Jendan has been an awesome person to work with. Her level-headedness and drive to get her work done is something very worth rewarding her for. During the war Jen demonstrated herself as a pillar in the house when I noticed that her opinion was valued by not just the Journeymen but even by Equites; I find that kind of respect admirable. Jendan is also a very personable member of the summit, taking it upon herself to recruit members from House Revan into the fold of Odan-Urr. I cannot speak for her prior achievements before I came to Odan-Urr but I can say that since I've been in the House, Jen is a hard worker and a fun personality to have in the house. Jendan is now serving as Rollmaster for a second time and was actually the house's first RM over a year ago. Though she was taken away from us due to familial commitments she was instrumental in the original shaping of the house, particularly the "Harakoan" portion of the New Tython article (along with Korroth). During the recent GJW she participated in eleven events and took home with a Dark Cross, Gold Nova, and Bronze Nova. Her excellent showing helped us both keep pace with Clan Naga Sadow as well as leave Revan in the dust. Now she is back in the Rollmaster position and has already done a great deal of work in a short amount of time. She has audited articles with me and done an, along with Drodik, audited every single member in the house, determining whether or not they had been overlooked for a promotion by the previous regime. Finally (and most importantly) she comprised individual, personalized invitations for every member in the former IHR, drawing upon her excellent people skills to acquire Lambow and Enapace, and probably CBO and Daniel Stephens. Jendan is a friend and one of Odan-Urr's most prized members. I look forward to the day when she will lead the house. Congrats Jen! Ji

Death has completed his requirements for Acolyte. He passed the DB Basics exam, registered on the forums, participated in the GJW Run-on which counts as a competition, and he logged on to IRC. He has done exceptionally well and has earned his promotion. Congrats!

Melody has continued to show interest in the DB by emailing and creating a dialogue with his Rollmaster. As this completes the requirements for promotion to Novice by completing one basic activity, I'd like to recommend him for Novice. Congrats! ~RK~
