Sofila "Spicy" Douve Armis — yes the nickname needs to be included — has earned the required 11533 mxp for an Amethyst Kukri! Since her last award, she has organized 1 competition and participated in 32. She won 1 Amethyst, 4 Emerald, and 1 Topaz Star Crescents. Taking part in 7 gaming activities, she netted 54 Clusters of Fire. Sofila also participated in 6 roleplay activities with 6,566 words and earned 13 Clusters of Ice. In addition, she ranked up once in the Antei Combat Center as a participant. To top it all off, she recently concluded her service stint as Magistrate to the Fist, to which I’ll let Turel discuss more on below.

Sofila, or Jenni as we all know her, has grown renown through the Brotherhood with her inescapable and inevitable aura. She is one of the most kind and friendly individuals I've gotten a chance to meet, always eager to welcome in the new and the old into the circles of our DJB lives. Jenni’s excitement and joy is infectious and inspiring, whether it be for her own creations and muses or anyone else's. She’s one of the first in the pack to inquiry others on their characters, plots, or just frankly to see how it's going. She’s an incredibly caring and supportive person, which is felt heartily by those who get to know her. I don't know how she does it, but her frequent presence in not just the Brotherhood general chats but throughout all the clan chats contributes to her renown through the club. I know wherever Jenni goes, her ambition and love for this community will be carried like a beacon that is felt by all.

So, with one last honors, I am pleased to recommend Sofila “Spicy” Douve Armis this Amethyst Kukri. May the stars guide your journey as you adventure forth!

Another stabby for Jenni! Even through a whole bunch of RL BS going on, Jenni has remained a constant and active presence in Arconan and Qel-Droman spaces. She has kept pace and been near the top of the Qel-Droma leaderboards, even snagging the Blind Key for a month! An absolute powerhouse of our Clan, and definitely the heart of Qel-Droma, this is a well-deserved award for an incredible member!

Duke Alex Draconis, 2025-03-24 15:44:54 UTC

Jenni served on Fist staff from April of last year until February of this year. She was an absolute pleasure to have on staff and provided a positive and encouraging energy as an ambassador to the gaming to community throughout her term. While most of her staff contributions were on the front end of her term, as her health limited her bandwidth in the fall and winter, she still provided meaningful input on a cluster rebalancing, four platform adoption proposals and helped me test out technical solutions for our deaf and hard of hearing members which led to us adding the Scriptly transcription bot to our discord server.

On behalf of the Fist staff, thank you for hard work and uplifting spirit. #TIGERYEET

There's a lot to say about Aryn, or as we've all known them for years now, Celevon, from the things he's done for the Clan, the new faces he's taken under his wings (officially or otherwise), as he has helped train the newer members of Odan-Urr over the list year, coupled with the amount of engagement he's delivered, driving activity numbers up throughout the Clan as he's pushed for others to do the same. Celevon has made sure that no singular feat stood above the others as he worked to drive Odan-Urr to a better standing through each of these various points. There hasn't been a day without him chiming in on Discord, pointing out something to the newer members or making idle banter to keep morale and activity up, throwing down the gauntlet in some activity or another, often challenging someone else along the way to take part, and jumping into any and every roleplay that shows up, showing out and making sure his rogue's gallery of characters make their lasting impact on the continued history of Odan-Urr (and they've certainly left an impact). Day in and out he has made continued improvements to the quality of members around himself, even if by something as simple as assuring our new members about the accessibility of our systems and joining other known quantities such as Tarvitz, Edgar, and Jack in teaching the history and lore of the Clan and Club as a whole. Celevon's efforts have been strongest through soft-spoken, subtle, and quite often behind-the-scenes interactions as he's handled new members, fielded questions and concerns, and come to members of the Summit to discuss concerns brought forward or potential story beats, hooks, or narratives that coincided with moments of our Clans history, or other recent events from extant factions in The Brotherhood I may have missed in my long absence from the Club.

You've earned this, ever onwards, Cel!

What can be said about our very own Captain Aryn AKA Celevon? From an active member always ready to pitch in, have some fun within the discord chats and share a hearty laugh. To being willing and happily volunteering to assist those who might need a helping hand, be they veteran members or part of our new recruits you can find Celevon embodying the spirit of friendship and competition.

