To Whom It May Concern:
Kael Fayne has routinely established himself as a journeyman of extreme merit and potential. Over the past several months I have grown much closer with Kael, and he has grown much closer to the Clan. He seems to fit in well with everyone, rolling with friendly jabs and dishing his own right back. While this camaraderie is an important part of the development of a journeyman, it is Kaelâs drive to succeed and his ability to execute that has proven him to be eligible to join the upper ranks of this Clan.
Since his last elevation, Kael has 42 clusters of fire, a handful of merit awards, including 2 Anteian Crosses, a variety of crescents, and even several Novae from participating in the Rites of Supremacy. Beyond these simple medal counts, Kael has shown continued interest in the Shadow Academy, completing 21 courses. Finally, Kael has worked on several projects for the Office of the Consul. Firstly, Kael completed the CSP Oscars page on the wiki. Not only is the formatting awesome, but Kael spent plenty of time and expended much effort to get this task done. Secondly, Kael has dedicated his time to writing up many pages of a Top Secret project that I have developed for the expansion of the Empire.
Recently, Kael has stepped up into the role of Aedile of House Dorimad Sol. While he is still very new to the job, I have a feeling that in time he will continue to prove his awesome skills.
I used to think of myself as a one man wolf pack, but then Kael came alongâ¦And I thought, waitâ¦Could it be? I knew Kael was one of my ownâ¦So, my wolf pack grew by one. So there... there were two of us in the wolf pack... I was alone first in the pack, and then Kael joined in later.
Congratulations on your promotion to Dark Jedi Knight, Kael. Youâve earned it kiddo! Great job and keep up the hard work!
-Thran Occasus, CON, Clan Scholae Palatinae.
Before he began his apprenticeship with me, he was with another Master, but unfortunately because of real life commitments, that didn't work out. I was honoured to continue his training and he never faught his tasks needed to be completed.
His task from me was to complete the CSP Oscars wiki, which he did perfectly. Wow'ing me on the results and the effort he put into it. I was specifically impressed on the Infobox image he included. (http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/wiki/index.php?title=CSP_Oscars) another part of his Task was in helping Archangel complete massive write ups for another wiki project. Soon to be completed.
Kael has earned 42 clusters of fire, two Gold Nova (RoS), two Anteian Crosses (one from his Master and from his Consul), nine crescents (An Adventure, To be a Poet, The Bitter Taste, Virus Woes), passed 21 courses (Leadership Fundamentals, Philosphy1, Test of Power), earned himself two pendent of bloods, a Seal of Bone and has to Maven's (Philosophy & General History)
His personality on IRC is exemplary. He treats everyone with respect and admiration. He is never rude because of this it would only make sense that he was recently been made Aedile of his house. As I am sure his Consul would agree, he was the perfect candidate.
Master to Apprentice:
Kael, we will always be master and apprentice though my training with you has pretty much ended. As my Master said before me "While officially the concept of master and student ends at Knighthood, the reality of the relationship extends much farther." All that you have learned will be passed on to all that you mentor.
The learning doesn't happen with just the Apprentice, but with the Master as well. The Master hone's their leadership skills when they take on a disciple. The union between us will always be connected as I am with my Master and my Master's Master.
Congratulations on attaining your own real lightsaber my apprentice.
You are a great asset to the Clan and a wonderful friend. I am very very proud of you.

Eetherbiail has shown the most steadfast commitment to the Brotherhood and as such should be promoted to the rank of Acolyte. He has passed his Dark Jedi Brotherhood Basics exam as well as IRC Basics and the Wiki Basics. He has also submitted to my Helicopter competition and registered on the forums. By fulfilling these requirements he has earned this promotion.
Congrats Eetherbiail!

From the beginning Melfeckt has been a great asset to House Dorimad Sol and a wonderful Apprentice, he continued to ask me questions to help with continuing the promotion guidelines set out for him. In doing so he picked up the pace to complete his requirements for Guardian. Melfeckt has logged onto IRC and completed his Core exam. He has participated in five competitions; Your mind has turned against itself, [HDS] SA Exam Race, [Dorimad Sol - Halloween] Gremlins Among Us, [Dorimad Sol - Halloween] Whack a Wheen, and House Dorimad Sol, House Trivia #1, plus a plethora of gaming. He has completed his ACC Basics, created his character sheet and am very proud to say earned himself a Dark Cross. Not only has he done the things necessary to complete the tasks laid before him but he has formed a respectable reputation with his Master and fellow team mates. I am recommending him to the rank of Guardian.
