It has been a privalege to serve as Necronomicon's master for his progress through the DJB. He has shown an initiative not often seen and tackled every task placed before him. Working through the ranks almost effortlessly he still managed to meet all the requirements, whether it was TOR-related or not. This is more impressive considering he exclusively participates in TOR.

During his time he has been promoted to M:Fist, bringing in an impressive number of recruits to the guild. He is always there to help out and is often found leading "Gear grab" raids on a weekly basis. A steadfast guy and someone I'm gald to call "friend", Necro has more than earned his promotion to DJK.

• Templar Atra Ventus Quaestor of Shar Dakhan

Necronomicon is a member who is very valuable to the Dark Brotherhood, especially in it’s TOR community. In addition to fulfilling the usual requirements for obtaining the rank of Dark Jedi Knight, he has recently become a Magistrate to the Fist. This shows me that he is interested in helping those around him as well as himself. Before that, I have frequently heard of how helpful he is to the “Brotherhood’s TOR guild, and seen this demonstrated in the awarding of the Anteian Cross he has received.

Having easily surpassed the six weeks required at his rank, Necronomicon has spent more than enough time at the rank of Jedi Hunter to be eligible for Dark Jedi Knight. He has further been awarded five crescents over his time in the ‘Brotherhood, easily surpassing the requirement of possessing one competition award and showing that he is an active participant in our activities and competitions. Furthermore, Necron has completed fifteen individual TOR HM flashpoints, Operations, or PVP events with other members of the Dark Brotherhood, earning a whopping 1175 Clusters of Fire and eleven Pendants of Blood in the process. Once again, this shows that Necron is a team player in the Brotherhood, helping the TOR guild with many activities. In that time, he has also gotten three characters to level 50, which fulfills another requirement. His FIST-assigned task involved completing all hard mode flashpoints and his Summit approved task also served the DJB TOR community, in that he recruited over 150 members, personally emailing each new member, and reorganized the guild’s member notes.

Though I have rarely personally crossed paths with Necronomicon, his actions have resonated through Clan Naga Sadow and the Dark Brotherhood as a whole. I have seen evidence of his work and heard great praise for his activities from many different members of the ‘Brotherhood. Because of this and all of the above reasons, I find Necronomicon more than ready to ascend to the final Journeyman rank of Dark Jedi Knight. Congratulations!

Necro has been one of the most active Officers in our guild. He has easily recruited over 100 members, lead over 50 raids, and been a part of many many other raids. Without him, the Dark Jedi Brotherhood's guild would not have over 350 members in the guild, with easily 30 on in the afternoon to early AM hours. Necro is a great person to hang out and talk to, and has been a great addition to the staff as he has been already requesting his own CF's for his raids, and flashpoints. Necro has enhanced the DJB's presence in the online game SWTOR. He has lead numerous raids, many to gear newer members, getting the guild better geared to handle more raid groups. He also has been a monster at recruiting, bringing in over 100 new members to the guild. It is this that is helping make the DJB a powerhouse on our server, and will potentially lead to many more recruits to the guild and potentially to the DJB club itself. - KAP Kelvis

<i>Jedi Hunter Graus sat motionless, facing Dajorra's falling sun, eyes half-closed and straining to watch its dying rays.

Upon the creation of his lightsaber, he had been brought here personally by his Master and Quaestor Socorra to a circular dais atop Arcona Citadel on Selen. It was the first time he had been allowed to the Ziggurat's upper levels: the Holy of Holies of Clan Arcona, where its greatest secrets lay. And, he suspected, if he failed in his tasks, it might well be the last time.

The last rays dipped beneath the horizon, and a final ray of light seemed to linger, just moments, on the Jedi Hunter's face.

It had been an apparently easy task: Meditate, without calling upon the Dark Side, without food or drink, with the sun full in the sky, from dawn to dusk. His Master had given a simple but forceful warning as the Jedi Hunter had set himself down for meditation: Failure to obey would be met with death. After that, the Krath had requisitioned the Journeyman's lightsaber and left him to his own devices.

