Dark Xeon has already been in communication with me several times, trying to understand the structure and purpose of the Dark Brotherhood, and trying to work on figuring out his path in Tarentum, as well. He is committed to being active, as well as to helping prepare as another member who will be a part of SWTOR.

As such, I think it's an example of him learning how to navigate both the Dark Brotherhood site, and showing some basic signs of activity, signifying that his Apprenticeship is over. I believe he is fit for promotion to Novice, and congratulate him on his efforts.