I have good feeling that Melfeckt will be a wonderful asset to his battle team and a wonderful addition to House Dorimad Sol.

Thomas J. "Stonewall" Jackson once said, "Always mystify, mislead and surprise the enemy". This quote fits Jagen perfectly. In all things he has constantly blown his leaders away with his utmost vigor and vim for every project. He works constantly to improve his clan and it's members.
I personally met Jagen when he became Aedile of House Tridens. We met on IRC and began to talk, Aedile to Aedile. When I asked him what he wanted to do as Aedile, the answer blew me away. He said, "I want to do it all." His youthful vigor and strong endurance has made him a steadfast and well-liked member of Tarentum, and my friend.
If anyone deserves this promotion, I have to say that it would be Jagen. He has earned it to the utmost degree. Congratulations Jagen, my friend, I'm very proud of you.
~Severon Vercingetorix
Commander of Black Phoenix
I first met Jagen when we were both made BTLs in the upcoming House Kaerner. Despite being a gaming BT, Jagen's fiction submissions for Battle Team Spectre are very good. He is not afraid to ask for assistance when he needs it, and offers his help to others freely.
While I am not familiar with Jagen's history, what I have seen of him since the first discussions about the new House Kaerner impresses me. Jagen is a man who is committed to his clan, his house, his team, and the individuals he guides as BTL. I recommend him for promotion to EQ1 without any reservations.
~Teia Coran
Commander of Those To Be Reckoned With
Jagen, beside being a good friend is also a good man to all of us. He's one of the members who puts aside all his RL problems and comes on IRC or mailing lists with a great attitude. He has also been a great Aedile to me. On time with the reports and responding to emails, hosting competitions and helping me write the final closing fiction for Tridens. He's also very eager to work in the gaming department and will be hosting a gaming tourney and participate in gaming with his BT.
I see a very hard working man and thus a deserving one.
~OE Frosty Romanae Tarentae
Like most of the people I now call compatriots, I met Jagen while he was in a different House than mine. I recognized him from my trips to IRC, where he seemed to be all the time, talking, having fun, and when we actually got serious there, contributing with enthusiasm. The energy he brings to the Brotherhood is palpable, and contagious.
Now I work with him very closely, and his contributions to the burgeoning House Kaerner has been invaluable. From day one he has attacked his new job with a fervor that is unmatched. He has accomplished much in that short time, and I can only imagine he was as active before Kaerner as he is now. I know all about the Tridens Journeymen and his time as AED, and what he had done there. How much am I unaware of?
And let's not forget that he actually went down one leadership rank during this, from AED to BTL.. Not only has he not mentioned it or taken offense, he has flourished in his new role. That says everything you need to know about his character. He his a man of the people, encouraging and sacrificing his time and energy for the good of the House, the Clan, the Brotherhood. We need more like him.
So, it's about time he join the ranks of the Equites. He has the skills and the desire that we all look for in successful members of our group. I look forward to all the things we will accomplish together, Jagen, and am proud to call you my comrade and friend.
~Tyyravis Nami Dantes
Aedile of House Kaerner
Jagen Phoenix and I have not had the pleasure of working together until recently upon the opening of House Kaerner, where he leads one of our two Battle Teams. My first impression of him was that he was still a bit rough around the edges in terms of professionalism and maturity, but he has proven that snap judgment incorrect. He has thrown himself full-fledged into the task of building a fictional foundation for Spectre, taking the daunting challenge of building something from nothing and making it his own. Jagen has taken every task I have given him and excelled. I am therefore pleased to recommend him for elevation into the ranks of the Equites.