Darkness creeped forward as the sun finally disappeared, cloaking the Journeyman in shadow. Night had fallen.

Wordlessly, the Jedi Hunter stood and turned around.

Figures, robed, with lightsabers in-hand, stood upon the ziggurat, apparently waiting. Graus recognized many of them: Arconae, Summit and other luminaries, each important within the Clan. Still others stood silent and hooded, wordless and hidden. And before them all stood the lithe form of his Master Socorra, clad in her formal Invicta robes.

"Jedi Hunter Graus," intoned the Quaestor, "you have come before us seeking to be elevated, have you not?"

Graus nodded, eyes downcast. "I have, Master".

"Then understand that any hesitation, any disobedience, any defiance will result in death. Do you?"

Again, the Jedi Hunter gave a nod, more cautiously this time. This elevation seemed unlike any other trial within the Clan - there was an unspecified sense that told him that his very life was at stake, here. The gathered Arconans seemed to tense just slightly, and fingers hovered over an activation button. "I do, Master."

"Very well then," she replied. "What makes you believe you are ready to become one of us?"

An easy question, to begin with. "I have finished all tasks set before me by the Summit, and brought each to a good end."

"Oh?" the Krath snarled suddenly, as her face contorted with disgust. "You mean the construction of this trinket?"

Socorra reached within the folds of her robe, taking out a small cylinder.

Graus recognized it instantly. It was his lightsaber.

The Jedi Hunter looked at the Master, shocked. "Yes," he said weakly, as Socorra weighed the weapon in her hand.

The Quaestor snorted contemptuously, and tossed the weapon off the ziggurat without so much as another glance.

"No!" Graus screamed, heedless of protocol. There, tumbling through the air, was a work of months: Something that the Jedi Hunter had poured his heart, his soul, and all his skill with the Dark Side in to create. And it was about to be unceremoniously destroyed by another's hand. It felt like someone ripping out his heart.

And suddenly, that void within his chest was filled with rage. And power.

Graus reached out a hand as fury spilled into his eyes and face, all propriety forgotten. The weapon abruptly reversed course, flashing to life before it had even finished settling in his hand. In a single, fluid motion, the Jedi Hunter ran through his Master with the shimmering blade of his own making.

The Quaestor seemed puzzled for a moment, as she stared at the Hunter. Then, a smile appeared on her face. "Very well," she managed to get out, before collapsing into shadow.

Graus looked around, expecting the gathered Arconans to reach for him any moment now, but no such attack seemed forthcoming. Instead, the Arconae and Summit had their lightsabers still in-hand - but they appeared overall more relaxed, and some were even smiling.

"Congratulations," a feminine voice said, the exotic Socorran accent rolling off her tongue.

</i>But..no! That's impossible!<i> thought the Jedi Hunter, as one of the previously hooded figures removed said hood, only to show the face of Socorra.

Then, comprehension dawned. Of course. An Arconan Force Wraith.

She nodded to him and smiled, pride beaming in her expression.

The Consul, Wuntila Zratian Entar Arconae, Lord of the Shadow Clan, approached him, seemingly without fear or tension. "You have learned the final lesson of the Dark Side."

"It's about power, isn't it?" Graus ventured.

"It's always about power," the Consul replied, smiling slightly. "But yes. The final lesson is this: Power is never given away. It is always taken. If someone should block your path, strike him down. Even if that someone is me."

The Jedi Hunter nodded, comprehension dawning. Around him, the gathered Arconans lit their weapons, one by one. Around the ziggurat itself, on lower levels, others responded in kind, until the night sky was lit by dozens of separate weapons.

"So, what will it be?" Wuntila asked, bringing forth a lightsaber of his own. "Do you claim the mantle of Dark Jedi Knight?"

Graus understood. Nodding slowly, he lit his lightsaber and raised it high. A hundred Arconans followed suit.