That competitive spirit fuels them indeed as there’s no stopping their activity with active participation in gaming, roleplaying totalling 16,269 words over 12 session and the occasional fiction writer with 4,464 words within their 6 entries, you’ll certainly find Celevon keeping everyone on their toes!

Primary reason

The last year has been a series of trials, tribulations, and adjustments for all of us here in Odan-Urr and one year ago Mazoku (Nero) jumped into the mess to help us out in one of our weaker spots at the time, gaming. Looking at Odan-Urr now you'd never guess that it had been such a dead spot for us for so long, and one of the biggest problems as Nero pointed out to us, was simply that there was nothing within the Clan calling on our members to step up and take part. That changed, while he served as one of our former Magistrates to the Consul, Nero devised several plans that still runs to this day. The COU Monthly Gaming series, a bracketed series of Cluster Races, delivering a gaming competition for members who otherwise might not have competed in DB-Wide competitions due to time restraints and the wide field of members. He also imparted upon us the importance of keeping our eyes peeled for new games dropping, sparking more internal debate among the Summit and a regular eye on Steam Charts and Games media for the chance to invest in small social games, and to make sure even if we were down, we kept the crescents flowing—an investment well made. His support as part of our staff did not end at gaming, however, despite being brought on board with a primary focus in that department as we tried to rekindle a Clan that had for some time seemed burnt out, he aided across the aisle, speaking to matters of fiction, history, helping a new and transitional Summit (which consisted of a mixture of members who had been absent from Odan-Urr, inactive until the previous year, or were also assisting) adjust and fine-tune the current storyline as he gave his recollection of events, helped track down information on previous GJW and Vendetta cycles, and hunted down information from both current and EU Star Wars Media where it related to our development, as well as helping new arrivals to the Clan find their feet, teaching them the basics of character sheet management and the inventory system in their early days.

When Odan-Urr transitioned back from Magistrates to the House model to diversify and push friendly competition between our members, he chose not to take a position in one of the newly created Houses, because Nero is a man who does not view himself as a leader, however, he is a man who has nevertheless led from the sidelines. He has pushed to make sizeable changes within Odan-Urr, helped new members understand how the Clan and Club work, has fought and argued for the sake of clarity and accessibility, and oftentimes puts himself at the fore of contention for these things. For the span of my time among the Summit he has been affecting positive change, even from the sidelines, all while donning the guise of a weary old man (which I don't get, isn't he only 12 or something? <3) with nothing to care about. All of the efforts he has made, from his time on the summit and from without have had a lasting impact, shaping and rekindling Odan-Urr, helping drive our older members into activity, and giving our newer members a roadmap to follow as they blaze new trails and give us a bright future

Last awarded in June, while he was still a part of my staff, Nero has since earned 5 Crescents with Ruby Stars, 10 of Amethyst, 7 Crescents with Sapphire Star, 5 with Emerald Stars, a Crescent with a Topaz Star, and 2 Crescents with Quartz Stars, a Scroll of the Master, 569 Clusters of Fire, 1 of Ice, and 4 of Graphite while taking place in 68 competitions and earning Odan-Urr 322,560 Credits. When I accepted his support last year, I knew it would come with continuing activity and calls for change, and while there have been times we have disagreed on protocol or the path ahead, there are very few people I would have chosen to keep the faith the same way I expected Nero to.

I had hoped to see this through to a Ruby Scepter, but, knowing the burning hole in your pocket, you'll take the extra credits from two awards and immediately burn them for some nice new shinies.

Ever onward, Nero!

Supreme Chancellor Ood Bnar
Primary reason

Since their last award, Zen has participated in 8 competitions, written over 8.000 words of fiction and earned 5 Crescents (2 Diamond, 1 Ruby, 1 Sapphire, 1 Emerald. They also earned 57 Clusters of Ice and 8 Scrolls of Foundation.

Zen is a constant source of activity within the Clan. Organise a fiction competition, you’re bound to find his name in the list of participants. On the social side of things, he’s a constant presence on Discord. Always pitching in with comments and advice. Always ready to offer advice or a nice word.

As Praetor to the Voice, Zen has also been a steady source of activity. But I’ll let the Voice handle that part himself.