~Scion "Firebird" Altera
Quaestor of House Kaerner
It is sometimes it is terribly foolish to rely on first impressions or pretenses when dealing with new members, especially when they have served as leaders. Jagen Phoenix is a shining example of a member who can break away from first impressions, defying doubting members who may not have foreseen his great work and potential. A former Aedile and a current BTL of Spectre in House Kaerner, Jagen has proven to his clan summit that he deserves to ascend to the Equite legions as a Krath Priest.
I first met Jagen just before I became Quaestor of House Cestus. He was a new member of House Tridens, initiated into the clan under the former name "Galen" only a week or so before the end of the ninth Great Jedi War. Now from the Consul's chair, I have been able to witness his many contributions fictionally and gaming-wise to the new house Kaerner, after his devotion to Tridens as its Aedile when the former house was going through hard times. Jagen took the job of gaming BTL because he was asked to, and while he feared that he could not be a good gamer, he has proven to us that he doesn't have to be. Sometimes to be a capable and successful leader, certain skills on a random game are not required. Instead, there is a need for dedication, patience, fortitude, and perseverance. And as gaming is certainly not a strong point of the growing Brotherhood, Jagen has impressed me by having confidence in the team.
One of the many concerns that DB leaders have is that when the older leaders depart, new leaders will not be available or able to take their places. Jagen, along with other newer Tarenti, has proven to us that there is hope. His fictional contributions to Kaerner and his gaming contributions to his battle team demonstrate his prowess, his eagerness to help and strengthen the clan, and his skills. Becoming an Equite is a new step in one's Brotherhood career and should not be taken lightly. Rather, it should be viewed as a challenge, a new trial to overcome in order to prove oneself further as a strong member of the Brotherhood. I have faith in Jagen that he will be a devoted Tarenti in his Equite career and beyond. Congratulations, Jagen, and thank you.

What can I say about Raimi that has not been said before. I could say he is great, but that has been proven. I could say he is wise, but that is quite the point. I could say he was loyal, but that wouldn't go far enough. Raimi is just a great leader and a strong and steadfast member of Clan Tarentum.
I met Raimi when he was Rollmaster of Cestus. We spoke at length in small chat conversations and I knew that he was a person of enormous worth. He spoke of all the things that he planned to do for Tarentum and even showed me some things. He has never backed down from any challenge and always strives to be the best he can be.
Raimi as Aedile of Reinthaler put all of his devotion and dedication to use. He built the house, working closely with Dox, Saitou and I to make an effective unit of Tarentum. Without him, I hardly think the House would have come into being. He was the most important piece, a piece I believe will stay important for a long time to come.
Congratulations Raimi, you have definitely earned this in my eyes.
~Severon Vercingetorix
Commander of Black Phoenix
Raimi served as the first Aedile of the newly formed House Reinthaler with me for one full month. During this time, we were able to start the formation of a House culture, open two stable Battle Teams, and share the duties of administration. Unfortunately, real life rears its ugly head at inopportune times. I will miss Raimi's presence on the summit team, but his place in Reinthaler's history and present is a welcome asset. He has my recommendation to join the equite ranks of the Brotherhood.
~Saitou Tarentae
Quaestor of House Reinthaler
A skilled writer. An adept leader. A loyal friend. Only a few of the fragmented sentences I can use to describe Raimi and his work in Tarentum. Raimi made a surprise return to Tarentum happenings before the Rite of Supremacy, jumping straight into the "Broken: The Final Chapter" run-on and then earning two promotions for his work. A few months have passed since his promotion to Dark Jedi Knight, and his contributions are astounding, deeming him worthy of a promotion to Krath Priest.
Raimi helped us in our bounty of fictional offerings he Rite of Supremacy events, earning an Anteian Cross for his fiction and his ACC efforts. As Rollmaster, he outlined and helped direct a successful run-on for Cestus, which also involved several other members outside the house. As the first Aedile of House Reinthaler, he helped supervise and judge a series of members' fictional contributions in order to build the house's new base, battle teams, and history. In a club where leaders have to be organized as well as active, Raimi is a prime example to follow.
I believe that Raimi is a naturally born leader as well as an incredibly writer and friend. He and I have had many discussions on fiction, and his ideas for clan storylines as well as a house fictional "phase system" are something to be admired and paid attention to. While occasionally we will disagree on some fictional matters, he allows me a different perspective on things. I view him as a wonderful advisor, as well as a mentor in a certain way, even if I am higher than him in rank and leader position.
