I believe that Methyas fully deserves a promotion to Equite 1. Since March, he has led House Marka Ragnos as an Aedile and did a wonderful job. He always helped those who asked for help, always inspired people to be active, and was always keeping those he led positive. Even if I tried, I couldnât say a single bad thing about him. Methyas is one of those leaders that everyone wants. Besides being an amazing Aedile, Methyas has accomplished a lot in other areas. He has earned several crescents, 27 Clusters of Fire, 4 Clusters of Ice, a Dark Cross and 2 Anteian Crosses. On top of the medals heâs received, he also completed 3 additional Shadow Academy exams. Without a doubt, Methyas leads by example, and the example he sets is a very good one for members to follow. He is extremely active and the work that he does is of top quality. Methyas Arcturi L'eonheart has been a highly dedicated members since his last promotions (more so then before his promotion as hard as it is to believe), and during his time spent as a BTL of the Night Raptors / AED of House Marka Ragnos he helped many people with a variety of different things both within the DJB and outside it's hallowed walls. When the leader of the Night Raptors, he led them to an impressive result during the feud and in the process ended up bringing me back from LOA specifically to aid in the numbers (Thanks buddy!) During his time as AED, he took the original HMR Dark Library Website (http://darklibraryhmr.webs.com/), and completely reworked it, as well as adding countless of new fictions that were apparently roaming around email boxes. He also created dossier pages for members to see what competitions they had participated in, as well as showing when they had last logged into IRC. Methyas also created a page that showed any and all gaming information pertaining to their account, and also took the initiative to find ACC battles for each member, and code them into the website as well. Methyas also has been instrumental in the progression of the current HNS Run-On, making it a fun experience for simple people like me to get back into fictional posting. Now that his time as a officially named leader has ended (due to the Clan reformation into a House), Methyas still seeks an active role in helping out where ever he possibly can, and as such I believe he has more than earned his next promotion. I feel like I could go on more and more, because I know how much Methyas cares for HNS and all its components, as it's all he talks about when we're venturing around the city (not ALL he talks about, but a great deal of it).
If there is anyone more deserving then you of this promotion my friend, I have not yet conversed with them. Methyas or Sev as I have a tendency to call you, if I had to use one word to describe this person, it would be there isnât just one word to describe him. He is extremely active, found most nights in the houseâs irc channel talking with everyone. He is extremely knowledgeable. He is an impressive leader; he leads by example partaking in every part of the DB when possible. He has been active in the Houseâs run on, since it started. He has been a great friend always there when I need a bit of advice on a problem. While I do not know much of his exploits as House Marka Ragnosâs Aedile. I know that in the Clan itself he has made a name for himself. He has been a great friend. I expect that we will see much from Methyas in the future. This is one of the easiest promotion recommendations I've got the ability to write these days. He's served as the Sergeant to the Night Raptors for one of the longest terms since I was the Sergeant, and was seen fit to become the next Aedile of Marka Ragnos. During the month of March, I ran a House Feud that was dominated by the Night Raptors, with Methyas leading them. During such event he earned several crescents as well as an Anteian Cross. I can say that over the last few months of him being my friend, and my Aedile, he has proven his worth as an Equite. He is my right hand, the person I go to when my crazy ideas would act up and poke him about them to see which are the best. Method man actually was working on the "House Marka Ragnos Dark Library" which held a ton of fictions, but he updated it, coded numerous fictions into the site and run ons, while also creating "Dossiers" for people on the site to see what competitions they have done, the last time they were on IRC and the ACC battles they had participated in. His constant performance for the Clan, well house now, by participating in the Unrest in the City run on almost every other week, helping spread activity in it. I can't thank him enough for his work during the month of June while I was running around to and from Canada, and making sure everything was running smoothly in my absence. In July he participated in the Halo Gaming competition and wound up taking 2nd place, earning the right to have a "energy sword" that is used in Halo put on his dossier. There's too much that he's done, that I can't remember it all, but recently with the Clan moving down to the House Naga Sadow, he took it upon himself to update the wiki articles that were for HMR, adding the history to it as well as the demise into being dissolved. Even though he wasn't a clan leader, his influence touched several members in HLK, and still helps people that are new and upcoming. Method, you've earned this my old friend. ~Fremoc Pepoi
Methyas is one of those members who, should they be absent from their House, that void is immediately felt. He has revamped former House Marka Ragnos' website, turning a seemingly impossible task into a well designed and intuitive resource for our members to archive their work. Further, Meth has inspired others with his selflessness and love for his home, as they have followed his prolific example in our Developmental Run-on. Whether it was as Aedile of the former HMR, or as part of the 'rank and file', Meth lets his actions speak for him, as evidenced by his earning 27 Clusters of Fire AND a custom 'saber by placing in a DB-wide gaming event, making him an integral part of HNS' sudden emergence as a gaming presence; and let's not forget his Anteian Cross and 2 Dark Crosses, either. When we have crossed paths on IRC, I found him to be respectful, courteous, and professional. Any House would be well off counting Meth amongst their ranks; I am greatful that he has chosen HNS as his home. If members like Methyas are to be the new standard by which one should be judged, then the DB should be poised to enter a very productive and exciting era, the likes of which none of us have seen. That said, it is with great pleasure that I recommend Methyas for this promotion. Congratulations!

Methyas is a superb and outstanding leader. When i first grabbed the reins of now HNS for the second time, I had to take stock of my crew. Methyas was highly recommended, and I see why. Methyas leads by example, not by title. His revamp of the former HMR website, many posts in our developmental runon, and running of competitions is exactly how to lead. He has been awarded numerous merit awards since his last elevation, further proof of his outstanding work. His accounting of himself on IRC is always mature, and I see him as an example some of our younger members look up to as to how to behave themselves. His gaming skills arfe much appreciated by us- he made our House look very good capturing the 2nd place in the Halo competition. His leadership as BTL and AED was wonderful. Exactly what new folks need to see in order to model themselves after it, and to remind us old folks to get off our duffs and work. Methyas is one of those folks I am glad to have around. In my humble opinion, he should join the ranks of the Equites for his hard work and dedication.
