I've said before that Sanjuro is a secret weapon, a hidden equalizer for Naga Sadow. Erupting from obscurity in a moment's notice, he leaps for the throat of any and all who oppose his Clan, and often tears them to shreds. His skill with the written word has blossomed from the timid writer he was when I first met him to a powerhouse and formidable author. His submissions are done with so much skill that his are often the first that gain judge attention. In this last war alone, he earned five gold novae on his own efforts alone, more than any other member in the Brotherhood. This is what skill is. It was brought to me that Sanjuro hadn't even earned his custom lightsaber fairly recently, despite absurd levels of brutal Vendetta work. He doesn't often have time for the day-to-day work, nor the drive to lead in the club in official capacities, yet when a war happens, he goes full-bore, often out-motivating even the Quaestors and Aediles. The prolonged dedication and improvement over the years more than marks him as ready for the Second Equite Rank and the permission to carry a custom lightsaber. Congratulations, Sanjuro. He alone has placed in nine different events for this war, several of them being in first place! He has also been very active in previous vendettas; bring a rain of destruction with him as he fought hard.

His overall participation during vendettas has produced a lot of points for whatever house/clan he has fought for. Be it Clan Naga Sadow or House Revan, he has been a driving force in fiction and graphic events as well as numerous miscellaneous events.

Since his last promotion on 1/27/10, Sanjuro has: earned 8 gold Novae, 2 Silver Novae, 1 Bronze Nova, 1 Grand Cross, 1 Steel Cross, 1 seal of Loyalty, 1 Diamond Crescent, and 21 Vendetta Seals. He placed an overall sixth in the GJW X. That is an intense amount of fine level work at the highest of levels- DB Wide competitions. He had been a driving force in Revan before returning to his old home in Clan Naga Sadow, helping found the House. He’s one of those guys, that when they are needed, hammers things home with panache in a blaze of glory. It’s been some time since he was promoted; he has obviously worked his tail off and produced excellent results, and has helped motivate us all with his Rawr effect. It’s about time Sledge Keibatsu was promoted to the Rank of Equite Two, with all rights thereby, including a customized lightsaber. Congratulations, and thanks man.

There are some people who really step up their game when a Vendetta comes around and do everything they can to get stuck in and contribute to their unit's efforts. Sanjuro is an excellent example of this; he not only entered a lot of events during the recent Great Jedi War, he utterly dominated in the events that he submitted to. On top of his own actions, Sanjuro was one of the people who really got stuck into motivating the rest of the Clan; his voice was on the mailing list exhorting others to do what they could, and I can say for certain that he definitely encouraged me to enter more events than I might otherwise have done. It's been a while since "Sledge" was last promoted, and his actions in the War and before that have more than indicated that he's earned the next elevation. Sanjuro is a great asset to Clan Naga Sadow. He was a brilliant example during the 10th Great Jedi War. Not only did he participate in many events and place well in many of those, but he also helped encourage the rest of the Clan via email during the War. Sanjuro took home five Gold Novae over the course of the 'War, as well as one Silver Nova.

Though I have not had the pleasure of experiencing his dedication personally until this conflict, I have examined his dossier and seen that he had similar accomplishments during Disorder and Spoilers of War under the Revan banner. For these reasons I believe Sanjuro is worthy of a promotion to Archpriest!

Since returning home to Marka Ragnos, Sanjuro has shown activity on a level higher than most Journeymen. He participated in the Independence Games in which he took first place in one of the events. Before returning to Naga Sadow, Sanjuro was active in Raven, participating in 2010 Rite of Supremacy taking home four Seals of Bone, a Gold, Silver, and Bronze Nova. He was awarded a Grand Cross on Feb 15, 2010 for his loyalty, dedication, outstanding activity since his joining of Raven. He was also a recipiant of a Seal of Loyalty which only a handful of people earn each year. Following the Rite of Supremacy Sanjuro went on to particpate in 6 events for Disorder along with earning two Gold Novas. From there he transferred back to House Naga Sadow which shortly after was granted Clan Status again and he return home to Marka Ragnos. Since I have becoming Quaestor and before, during, and in the time since the War Sanjuro has been there to help motivate others and has been driven to exceed the call of duty, something that most never show. I herby recommend that Sanjuro "Sledge" Keibatsu be elevated to the level of Equite 2.

The greatest thing about being a Dark Council member, is the staff you're surrounded by. For a year, Ronovi has been my right hand of all things Shadow Academy, clearing project after project from our to-do lists. She is the sole person in charge of running and writing the fictions for my reports, where she spear-headed the introduction of Jedi Liu Van Dae, bringing about a strong piece of GJW 10 backstory. She alone handles all degree requests, having approved and denied probably over a hundred. These are but tasks, b**** work if you will. Where she really shines, is her ability to counsel and mitigate. There have been times where I would have been lost without her. Over the summer she took on the mantel of teaching the infamous Dark Sage Writing course, fulfilling my desire to see more Star Wars influence. This ten week course was of her own design, breaking apart from former course teachers and establishing her own foot print. She succeeded marvelously, bringing two new graduates and a stronger desire for failed members to try again next year. All of these things have been invaluable to me as a Praetor, and it's high time we recognize her as one of the elite. I think the bulk of what I wanted to say has been covered. Nevertheless, I think it is necessary to throw my two cents in. Ronovi has been a stellar member inside and outside of Arcona. Her approachability, her enthusiasm and her dedication rarely go unnoticed. Even when she was leading Tarentum she still gave everyone her full attention. Her devotion is unmatched. She is a tireless and inspirational member of the Shadow Clan and she is worthy of our full recognition.

Having placed second in the Great Jedi War and winning the Independence Games previously, she has shown her worth as an active member. She blew the competition out of the water with her consistent ability to write phenomenally. Similarly, she was integral in the Arconan ranks, acting as the primary proofreader for the best part of the Great Jedi War for every member of Arcona. This, coupled with her role as Praetor to the Headmaster and her own breathtaking activity shows how much she really put into winning the war for her house, her clan and, more importantly, herself.

I have never had a bad word to say about Ronovi. That says something quite remarkable. She has easily met the requirements for Obelisk Primarch and I am honoured to be writing this recommendation. As mentioned previously, the words have been taken out of my mouth, but I’d like to leave on this note: Ronovi is a fantastic member, always willing to help and omniscient in her writing knowledge. She is, by definition, the perfect Dark Brotherhood member.

When all one has is support and friends, there are no reasons to excel, to reach beyond. There are few who have endured opposition like Ronovi Tavisaen over recent history.