I am very sad to see Raimi leave the position of Aedile in House Cestus, but I see great things for him in his future education. I believe this Equite promotion is the best way to reward him for his work - he absolutely deserves it. Thank you, Raimi, for being such an incredible leader, and I hope to see you return as a summit member in the future.

Severon has served with distinction as the first Battle Team Leader of House Reinthaler. During his month in the position, he has built up a fictional background for his unit, which is easily visible in the ongoing work he puts into the Black Phoenix DBwiki article. Competitions are also in the works. To date, Severon has served as my most active summit team member, constantly reviewing my ideas as well as adding his own to House development. It is with great pleasure and satisfaction that I recommend he join the ranks of the Brotherhood equites.
~Saitou Tarentae
Quaestor of House Reinthaler
Severon has served in a few leadership positions to date, most notably taking on the role of Aedile in House Gladius shortly after his promotion to Dark Jedi Knight. He cheerfully took on the burden of maintaining Gladius' activity records when he became its Rollmaster, and continued that duty throughout his tenure as Aedile. He executed both offices with honor and integrity, freeing me to tackle the more long term strategic problems with the House as Quaestor. He dealt with all Gladians fairly and honestly, always attempting to resolve disputes to the best advantage of all involved. At the close of House Gladius he stood proudly alongside me as a respected leader of a strong House, having been instrumental in its reconstruction after GJW 9.
In addition to maintaining activity records, Severon has direct experience in growing the activity level in a House through running competitions and establishing direct communication with all members. He is not afraid of hard or tedious work: if it is necessary to personally email every member of the House to check in, he will cheerfully complete the task and he will excel at it.
What you have in Severon Vercingetorix is someone who consistently and selflessly strives for the best. He works without any ulterior motives and without ego or drama. He understands that respect must be earned through hard work and maintained with continued hard work. He understands how Clan Tarentum operates, and he will do everything in his power to bring honor to his House and his Clan. I am honored to have had him as my Aedile in House Gladius, and equally as honored to recommend him for elevation into the Equites.
~Scion "Firebird" Altera
Quaestor of House Kaerner
Dedicated. If there was one word I had to use to describe Severon, it'd be that word. In my growing time in the DB I've seen all sorts of people involved in this organization, and the sad truth of the matter is that the majority of people are just out for their own. At times, more than anything else, the thing the gets me down is this simple fact as promotions and awards become the end all and be all of activity. Fortunately, the setup of the DB usually does well to ween these people out from our top positions and roles and individuals who are dedicated to the club rather than their dossier are the ones that do extremely well here. That is the case for Severon.
When I was approached for a recommendation for Severon, the first thing I looked at (as I always do) is the time spent in their current rank. Originally, when I noticed how short Severon has been a DJK in comparison to others, I was hestiate to provide one. Yet, the reason why I am is because the most important factor to look at is the activity due during that time. Severon has easily done more for Gladius, Reinthaler, and this clan than anyone else currently in the DJK rank (and more than most in the ranks above this). That is why I've agreed to provide this recommendation. Since his last promotion, Severon has worked as both RM and AED to Gladius; where his performances were some of the most effective activities in beefing up the house before its closure. Throughout his time as Aedile, Severon was THE figure to get the ball rolling on things; always wanting Scion and I to keep up with his level of activity (which is extremely hard to do). Like a ping-pong ball bouncing between two asian pong players on crack, Severon was all over the place for Gladius insuring that it stayed afloat. In the RoS, this attitude kept on as Severon not only used his position to promote the event but lead through his example to have others participate; and I can say that this is why our performance was better than before - his challenge as a competitor made others like myself increase our participation in the event. This alway has carried one since, as Severon remains one of the most active Tarenti in competitions for his house and clan. Recognized for both of this, his dossier has collected crescents for his activity and even a AC for his commitment during the RoS.
