Voden is a member who has worked consistently hard for whatever unit or House he has been a member of. While he can sometimes be controversial, he is also dedicated to being active and making sure that when he does something, he does it to the best of his ability. He is a member whose activity more than speaks for itself and I'll let it do that for now, showing you what he has done since his last promotion;

- Filled in with RM tasks and duties in Plagueis.
- Effectively rewrote the RM welcome/promo letters for Plagueis.
- Helped to run the Damage Report Runon.
- Received a Dark Cross.
- Made the logos being utilized by the Jusadih Military and its respective branches.
- Worked with the Directorate General to staff the Intelligence Directorate and work with its members to get acquainted with the branch as a leader in it.
- Served as BTL of Codename: Stygium for over 6 months.
- Received DSS for adding over 42,000 bytes to his character article on the wiki, 32,000 for his BTL article, and making an action on the wiki the day it hit 50+ active users.
- Received LoS for winning house trivia.
- Received Cr-1S for winning house poetry contest.
- Received Cr-1R for winning Voice Jedi Tracker fiction comp.
This list shows the consistent activity and dedication that Voden has exhibited wherever he has been. Along with the above stated activity, Voden has participated in numerous other competitions where he didn't manage to place in the top 3, including the first 3 events in the currently running 'Operation Haystack'. His work is always of the utmost quality and he has put in the time and effort to be deserving of this promotion.

I've known Max for a long time now, and have seen his work in a collection of places. Since his time to ascending to DJK, it seems he has left his imprint over time in both Arcona, and now, thankfully, in Dinaari of Taldryan. While I could request an award for the efforts he has put in, I don't feel like that would be fair. Instead, to say thanks, I would like to see to his ascension into the some what coveted echelons of the Equites.
Max can impress a lot of people. At first glance, he seems silly and some what unreliable (sorry Max...), but that fails to tell the true story behind him. While I can't testify what he did in Arcona, other than some medals and stories, I can tell you what he has done in Taldryan since becoming QUA.
In his proposal draft, he covered all of the points that needed to be amended for pages regarding the house. Following this, Max went through and developed much of the wiki content in synch with his apprentice, Tyre. While Max claims he is still not close to complete with this work, his efforts on the BT pages and rewrites he did for some members for their character pages has served to expand our house on the wiki, one of the tasks he promised to do upon settling in the house.
- House Dinaari Journeyman's Rise to DJK Project
In this project, Max made up a comprehensive list of tasks necessary for all Journeymen up to the rank of Dark Jedi Knight with regard to their promotion requirements. This consisted of the analysis of each member, the tasks they had completed and the tasks they had not. He then sent out individual requirements to each of the members, before he compiled in-depth reports into each members requirements and what they needed to rank up.
- Dark Fire Bridage Revival
As QUA, Max reopened Dark Fire with the intent to provide a place for newer members to have a place to learn and grow, thus complementing our Old Folks' Home. He worked out a manual for the new BTL to abide by, and took it upon himself to tutor this individual on all of the simple tasks of leadership administration. He also wrote up much of the content for the new wiki page and developed many of the ideas that the new BTL of Dark Fire put into effect.
Immediately upon assuming the QUA, perhaps extending for a few weeks (I can't quite remember tbh), Max single handedly went through and contacted all of the members in the house personally in attempt to prepare them for the then up-coming AWOL. Those that were active had their activity put into the ATR Max had established for the house, a special spreedsheet that also redirected to documents about the individuals.
Despite juggling all of these projects within a short period of time, Max still found the time to maintain his expected duties as QUA -- penning his report, sending out the occasional email, coordinating competitions amongst me and the BTLs, and staying in contact with everyone to an impressive degree.
A constant sight on IRC too, Max is never one to be left out of anything in the house, clan, and I would even go as far to say the club. He is always willing to help people out, and I've seen him do so for people that weren't even in the clan. He's always helping people out with their wiki articles (he has a weird penchant for the wiki as of late, it seems) and other issues. I just recently witnessed him the other day giving a BTL whom was unfamiliar how to use HTML to format his report a VERY indepth and comprehensive tutorial that involved every step with an explanation as well.
Even resigned from the position, Max continues to work with me in the name of the house. I have tasked him with several duties now that he has already fulfilled. He also serves to deliver his counsel to me on just about any topic I bring up, or fail to bring up. His advice, suggestions, insight and other more tangible contributions can be boundless when he so desires.
This is the kind of thing I have come to expect from Max, ever since I first witnessed him in a leadership position. While he may exhibit his charade of being a utter fool (tehe!) he never ceases to deliver as a leader when he's obligated. It is for his dedication to being a great leader, a great friend, and one true to their good character in a way that is beneficial to his house, clan, and even at times -- random places in the nether regions of the DJB -- that I feel his more than delivered for his rise to the Equites. Max, I think this is your first promotion that will be within a year of your previous one. Amazing... Congratulations, buddy!