However it is in his work for the Shadow Academy that Zentru’la truly stands out in dedication and commitment to the club. He is the grader of the Test of Wisdom, one of the more longer lived pearls of the Academy. I’ll let the Headmaster properly handle his work as part of the Shadow Academy Staff but wanted to illustrate a specific example of the Test of Wisdom. A member submits x pages of fiction as their exam answer. Zen will have graded this inside 48h hours. That’s the part people know. The last exam he graded consisted of 16 pages (small font), Zen still got it graded inside the 48h window. He also provides in depth feedback. He spends at least 5 hours on each Test of Wisdom exam he grades. Overall, he’s graded 39 exams in the last 7 months and I’m scared to inquire how many Tests of Wisdom were in there. Additionally, he’s been doing this degree of work for 2 years now and does not have any indications of burning out.

As a member of Taldryan, Zentru’la is always there to help the fictional development of the Clan. Whether by organizing the Taldryan Military, planning future purchases, or helping to plan out how said military would react to certain fictional developments or how they’d best be arranged to support certain scenarios and so on. He’s been integral in getting me up to speed on how the Taldryan military is set up, how it would best support the ideas and plans for the clan’s storyline I was bringing to the table and how those would be affected by the inclusion and reaction of said elements. His efforts help ground the Clan’s overall storylines in a reality of sorts that only serves to increase the levels of realism inherently needed to have them carry any form of gravitas. Overall, his work has been of an unmistakable impact on myself and the clan as a whole. To give but one highly specific example: our latest planned fleetpurchase has been hotly debated for well over two months now, will cost us 34million credits and has led to a change in how the RGT staff and possessions look at Carriers. Now expand that example across plans to optimize our usage of at least 3 planets in our dominion and their planetary assets (while adhering to budget), and the structural management of how to structure and organize one of the largest fleets and militaries in the Brotherhood.

Zen, you’re one of the pillars of the Clan. Enjoy the Amethyst Kukri and keep up your insane levels of highly dedicated service to making the Club a better and more enjoyable place for everyone within it!

Supreme Chancellor Ood Bnar, 2025-01-29 07:14:17 UTC
Additional reasons

Zen has the blessed job (or punishment, depending on the day I guess) of assisting me as P:Voice and working within the mysterious story group. To this end, in addition to helping manage the Voice queues (competition approvals, word count checks, character sheet discussion) he gets to help on my bigger projects.

The biggest one of note has been the long-in-progress Custom Disciplines. This project involved creating (and proofing) some 16 new tiered feats as selectable options for members. This wasn’t an easy task, due to how great the existing feats covered different archetypes, but Zen contributed massively to both the idea generation and the actual writing of the feats into an appropriate tiered system.

This system is also 100% manual on our end, and Zen is the only Voice staff member besides myself who can create these custom disciplines for the members, helping us keep that turnaround for requests to be mere hours from the member filing out the form to being able to use it on their sheets.

Story Group is its own bucket of fun, especially with the incoming “season” format. While Zen has always been a helpful participant in narrative discussion and proofing, he took it to the next level by helping write sections of the recent Resource Rush story and helped with input on the narrative for this first cycle of Seasons (which is written but pending club-wide release on the 3rd).

All in all Zen is both a workhorse, and one of the most dedicated members of the entire “fictional” component of the club. I cannot think of anyone else who takes our stories as seriously and with deep thought as he does, cementing his place as one of the best writers in the club, and best council staffer around.

Lord Idris Adenn, 2025-01-28 19:03:34 UTC

Zen is simply the best when it comes to Professors. The dedication that he puts in when grading Shadow Academy exams is second to none. Since his last awarding for Shadow Academy work, he has graded 56 Exams, and aside from the Test of Wisdom he keeps these gradings within the established 24 hour grading window.

Grading exams in our fiction department is a beast all of its own. It's not simply looking for correct responses to multiple choice questions. You have to dissect and discern the writing of the examinees and judge their comprehension of the discussed topics. To this end, Zen takes the time to really explain his reasons for the grades he gives out. He also offers examples of how to improve their writing.