However, the man's activity in Gladius isn't where this recommendation should stop. Since the house's closure and the opening of the new houses, Severon has done well for his BT as it's commander leading the fiction BT for his house and working closely with myself on a variety of projects. Always willing to lend a hand, Severon is the sole person I can count on in Tarentum to always be willing to help out where help is needed and is the first to answer such calls. As a thanks for his dedication and his activity, I respectfully recommend Severon to be bumped up into the Equite class.
~Raiju Kang
Rollmaster of Fiction of Clan Tarentum
My goodness, where to start with Severon? I knew Severon as far back as when I was a Guardian in Tarentum, serving as the Obelisk Sergeant of Arcano Signum (which was a battle team within the former house Gladius). He was a member of my unit back then, and I remember a certain competition I ran asking the members what the true dangerous part of a lightsaber was. While I got some seemingly obvious answers (like the energy blade, though I consider the handle to be the most dangerous part of a lightsaber), Severon took a completely different route, writing that the wielder was the most dangerous part and taking the question as a question of symbolism. Needless to say, this would pave the way for the kind of member, and leader, that Severon would become.
The days of Arcano Signum have long passed, and now Severon has served as both Aedile of House Gladius and BTL of Black Phoenix within House Reinthaler since his promotion to Dark Jedi Knight. He has earned merit medals for his RoS work, and his fictional contributions and wiki contributions are especially plain to see since he began his leader work. Severon's tenure as Aedile was brief, mostly due to the changes of houses, and he very nearly did not receive a quick second chance to lead. However, we soon regarded him to be worthy of at least a BTL position, and he settled into it beautifully, crafting a very efficient, creatively intriguing battle team with an already rich background and growing history.
Many promotion recommendations, especially ones I have written recently, sometimes do not say enough about the person being promoted and end up replacing it with points about their deeds, their work, and their outward effort. Severon, however, is a person who cannot be completely separated from his work. There is a bit of his personality in his fiction, a bit of his amazing energy and optimism. He not only is willing to help out the house summits and clan summits - he wishes to help them. I have received so many "So what I can do?" 's from this guy that I haven't been able to satisfy all of his requests because I haven't had that much extra work to be covered. In the light of Project Fisting and the new houses' growth, however, help has never been needed more, and Severon has jumped into the fray with as much determination as General Robert E. Lee while fighting in the Civil War (I thought he'd appreciate that historical reference).
What Severon surpasses many in is his availability and his presence. I have never seen e-mails or messages responded to so quickly until Sev came around. It seems that whenever I need a helping hand, he's there, and he doesn't linger on any given task. He does it, I help him fix it, he finalizes it. Bam. It's done. You have no idea how hard it is to find a member with that much energy to get a job done quickly and efficiently, especially a member who is so willing to improve on his own craft such as his writing ability and his leadership skills.
Severon, you amaze me. This promotion to Sith Warrior only seems like a small token to you compared to the work you've done for me, and the friendship that has grown from our team efforts. I see many opportunities for you in your future career, and while you along with others of your rank still have much to learn, it is all part of the experience. Thank you, my friend; we could sure do with some more members like you in Tarentum.

Kano, Kano, Kano⦠Where to start⦠Kano is an amazing guy. Heâs one of those people that you desperately wish was on your battleteam or in your house or clan instead of someone else. For me, I wish he was in my battleteam as he is one of the most active members of House Marka Ragnos that I know of, however as it is heâs the Battleteam Leader of the Night Raptors, and as much as I would love to have him on my own team, him leading his own is I think even better for the house as a whole. His enthusiasm towards anything Star Wars is evident in everything he does, especially when you get him started on Mandalorian, as seen with the recent April Fools Joke that he was involved in with Muz. Overall, heâs just a good guy to be around. Kano is constantly on mIRC and will hold a good, and often humorous, conversation that can make anyoneâs bad day a good one. He has worked hard and the work he has done is quality work at that, for example his Wiki page. If you want a good afternoon read, thatâs what one should go look at. On top of the work he has already done, Kano has several ideas to make the House and Battleteam an even better and more fun place. I can think of no one better to be promoted for all the hard work theyâve done. Kano fully deserves to be an Equite 1.
