuss. You won't see his name in lights. You don't need to. Maelous Ascarend, and the people of his calibre, are the iron that forms the framework of this club and it's about time he be rewarded for the work he put in. As such, I very gladly put my recommendation and my thanks on this promotion, both as his old Quaestor and now as his subordinate.

Since her silent arrival to the Dark Brotherhood, Crysall has become one of the most active members of her unit, raising fast through the ranks and earning many accomplishments through her path, including the elevations in the GMRG, a crescent and a Dark Cross.

Through gaming, she has proven that a journeyman can achieve progression following completely alternative routes than the conventional ones, using gaming as her primary platform to elevate herself and fulfill the requirements to become a Jedi Hunter.

Not just that, she has managed to do it in just a bit more than a week, stating by her actions her determination to keep her high activity levels and become one of the gaming pillars of her Battleteam, House and Clan, specially in The Old Republic.

It's for me a great pride to recomment Crysall to the rank of Jedi Hunter, for which she has worked hard day after day. I hope she'll continue honoring us in the future as much as she has done so far.