I mentioned the Test of Wisdom earlier, and that Test alone is a juggernaut for grading. The fictions submitted are at times a significant length. We're talking 15+ pages of text. Zen grades the fictions as a whole dedicating hours of his time to ensure a fair and appropriate score is given. And again, he gives very detailed breakdowns of these scores and ideas for improvement. This is not required of him, but he chooses to ensure all members get the same dedication in his work as a professor.

Zen has more than earned this award in my eyes, and I look forward to continue working with him on my staff. Congratulations Zentru'la!

Terrorism in COU

"Have you seen what the people are writing about the officers coming from your people? They're saying that the representative for House Sunrider condones literal terrorism!" Empress Kaltani Anasaye barked at the pair of, rather bemused, Councilors as they scanned the imagery before them, turned to one another, and shook their heads stifling laughter.

"The Governess is a powerful woman, bringing order to a once lawless region in the abyssal trench of Tythas. Do you really think she's not going to be without her detractors? Have you not had your own through the years, I recall attempts to usurp your throne, after all." The High Councilor chuckled as he turned off the holo display, patted the War Councilor's shoulder, and stood before crossing the room to look out over the vistas of Voraskel Palace.

"Besides, considering everything the Governess has done in the interest of our peoples, do you really think she'd jeopardize it all by enabling terrorists? Just look at her community involvement, ten events organized in recent history, and participation in fifty-one competitions. They've managed to bring home many accolades for their work throughout the Galactic Core, including a Gold and Silver Nova, and a plethora of Crescents." The Jedi pointed out as he flicked over her career service vitae.

"You know, maybe we should let her have the occasional explosion, or threat, as a treat?" Mihoshi spoke up, a monotone joke as she cut Masahiro's thought process off.

I don't even know where to begin with this one, Tierra or Vyr as most know them, has been a regular voice of reason on our Summit. Over the last six months, there's been routine discourse, back and forth over various plots, plans, and decisions on how we would run the Clan and Vyr has through them all been a stalwart voice of reason with experience, a unique perspective, and a strong counterpoint to offer. As the Summit has worked to train our new Battleteam Leaders in the early stages of Leadership and prepare them to take greater roles in the future of The Brotherhood, Vyr has been a staunch voice, offering guidance, reassurance, and holding the hands of our newest members as sought help finding their footing. Far beyond this, Vyr has helped breathe life into the various projects surrounding the rebirth of Odan-Urr's House Sunrider, from designing the competitions, architecture, and settlement arrangement of Tythas City, to working hand-in-hand with the member base to discern what kind of schemes and storylines would best represent the future of the House, watching their work and the rebirth of the House has been an adventure, and one I look forward to enjoying over the months to come.

As Magistrate to the Herald, Vyr has recently completed 3 custom weapons, 2 warbanners, 1 possession icon, 3 site graphics, generating a total of 11 unique, quality images.

As always, Vyr is a key member of our staff, always willing to help and ever ready to offer their opinion when needed. He is quick to work on member requests and never says no. Such talent and devotion to the club’s membership is an inspiration!

Quentin has transitioned into one of our “Steady as she goes” members, because this young man is as solid as they come. Quentin, being the Clan’s lone Quaestor has been the steady as she goes rock for House Shar Dakhan. He is a valued member of the Clan and just a rock star of a member to have around. Not enough can be said about this guy, but we are going to do our best to showcase what kind of a rock star he is.

Quentin’s relentless dedication to both the Club and his personal growth is nothing short of extraordinary. Over the course of his journey, he has participated in an impressive 156 competitions, earning an array of accolades that showcase his commitment and skill. Among his achievements are 37 Crescents, 81 Clusters, Scrolls of Indoctrination and Foundation, a Seal of Loyalty, and 11 Seals of Transcendence—each a testament to his unwavering effort. Beyond competitions, Quentin has devoted himself to intellectual growth at the Shadow Academy, earning four prestigious degrees: Maven Leadership, Maven Societies, Savant Leadership and Communication, and Maven Writing. His drive for excellence doesn’t stop there—he’s also achieved an outstanding 20 Society rank-ups, solidifying his status as a paragon of achievement and inspiration.