~DJK Ekeia Iclo â BTL of the Night Hawks â HMR of CNS
Over the past several months Kano has been a diligent and active member of the Brotherhood and has gone above and beyond to ensure that everyone is active and moving. Since his return he has gone above the call of duty to add more targets for the previous Underworld run-on, fought admirably during the RoS to ensure his clan placed in third overall. Since assuming command of the Night Raptors, Kano has done anything and everything he can to keep his battleteam up and moving. Launching a weekly competition for the Night Raptors while challenging his team members to achieve the same ammount of activity as himself, Kano is a model member of the House. His constant drive to participate and advance the Brotherhood also led to him working alongside Grand Master Muz to execute this year's April Fools prank. It is my belief that Kano Verda is deserving of promotion to Templar.
- Knight Methyas Arcturi L'eonheart
Aedile of House Marka Ragnos
Kano has been one of CNS' most active members since he joined; as well as taking up several leadership positions (including BTL of the Night Raptors and BTL of the Bastion) and performing admirably, he has maintained a splendid level of activity for himself by helping CNS out in most of the events in the recent Rite of Supremacy, and notably scoring several important wins for Sadow in the ACC event. On top of this, Kano is constantly entering competitions and engaging other members of the Clan in ACC battles, seeking to maintain his own activity as well as to push others. Kano has reached the minimum time requirement for a promotion to Obelisk Templar, and is more than deserving of this promotion for his near constant level of frenzied activity and his dedication to improving CNS through his work. Congratulations, Kano!

This recommendation is something Iâve been waiting to do for a while. Kano is and has been my apprentice, while also his hardest critic, he is also my right hand man and for me to write this recommendation he knows that he has earned his rank. 5 months ago, I donât think Kano would have been thinking of his promotion to Equite 1. He had just achieved the rank of Dark Jedi Knight and had just returned from the Army. He returned after the Army, and wanted to rejoin his former battleteam. The month went by, with Kano earning several crescents and also an Anteian Cross for his persistent activity and also creating several characters in a clan run on. He was seen fit to become the Battleteam leader of House Ludo Kresshâs new battleteam, The Bastion and built the team up from scratch. During his time in Ludo Kressh, he still did work for me, creating over 5 images for the Disciples of Ragnos wiki page and earning a Dark Cross in the process. Kano fought through the Rite of Supremacy, conquering Raken in the ACC, and taking part in as many events as he possibly could earned himself a Steel Cross and returned back to Marka Ragnos. Only a few short weeks after the RoS, I initiated a house Feud, pitting the two battleteams against each other to earn the title of Elite battleteam, while also the person with the highest amount of points would earn the title of House Champion. Although Kano didnât earn the title of House Champion, he was the runner up with 46 points. Add those points with everyone else in the Night Raptors, the NR won the house title of being the Elite battle team. During the same time, Bal Demona stepped down from Aedile of Marka Ragnos and allowing Methyas to step up leaving the Night Raptor BTL position open. For the second time, Kano stepped forward and became the Battle team leader of the Night Raptors. Over the past several weeks, he has updated wiki pages for Marka Ragnos, especially adding and updating histories to the Night Raptors wiki, the House Marka Ragnos wiki, and the Mucenic wiki. When someone wants help with a wiki page, either editing, or adding links to the pages he is there to help them. Recently he took on Roxas, as an apprentice to train him in the ways of the Dark Brotherhood and help him in any way possible. I think Kano has shown that he is a committed member to the House, Clan, and Brotherhood, and has definitely earned the rank of Obelisk Templar. Congrats my friend.
~Templar Fremoc Pepoi
Quaestor of Marka Ragnos
Kano was reccomended to me by a couple of people for being the go-to guy for Mandalorian stuff. Having approached him he was not only very versed in the lore, but also quite willing to play into this year's April Fool's Gag, which was to 'create' Independent House Ordo, a Mandalorian only independent house. Kano went full-tilt into the gag, creating documents as if it were an actual proposal, and working with me to help sell the whole story as though it were true. Without his help, I don't think that it would have worked as well as it did, and I think that the few days where he served as Quaestor of IHO will not be his only time in a house-level or higher leadership position. I am more than happy to help reccomend Kano for the next rank, and bid him welcome into the Equite Class. Well done, Kano. ~Muz Ashen, Dark Lord of the Sith