Triumphant and ascendant, the newly frocked Dark Jedi Knight was first to shout as a hundred sabers pierced the sky:

"ARCONA INVICTA!"</i>

Xantros has been a very active, helpful member of House Scholae Palatinae. He actively works with anyone needing assistance, shows great leadership skills in Caliburnus, and works very hard in the office of MAA. Xantros showed exceptional activity in the recent Summer Feud, and contributed greatly in the Tenth Great Jedi War. He's not afraid to ask for help if needed, nor is he ever too busy to help his Apprentice Kazumi. Xantros is a diligent worker in all he does, and is deserving of a promotion to EQ1. - Xan Phraz-Etar

Xantros is an amazingly active person within our Brotherhood community. He is currently our BTL in Caliburnus as well as being the M:MAA for about a year. He is always there participating and running competitions for older members as well as new and upcoming members to get new shiny medals. Xantros has always been there helping anyone out with questions or advice, he was extremely active especially within the last GJW and the Feud that just ended. He is also very active with the Shadow Academy with Dark Mevan's. Xantros has been with us all for just over 2 years and while all of this is going on, even has a Journeyman he is helping reach Knighthood as well. I am proud to call Xantros an amazing friend here within the Brotherhood with me and whole heartedly support his promotion to EQ1. I hereby put forth my recommendation that Xantros be elevated to the Equite level of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. This gentleman was one of my clanmates in the EH Dark Brotherhood, and he became my apprentice when he came to the Dark Jedi Brotherhood over two years ago. Xantros has been one of the best members of Scholae since his joining, and I am proud to write this recommendation.
His achievements have been many over the past 22 months that have elapsed since his last promotion. Within that time, he has been awarded 3 Novae, 16 Seals, a Steel Cross, an Anteian Cross, 3 Dark Crosses, a Seal of Loyalty, 11 Clusters of Ice, and an impressive 43 crescents of varying degrees.
In addition to these rewards, he has given back to the House of Palpatine through his work as a battleteam leader within Scholae for almost 2 years. Within his leadership role, he actively participated in planning and running 23 competitions that the members of Scholae Palatinae could enjoy and participate in with their fellow housemates including 2 multi-event competitions.
To begin their rise from the journeymen ranks to those of the equites, members must begin to become involved outside their own house, and Xantros has taken this to heart. He has served admirably as both a professor with the Shadow Academy and as a Magistrate to the Master at Arms of the Dark Brotherhood. As an elder of the House, I am pleased to put forth this recommendation in favor of my apprentice in honor of his outstanding portfolio of work over the past two years. Since being receiving his Knighthood, Xantros has been a near constant presence in Scholae Palatinae. Participating in events and competitions left and right as well as giving his best wherever he can to improve the House and the Brotherhood as a whole. In the space of these two years between now and his promotion to knight, Xantros has earned forty-three Crescents (divided into: four Crescents with Quartz Star, fourteen Crescents with Topaz Star, fourteen Crescents with Emerald Star, five Crescents with Sapphire Star, four Crescents with Amethyst Star and two Crescents with Ruby Star), seventeen Vendetta Seals (divided into: one Seal of Defiance, four Seals of Return and twelve Seals of Decimation), eleven Clusters of Ice, three Novae (divided into: one Bronze Nova and two Silver Novae), three Dark Crosses, one Anteian Cross, one Steel Cross and even a Seal of Loyalty. He has completed sixteen Shadow Academy Courses, earning him Dark Maven Degrees in General History, Philosophy and Writing. Xantros has served his House as Battleteam leader for the last nineteen months, making his unit one of the most active in the House. He has also served the Brotherhood as a Shadow Academy Professor for over five months now and as Magistrate to the Master at Arms for an entire year. As a member of the Shadow Academy Staff, Xantros has recently been awarded a Dark Maven Degree in Service (the honourary degree offered by the Academy for outstanding work as a member of the staff). Overall, Xantros is a dedicated leader, an active participant in a wide variety of events and fields of competition and one of those members that has somehow made himself into an active, well rounded member of the Dark Brotherhood. In my opinion, Xantros has more than earned his admission into the ranks