As Quaestor, Quentin has been a driving force in promoting the Club's legacy and expanding its reach. Through striking recruitment campaigns, he has successfully drawn new members into the fold while championing the Club within his community. His creative contributions have enriched House Shar Dakhan's fictional tapestry, notably with the addition of the Regatta Royale Casino & Resort, a vibrant symbol of the House’s growing legacy. Beyond these achievements, Quentin is a cornerstone of support for his fellow Darkanians—guiding them through challenges like crafting compelling character sheets or weaving intricate backstories. Whether charting new horizons or lending a helping hand, Quentin embodies the spirit of camaraderie that defines the Club.

Quentin embodies the unwavering spirit and dedication that are vital to the Clan’s morale and success. With his lead-from-the-front attitude, he has become a beacon of inspiration for others. His commitment to broadening his knowledge and elevating the Club's mission sets a standard that others strive to follow. Today, we celebrate a milestone in his journey: Archpriest Quentinshadows has achieved the remarkable 11,533 Medal XP required to earn his first Amethyst Kukri. It is with immense pride and honor that we present this prestigious Sacramental award. This is undoubtedly just the beginning of many accolades to come. Congratulations, Quentin—you’ve earned it!

Additional reasons

In ages past, the Amethyst Kukri was awarded for a single-minded devotion to a specific task, an undertaking of remarkable worthiness. While the old definitions have been set aside by the Brotherhood's thirtieth year, I feel that this still rings true for Quentin.

His devotion to Clan Naga Sadow, his dedication to his members, and his drive to ever improve the experience that our corner of the internet has to offer are all credits to this. His stalwart advice and his willingness to get into the trenches and do the grunt work himself prove him to be a great asset to the clan. The ever-lengthening list of his achievements stands for itself, and proves that he has earned this Amethyst Kukri.

Please accept this as a token of our esteem, and as thanks for all that you have done so far. I look forward to writing many more of these reccs in the future. We appreciate all that you do, Quentin. Thank you.

Throughout his time as Fist, I always knew I could trust Turel to get the job done. Over his last seven months in the role, he added support for several new games, worked with his staff to keep the cluster queue moving and ensure that there were always Fist-sponsored gaming events happening, and was an active participant in DC discussions up to and including his last day on the job.

His most significant accomplishment in the last half year was his proposal for a new GMRG battle pass system, which received this glowing review from James: "This seems doable". Turel stepped down before seeing the project through to completion, but his proposal will be the basis for the system when it launches.

Thanks for all of your hard work, Turel!

Lord Dacien Victae, 2025-01-13 19:30:25 UTC
Additional reasons

Turel has always looked at things from the perspective of "is this good for the members" when it comes to his time as Fist. That's something to be proud of and something he championed each and every day. He was always an active voice in discussions even up to and including his last day before stepping out of the room.

I'm glad to have been able to work alongside him for the duration of his term. I saw the growth of gaming, but also the heavy burden it places on the Fist. It's one of the toughest positions in the club with some of the most passionate advocates. For good or ill. Turel accomplished much, even proposing an expansion to the GMRG system with battlepasses that ended up coinciding with my own needs for seasons, which made my life easier from the perspective of potential automation rather than forever wallowing in spreadsheets. I can never thank him enough for that.

Darth Renatus, 2025-01-08 13:19:21 UTC

Where Turel goes, gaming follows; Turel has made a sizeable impact on the GMRG and always aimed to make decisions around the various interests and drives of the member base, reached out to get the community actively involved in gaming, and spoken directly to clarify any and all issues that plagued members new and old as they tried to toe-in to the Gaming side of The Brotherhood. His dedication to gaming has been seen coming home to Odan-Urr, as well, as he's kept at it and shaken up our gaming community and helped to drive more of our members to activity.

For the last two and a half years he has been a pillar of the community, nesting in Gaming Chat and throwing down against everyone as he asserted his dominance, an energy which I know he'll carry on going forward, but now he'll be competing against us.

High Councillor Masahiro Haku, 2025-01-09 15:11:52 UTC

Turel has been a leader in this society long before stepping into the role of Fist. As Fist, he introduced new ideas, implemented innovative concepts, and demonstrated resilience when faced with challenges. Under his leadership, the team of Magistrates thrived, working cohesively and effectively. Serving as his Praetor was a privilege I deeply value.

