Often members make it to the rank of Dark Jedi Knight, fewer make it to the rank of Equite one. I am proud to be writing this recommendation for Inarya to be promoted from Dark Jedi Knight to the rank of Equite one for her hard work and dedication to Clan Arcona. She has been working hard and proving that she is ready for this step into the Equite’s. Starting out with what she has down, she has been participating in competitions, and has collected an impressive amount of Crescents, and having a wide range of them all in all she has got seven crescents as well as a Cluster of Ice. As well as her long time as a Battle Team Leader in House Galeres she continues to prove herself. Working hard on her team and continuing to push her team harder, making them achieve the best that they. As her time as Battle Team Leader she has continued to prove her dedication and activity. Since taking over the team, she has written the wiki page creating a descriptive and unique wiki page for the team. When Inarya got her battle team it was inactive and showed no signs of activity, but now she has made the team active. She has brought new members to understand how the brotherhood works, and what they have to complete to get promoted to the next rank. Her hard work and dedication has really shown through the team’s activity and willingness to work. She also has worked behind the scenes herself, showing a willingness to put members before her own goals. She is always working closely with to her members offering her help when she is able to, and making sure that if anything can be done she will always be willing to do it. She has helped in advising members in the acc as well as doing battles in the Genesis Combine. She has been a crucial asset in helping the new members of this clan and been a driving force in House Galeres. As well as doing all of this she still finds time to help in a Clan Project, getting it done efficiently, as well as being there to give her opinion if anything needs to be changed or we could be looking at different ways to get active members into the brotherhood. Her main help was in the recruitment drive project that saw her creating a myspace page to help get members into clan Arcona. Building a strong and formal page. Overall with the hard work that Inarya has been doing for the clan, I am proud to be writing this recommendation for promotion. Inarya is a strong and active member of the Clan; she is an integral part of the House Galeres Summit and she provides a rich a vibrant feel to the eclectic taste of Sukhur’s Legion. Her work as the Battleteam Leader has been sound, precise and engaging and her level of commitment to the House and the Clan is unfaltering. In the numerous tasks outlined in Cethgus’ recommendation have been taken above and beyond the expectations of both her superiors and the members of Arcona who have seen the work, for example, her dedication to inspiring her Battle Team back into activity. Her level of dedication to the clan is exemplified in the numerous awards she has received for participation and her prolonged presence in IRC. As a person, she encompasses all the traits of a hard-working and passionate individual and in my time as the House Galeres Aedile, I have been impressed with her level of commitment. She has survived review after review, which goes to say a lot in the current lull of activity DB-Wide. Her exhibition and implementation of low-priority tasks such as the Clan Arcona Myspace page show the level of detail she is willing to divulge on the simplest tasks. From the beginning Serynh has been a great follower of mine. He has done what hes be asked and a wonderful Apprentice. He continued to ask me questions to help with continuing the promotion guidelines set out for him. In doing so he picked up the pace to complete his requirements for Protector. Serynh has logged onto IRC and completed his History.

He has participated in three competitions; [DB] Battle Front 2 Bash, [HDS] Spring Games Study Study Study SA event, and [HDS] Spring Games: Santa Toss, plus he has earned a plethora of Cluster of Fires, in gaming. He has completed his Training Saber Basics, IRC Basics and he even jumped into doing is COJ 1, earning 75%. Not only has he done the things necessary to complete the tasks laid before him but he has formed a respectable reputation with his Master and various members across the Dark Brotherhood. I would like to recommend him to the rank of Protector.

I have good feeling that Serynh will be a wonderful asset to his new battle team “Spectre” and a wonderful addition to House Kaerner.

Sarconn, an up and coming member in HMR, has done a lot. I keep hearing from Ekeia how much he is doing for the Night Hawk revamp project, and how he's practically set up the entire forums where they are doing this at. Looking at his dossier, I see that he's participated in several competitions, as well as creating one himself. He's also battled myself, and Manji twice in the ACC. He's already earnt a merit award, and logs onto IRC constantly to talk to other members of the clan. Having been placed into the Night Hawks immediately upon joining the Brotherhood, he was constantly looking for a way to help me out with making the Battleteam a better place, more active and interesting. Right from the get-go, Sarconn was offering suggestions and help left and right, ranging from competition ideas to the new inner rank/possessions system. The latter was an idea I’d had since becoming the Battleteam Leader, and Sarconn is the single reason that it has been created and put into action. When I first started talking about it in my reports, he was one of the first to offer all his time to making this idea reality. He came up all the specifics, like the points system, the credits system, and the rank structure, and all I had to do was make sure that it all worked together. Even still, we are constantly in communication with each other about how to continue to make the team and this new system even better. For this plan, he also ran the competition “Company Name” which would give us a few companies to use for our possessions that he is also helping me create. He also came up with idea for the competition that I am currently running, “Create Your Weapons”, which will help us come up with more possessions for the Night Hawks. Without all his help, I believe that this entire new system would still just be an idea. <br> <br> Besides all the work he has done for the Battleteam, Sarconn has also completed his qualifying match with Manji, learning from the training match he had while a Protector with Manji and putting what he learned to use and bettering his writing. He also passed his Training Saber Course, completed another character sheet, participated in the current Naga Sadow Run-On and being on IRC constantly offering his help whenever anyone needs it. <br> <br> I fully recommend Sarconn for a promotion to Jedi Hunter.