of the Equites and is more then worthy of the honour of calling himself a Krath Priest. He has attained the mandatory Steel Cross. He has maintained a high level of personal and vendetta-related activity over the course of (just about) 24 months, earning him (as listed above) fifty-four competition awards, twenty vendetta-related awards, five merit awards and one seal of loyalty as well as attaining 3 Shadow Academy Degrees. He has served as a leader within his House for a total of nineteen months and has occupied a position of leadership for a cumulative total of seventeen months (over the last year). To whom it may concern: Xantros has shown that he is ready for elevation to the Equite level. I believe that this should have happened a while ago, but regardless of that point his body of work speaks for itself. Xantros has always shown dedication to his tasks, his house, and his peers. He is courteous and compassionate. Not only is he eager to excel, he’s eager to help wherever he can. Upon my entry into the Dark Jedi Brotherhood, and into Scholae, Xantros has always assisted me. As a journeyman, Xantros pulled me into Caliburnus and helped me develop my character. The Duro also saw fit to help me during GJWX when I had no one to go into battle with. A mentor, Xantros helps all he can from the newcomers to the veterans. He'll work with everyone. The thing I admire most about Xantros is that he tries everything. He recognizes everyone has different talents and as such, he gives everything he does his best effort. He will help other members try things (he and I tried to qualify in ACC together) as well as be willing to proof read and assist in competitions. He also isn't afraid to ask for help or for someone to help him (which I think is a most excellent trait!) For these reasons and many many more, I believe Xantros should be promoted to EQ1 or Priest. In spite of pressing real life school work and using a language which is not his mother tongue, Xantros has striven into the limelight of Scholae Palatinae, and has become one of our finest members. He represents us in the Master-At-Arms staff, as well as in the Shadow Academy, and is an excellent ambassador to the rest of the Dark Brotherhood with his calm and cheerful demeanor and constant presence. Since his elevation to Dark Jedi Knight, Xantros has proven again and again what a stellar member he is. His level of dedication to Scholae Palatinae and the Brotherhood as a whole is outstanding. He works hard and of his own accord. I have been incredibly grateful to have him as a Battleteam Leader. While a difficult job and much like herding cats, Xantros has been done an excellent job since taking over the BTL position in Jan 2011. While BTL, Xantros has run 15 competitions on both a BTL and house level. He has also come forward with numerous other competitions to the HSP Summit. He takes his role as a leader seriously, and professionally. He maintains contact with those in his battleteam, and has issued several reports for the team. Where other BTLs have failed in HSP, Xantros has flourished in this position. He is a constant source of new ideas and projects for the house. For example, he came up with some new plans to help push character development with some of the new members. His plans and suggestions are always seeking to improve the experience of the DB for other members. He actively tries to better HSP while some others are content with letting this stay as they are. For that I am truly glad to have him around. But being a BTL is not all Xantros has accomplished since knighthood. He has served as M:MAA since Sept 1st 2011 and as a Shadow Academy Professor since March 24th 2012. Xantros is always willing to do whatever he can to help the club and this shows through the multiple positions he has taken up. Xantros is also a very active member on top of the duties he performs in his positions. He is constantly submitting HSP and DB wide competitions. He is an excellent example by doing so. Since his promotion to DJK, his participation has earned him the following: 4 Quartz Stars, 15 Topaz Stars, 14 Emerald Stars, 5 Sapphire Stars, 4 Amethyst Stars, 2 Ruby Stars, 3 Dark Crosses, 1Anteian Cross, 1 Steel Cross, 1 Seal of Defiance, 4 Seals of Return, 12 Seals of Decimation, 2 Silver Novae, 1 Bronze Novae, 11 Clusters of Ice and a Seal of Loyalty. That is quite a mouthful of awards! Xantros continues to work hard and diligently on a daily basis. He has done so on top of working on a very difficult school load and with having English as his second language. He remains a calm voice of reason and never loses his cool. He is truly a model member and a good friend. It is time he be recognized for his tremendous accomplishments and welcomed into the Equite ranks. Fantastic work Xantros.