During his tenure, Turel cultivated an environment where staff felt empowered to ask questions, seek his guidance on submissions, and learn from his insights. His thoughtful advice on gaming and his unwavering commitment to inclusivity left a lasting impact on the community, setting a high standard for leadership and collaboration.

As a mentor, Turel was instrumental in teaching me the intricacies of the role, preparing me to step into his position, and ensuring the continued growth and success of the gaming community. His efforts not only strengthened the foundation of our team but also paved the way for future leaders.

It has been a minute since we last awarded Bril-bee and its about damn time! Since then, he's been busy as ever, participating in 36 competitions, earning 2 Crescents with Ruby Stars, 3 Amethyst, 3 Sapphire and 2 Emerald which is a damn good placement ratio! He's also completed 32 gaming activities, for an astounding 223 Clusters of Fire; As well as 13 Roleplays 3 of which he organised, writing up 32 Clusters of Ice for his efforts. This has earned Bril a rank up in the GMRG, the ACC as a participant and the Envoy Corps as a DM! All of this put together raked in 172,820 credits for Clan Arcona.

Not that his Xp is the most impressive piece of Bril's activity since his last award.

In his time as BTL Bril created 1 primary recc and supported 3 others, drafting and posting up a report for his BT though is far from his impact as a leader. Across his 8 months as the head, Bril created rosters for the DMs and one for their Allies, including pictures and info for each character utilizied. He updated their missions/RP table, any affiliations, ship, and base location to Blindshot to ensure everything relevant for his members was up to date, including creating a section for an encrypted USENET comm program the team uses for fictional flavour. As well as that, Bril reached into the past, reviving the retired BT ship Nighthawk with a wiki page including an entire npc crew, descriptions made by himself and Marshals. These members were encouraged and organized by him, bringing together the team in a community effort. He also worked hard on other wiki pages, creating a page for the Battle of Brimstone event and for Korda, a city of Selen that he filled with locales he created. He also made and added the Skyview Amphitheater to the Estle City page while updating Fort Blindshot's page and that of multiple celestial bodies in Dajorra Space to the correct Galactic location. This came after realising an issue where several of these locations contradicted each other, so he brought it to summit, discussed and implemented the necessary fix. He was also unafraid to point out pages that needded archiving, slimming down Arcona's mass collection.

Bril was a good leader, set on ensuring his member's had a strong anchor point to work from and dedicated to ensuring they could leap with confidence into any activity. This award is long overdue, so I'm more than glad to reccommend him this Amethyst Kukri.

Additional reasons

I do not think I have met anyone in the Brotherhood that had so much inspiration, passion, and love for their work and creations as Bril Teg Arga. Every second he put into a project was done so with intent, pride, and such skillful creativity. From intriguing characters to invigorating plots, detailed and inticing worldbuilding. Bril is a wonderful person to talk to, fantastic humor, open minded, kind. He cares about the community and his friends.

Bril took the time to personally reach out and individually engage with not just his teammates nor his fellow clanmates, but his Brotherhood peers. He went out of his way to encourage them to roleplay and write, to flush out and make their own stories and adventures with their characters. All out of just a pure passion for collaboration and seeing others enjoy exploring the fictional galaxy we’ve created here. A galaxy Bril was endlessly inspired to build out farther. As Zuza mentioned, this man brought life to one of our Selenian cities, creating locales for others to partake in as much as he did. His work with the Dajorra Marshals and the Nighthawk gave some much needed flushing out and love, truly creating a group members were inspired by. And he encouraged and facilitated their added involvement with shaping the Nighthawk to their liking.

I could go on and write so much more on this fellow. For now, I congratulate you on your Amethyst Kukri. Well done! I wish you luck on your ventures and may the stars guide your way!

Mune! Our pool-filtration blocking Shista of the year, they have been doing more than just increasing maintanance costs. In fact, they might've earned back that amount with the 707290 credits earned for the clan since their last award back in June! How did they do this? Well...

227 competitions participated in is a hell of a start. Across those comps, they earned 1 Crescent with a Ruby Star, 10 Amethyst, 17 Sapphire, 21 Emerla,dd 13 Topaz and 4 Quartz. As well as a Gold Nova from the Probowl! This has been alongside 3 gaming activities for 35 Clusters of Fire, 6 Clusters of Graphite and a Dark Side Scroll, as well as finishing 3 ACC battles and judging 1. For 30 Clusters of Ice, Mune participated in 8 fiction activities, regular fiction as well as rps, some of which ran by Mune themself! Their efforts awarded them with 3 society rank ups, though the xp earned through the site is far from Mune's solitary efforts.

In September Mune became Battleteam Leader of the Voidbreaker II, though it'd be hard to say their contributions are only due to that. They have made large additions and edits to the VB wiki, creating ship templates, graphics and adding/maintaining a roster of member's character's rooms in it. This has been an ongoing project to help the team maintain its community, as well as encouraging other members to parktake and build an emotional anchor within the crew. They've also already completed their first AC and DC award for their members as BTL this run around.

It's wonderful to see members engaging with their communities, with or without the label of leader and Mune has always been one of these members. It may be another pink stabby to add to the pile, but it's one well earned and deserved.

I can think of no better term to refer to Mune than "a shining example." As long as I have been back, I have seen Mune be a constant flurry of activity and enthusiasm for virtually all aspects of life in the Brotherhood. Taking part in competitions and activities across a wide swath of types - gaming, fiction, RP, graphics... you name it, it seems like Mune has done it!

When the time came to choose our next BTL for Voidbreaker there was no other option in my mind than Mune, and these past few months have borne out that choice. Between a massive revamp and revitalization of the Voidbreaker wiki page, being a constant presence in our Discord spaces to check in and spark conversation with our members, and a seemingly endless font of ideas for activities they want to try out, Mune is an absolute core of Qel-Droma leadership.

It could not be with greater joy that I lend my recommendation to granting this Amethyst Kukri to Mune!

J'kast has that fire in him to go far and it's been wonderful to watch his accomplishments pour in to our email boxes. As a member, he has been absolutely ravenous in his pursuit of advancement in the DB as a whole. He embodies the best that our members have to offer and it's an honor to thank him once more for all his hard work with this Amethyst Kukri.

He won 2nd place overall for the recent DB wide competitions from the Regent's Life Day comps and the Voice's Resource Rush and also our own Clan's Sithmas comp. Three times he was putting in the effort to earn 2nd place! He is indeed a well-oiled machine and he has demonstrated interest beyond general membership. I will do everything I can to make that goal happen, even if we don't have an official leadership role available just yet. I can't stress enough how much I appreciate J'kast's efforts, but the least I can do is award him his first purple sacramental award.

Congrats J'kast! You've earned this! Drinks are on you!

Look, all leaders like to pump up their members' activity. J'kast, however, needs none of that. This dude is a machine, and having been blessed to have some of the most active members in DB history under me in the past, I can 1000% say J'Kast belongs among them.

Let's put this activity in perspective. J'Kast was awarded a Sapphire Blade two months ago. In two months, he earned enough non-site XP for an Amythyst Kukri. That is just insane levels of activity on any metric. Some members work a year or more to get an AK and he did it in 2 months. I am at a loss for how to describe this properly.

Congrats J'Kast on your AK. I can't wait to sit here typing more recommendations for you. Drinks are on you, Sir!

J'Kast continues to impress at every opportunity. The roll that he is on is absolutely legendary. He received his first Sapphire Blade on 11/18/2024. Here we are just after the New Year in 2025 and he has earned the XP to be awarded with his first Amethyst Kukri. That's amazing in and of itself, but that only tells part of the story.

J'Kast has been one of the nicest and most eager members of CSP that I have seen since I have returned. He is a constant presence on Discord. He's always quick to offer his services when someone is looking for a game. He also has a great sense of humor and attitude in general.

I could do what I usually do and list all of his achievements since his last medal, but I challenge anyone reading this to just take a look at his Activity Assessment. It speaks for itself, and once you take a look at it, I think you're going to be as astonished as we all in the Summit are.

On top of that, J'Kast badly wants to be in a leadership position and has been working to find a roll that he fits into. It would be simple for him to simply lean on his activity levels, but instead, he's out here searching for more that he can do. It really is amazing.

Congratulations J'Kast! You continue to turn heads and make a name for yourself. You've earned every bit of this Amethyst Kukri, and I look forward to seeing where you go from here. Keep up the great work!
